Rest in the 
Arms of Love.

Scan the body,
mind and soul,
what do you need,
what can you let go,
slow down your doing 
and with ease –
rest in the 
Arms of Love.

The body knows how
to recharge,
the mind remembers 
Who You Are,
soul always knows
its True Home – 
resting Here in the
Arms of Love.

Take a break so you
may rise again,
Be in your Joy – 
let laughter in,
This Field of Love 
nourishes you 
dear one,
so cherished and supported 
in the Arms of Love!
