A Simple Shift

Be breath – effortless,
Be still and know,
a simple intentional
shift,
returns you to 
Love’s flow.

No need to turn
off mind,
it grows silent when 
soul appears,
return your vessel 
to its Source,
Here You Are 
always my dear.

Be This Presence,
Be You,
a simple shift 
is all you need,
in a world of 
noisy friction,
Be an instrument 
of Peace!
