Peace thrives and grows
in This Present Moment,
stilling the noise in
your head you hear,
return to This when
your story has you
running in the future,
past – everywhere.

There are times for
deep reflection,
but ego loves for you
to scurry about,
these distractions pull
you away and are
designed to let
fear abound.

In This Moment
may Joy return,
your Presence returns you
to your Truth,
breathe in the Love
that is always Here,
This Peace brings clarity
Home to You!
