Return to breath,
return to You,
return to Love.

Do what you can,
Be All You Are,
your Strength is Here.

Rise with the sun,
bask in moon-glow,
believe in stars.

Emerge from winter
as hope of spring,
Be growth, alive.

Be Here as Love,
perfect as You Are,
Love’s Light that shines!
