Shore up your foundation
of Strength,
take care and give you
what you need,
see your self as a 
job well done,
sometimes in life 
it is hard to breathe.

Pepper your day with 
breaks of Love,
surprise your self with
tenderness,
you may think giving 
is the only way,
but soaking up Love 
provides needed rest.

May you Be grounded
in your Loving Truth,
Here is your Strength 
and Courage too,
You as wholeness
are what the world
needs,
go forth this day as
this Amazing You!
