Trust connections with
dear loved ones,
your heart knows 
what it feels as Truth,
eternal bonds are
never broken,
your intuition knows –
they are with you.

Follow the signs and 
gentle nudges,
trust and believe what
you innately know,
your loved one finds
ways to assure –
I’m always Here
forever with your soul.

As in the rebirth of
a fresh new spring,
may you find hope 
and Peace within,
even in life as you
walk grief’s journey,
your souls connected 
say – let’s begin!
