Holy and Sacred

Ego is tuned to 
worry and dread,
is this not fear 
of the unknown,
often thoughts of future
can cause distress,
ego wants to know 
so it can control.

But does not control 
take energy away
from where your Strength
naturally is,
as you cannot control 
all things in life,
might you place your 
focus on now,
on This.

Return to breath –
breathe in,
breathe out,
This simple Truth
returns you to 
Home,
with Humility,
know You Are This,
in Gratitude,
know You Are loved
so.

May you Be One 
with each step 
you take,
your path is holy 
and sacred too,
you need not wait 
for a future goal –
All the Love you seek
is Here as You!
