Be the Love when 
the world seems 
loveless,
reach out, connect 
with other Lights 
to see,
there may be despair 
in a world of form,
but your Heart of Love 
is a safe place to Be.

Your heart sustains you
when roads are rocky –
with compassion, kindness
and empathy,
you may steel yourself 
to weather times of 
struggle,
but tenderness is what 
the world so needs.

You Are This Love,
no-thing can take
this,
This is your power,
your Truth,
your Light,
rest Here surrounded 
by Love,
so cherished –
then share This Love 
as you walk through 
your life!
