Showing Up

A filtering fog that 
slowly clears
as morning sun 
rises on cue,
now you can see 
with clarity – 
how does Love 
show up today?

You may get teary
from worldly strife,
a weariness felt in
the heart,
reach out and tell 
another you Love 
them – 
Love shows up 
in You today.

Do not let pain 
and anger be 
the only emotions
shared or seen,
life is All colors 
of the rainbow – 
express a color
of Love today.

Love is not Here  
to be suppressive,
feel all you feel and
know This Truth –
Love finds a way 
to rise
cutting through 
the fog of life – 
Love shows up 
Always!
