With beloved family,
the dearest friends,
your heart is full 
with Gratitude,
may every experience
find you present,
soak it up and 
Be Here now.

A sweet return
to your familiar,
may you see with 
fresh new eyes,
You Are Home 
in every moment,
as Love is present,
Be Here now.

Take a breath,
pause to reflect,
but past and future 
are in your mind,
Be Here with Love 
in your full heart,
your presence shines
always Here now!
