Ego works hard 
to convince
that you are separate 
and alone,
this is the premise 
of the ego –
I need to struggle 
and tightly hold.

When in this grip 
of constriction,
fears are stoked 
that one might 
lose out,
ego trusts not 
anyone,
certainly not the 
self that feels
left out.

Love reminds and 
gently soothes – 
my dear you never 
can be alone,
yes the world shows
here and there,
but Here is always 
and forever Home.

As Love, You Are 
wholly connected,
yes in life and 
spirit too,
reach out to your
brothers and sisters,
know dear loved ones
accompany you.

Lean into your heart 
and feel,
Here with All 
may This you know – 
fully supported,
embraced with Love,
soak up This Truth
and welcome Home!
