hand in hand and

sense Love’s Strength
as awakened Light
helps dispel shadows
that made things

Love connects you with
brothers and sisters,
do not leave anyone
behind,
you need not change
another’s thinking,
but Be a model of Hope –
Be compassion,
Be kind.
In a life of doing
and action,
channel what you Know
within your heart,
This Compassionate You
has a message of Hope –
rise up together to Be
the Love You Are!

Tap into your energy
expansive,
there is no limit to
Who You Are,
yes you walk upon
the earth,
but You Are connected
to the stars.
Do you not gaze
at moon so lovely,
your heart delights
when moon is full,
You Are a reflection of
All Light shining,
the stars, the moon,
the sun and You.
Let your imagination
take you
to All possibility that
dwells in you,
You Are a limitless
fountain of Love,
so flow with wonder
in All you do!

Set aside your doubt
or worry,
that’s ego calculating
risk,
constant analysis is
a human loop that
takes you away
from This.
Trust your soul and
guides who love you,
your Higher Self knows
what to do,
let life’s experiences
unfold,
you will handle what
is in front of you.
Have faith in You,
whole and connected,
Here old fears now
melt away,
believe in You –
your Light is shining,
trust in Love showing
you the way!

Chaotic energies may
swirl around you,
but do these not loosen
what needs to heal,
as you seek grounding,
digging deeper,
does not your Strength
invite you to feel?
This may at times
be uncomfortable,
shining Light upon
what once was dark,
any journey of integration
often begins with
an initial spark.
Embracing All parts
of you dear one
is what helps you to
see You Are Whole,
from this grounded
acceptance of
Who You Are –
Love as your purpose
naturally flows!

Meet loved ones tenderly
in your heart,
their resonance is
always Here,
and as You Are
also eternal,
the Love you share
is Everywhere.
You sense their presence
outside in nature,
a rainbow miracle,
a hawk soars high,
ancient trees rise up
to greet you,
why did they just now
catch your eye?
No matter a task that
seems mundane,
as you relax your
mind and eyes,
“Here you are”
you say with wonder,
“our souls are together –
all the time.”
There is no specific day
when this happens,
Love knows no boundaries,
it moves beyond time,
shift to your heart
with soul a-rising,
Here You Are –
sharing your Lights!

across rainy skies,
do you not sense wonder
bubbling up inside,
is this not a time
when a touch of magic
is all you need to
keep hope alive.
Yes you rejoice as
two worlds merge
to one,
delightful synchronicities
join in the fun,
is not the so-called veil
disappearing daily,
as you awaken to This –
that You Are truly One.
Keep dancing with magic,
it keeps you loose,
add a touch of This
to everything you do,
shine your Light –
Be someone’s rainbow here,
Love’s magic is alive
always in You!

Time can appear to
pass so quickly,
sometimes it slows
down to a crawl,
time pressure can
make you feel that
life has you up
against a wall.
Come Home to This
present moment,
This Gift is always
Here for you,
does not time then
melt away,
as you experience
This Moment new.
Let Love’s well-spring
rise up within,
you suddenly remember
how to breathe,
when you peel off
time-stamped layers,
are you not refreshed,
alive and free?
Yes time is part of the
human condition,
but you need not always
wear this coat,
may the only ticking
that you hear is
your heartbeat singing

knowing nature,
but knowing may mean
something else Here,
knowing is not a
predictive tool –
it cuts through fog
to make things
more clear.
True knowing is not
your intellect,
it is alignment with
your soul,
your human mind
may misunderstand,
but knowing helps you
lean into Love’s flow.
You need not know
all of life’s answers
to trust true knowing
as it speaks to you,
a gentle push,
a leap of faith –
is how your soul
helps with what
to do!

When energies collide,
during seasonal change
or changes in your life,
the egoic mind may
question everything,
falling back on judgment
and a critical eye.
During ruffled times
of tumult,
you need not convince
ego of anything,
might your ego be
reflecting your
little child that
wishes to be seen?
As an expanded
Be-ing of Love,
might You Be reassurance
to your little self,
yes markers in life are
what ego measures,
but unconditional Love
is where All is Well.
Take time to remember
You,
noticing your breath,
Be-ing in stillness Here,
You Are Loved beyond
all measure,
loved ones and angels are
holding you close, dear!

guidance,
it may show you
another way,
yes you like routines
as human,
but You as Spirit
also likes to play.
Stepping outside your
comfort zone
is one way to see
with new eyes,
but also notice any
walls constructed
you think keep you
safe inside.
You Are an eternal,
expanded Be-ing,
keep yourself anchored
when life is hard,
but do not see yourself
as small,
You Are as limitless
as the stars!
