Return to breath
to realign,
draw from This Peace 
to come back Home,
life can take much 
of your energy,
re-center to what 
soul knows.

Let This Love soothe
jangled nerves,
you need not fix 
everything at once,
trust that your 
next step will be 
illuminated 
much like the 
rising sun.

Be You throughout 
this day,
draw Strength in with
each sacred breath,
take care of what is 
in front of you – 
may Love take care
of the rest!
