Be Here with Love.

You may sit and 
meditate,
you may walk on 
nature’s paths,
you may stop a second
to remember breath – 
Be Here with Love.

It takes but a 
single second
in your life of 
linear time,
but know beyond 
limitations you set,
eternally – 
You Are Here 
with Love.

When life’s drama 
rocks the boat 
you are riding in,
remember You Are 
the ocean too,
expand to You
a single breath 
will do –
yes You Are Here 
with Love.

These are tools 
you use when ego
comes to call – 
as human you 
know this well,
crack open the door
to You as soul – 
welcome Home,
always Here 
with Love!
