Be gentle and kind
to the body here,
it walks you down 
every earthly road,
when it asks for help,
listen with your heart,
together soul and body
are one amazing mold.

It is easy to judge bodies
in this life,
it is the first thing 
that you compare,
why not delight in 
these differences,
One Mind is playing 
infinite roles here.

May your compassion 
begin with you,
connect with body 
so you may in life
share,
every cell and atom 
attunes to This Love,
Be kind to Every body 
Everywhere!
