When moments feel like
they are racing,
as life unfolds so fast
and quick,
look around and 
Be so present,
your awareness is 
the way to This.

There is no time in
This experience,
it need not be something
you plan,
in truth, a plan is 
what may happen,
This present moment 
is always – 
I Am.

Step into this sacred
moment,
This is You –
always Love’s Truth,
your human side may
count the minutes,
but timeless is 
the Soul of You!
