Body, Mind and Soul

Listen to body,
does it not tell you
what you need and 
what to do,
the egoic mind may
make up stories,
not wanting to listen 
to the inner You.

Impatient ego wants 
all the answers,
every problem solved,
every reason why,
might you take time
to Be timeless,
allowing life to unfold 
for timing more Divine.

Be aware of your resistance,
yes you will still do 
what you need,
but check in with 
your reactions,
see where they come
from,
now release and breathe.

You cannot make life
go faster,
you can’t change 
past already done,
breathe into This 
Present Moment,
body, mind and soul
flowing as One!
