In the stillness of 
This moment,
sense the rhythm
of your heart,
in between spaces
of life,
is the Truth of 
Who You Are.

Follow your heart’s
loving direction,
set aside your mind
for now,
tune into kindness,
compassion,
trust your soul to 
show you how.

Arm in arm and 
heart to heart,
awakened Lights 
may you now shine,
see Love’s Light in 
one another,
reflecting Truth and 
Love Divine!
