Body and Soul

It is hard as human 
to trust,
there may be outcomes 
you wish to see,
you need not throw 
up both your hands,
are you not empowered 
when you as soul – 
can Be?

This integration of soul 
and body,
is an amazing synchronistic
dance,
from soul perspective –
you see with clarity,
but you need body 
to say yes I can.

Trust this process beyond
understanding,
sense Love’s energy 
that is aligned,
there will always be 
rocky roads in life,
but your soul accompanies 
you on every ride!
