Your Source of Self

What draws you to
This Moment,
might it be a breath
of life-giving air,
are you not a miracle
of existence,
able to perceive what 
is here or there.

Yes there is much that
brings distraction,
you are to experience
life on earth,
but as information 
careens at hyper-speed,
do you not get lost in
stories that are built?

Use your earthly senses
to return to present,
what do you see and 
sense right here,
now expand to your 
Source of Self,
does not chatter quiet 
as stillness, Peace 
draw near.

Be aware of where 
mind takes you,
return Home by 
returning to You,
your stories of life are
to be experienced,
but This Now is 
your inner Truth!
