Love’s Rhythm

Follow the rhythm 
of your soul,
you may sense 
to rest,
another day says 
go,
Be in tune with 
the Cycle of You,
listen and Be 
the rhythm of
your soul.

Your calendar lists
what next to do,
but if not all aligns,
be flexibility too,
you know how to pivot
when weather changes,
adjust to the rhythm 
of your soul.

Do something for you,
be open to receive,
reacquaint with your Self,
trust and believe,
breathe in deeply – 
Here You Are,
remembering Love’s rhythm,
dance with your soul!
