A Timeless Gift

Time can appear to
pass so quickly,
sometimes it slows
down to a crawl,
time pressure can
make you feel that
life has you up
against a wall.

Come Home to This
present moment,
This Gift is always
Here for you,
does not time then
melt away,
as you experience
This Moment new.

Let Love’s well-spring
rise up within,
you suddenly remember
how to breathe,
when you peel off
time-stamped layers,
are you not refreshed,
alive and free?

Yes time is part of the
human condition,
but you need not always
wear this coat,
may the only ticking
that you hear is
your heartbeat singing

True Knowing

Tap into your
knowing nature,
but knowing may mean
something else Here,
knowing is not a
predictive tool –
it cuts through fog
to make things
more clear.

True knowing is not
your intellect,
it is alignment with
your soul,
your human mind
may misunderstand,
but knowing helps you
lean into Love’s flow.

You need not know
all of life’s answers
to trust true knowing
as it speaks to you,
a gentle push,
a leap of faith –
is how your soul
helps with what
to do!

Beyond Measure

When energies collide,
during seasonal change
or changes in your life,
the egoic mind may
question everything,
falling back on judgment
and a critical eye.

During ruffled times
of tumult,
you need not convince
ego of anything,
might your ego be
reflecting your
little child that
wishes to be seen?

As an expanded
Be-ing of Love,
might You Be reassurance
to your little self,
yes markers in life are
what ego measures,
but unconditional Love
is where All is Well.

Take time to remember
You,
noticing your breath,
Be-ing in stillness Here,
You Are Loved beyond
all measure,
loved ones and angels are
holding you close, dear!

Limitless

Be open to Love’s
guidance,
it may show you
another way,
yes you like routines
as human,
but You as Spirit
also likes to play.

Stepping outside your
comfort zone
is one way to see
with new eyes,
but also notice any
walls constructed
you think keep you
safe inside.

You Are an eternal,
expanded Be-ing,
keep yourself anchored
when life is hard,
but do not see yourself
as small,
You Are as limitless
as the stars!

Be Everything

Be the full spectrum
of Love.
Be Everything in

All Parts – One Whole

Do not tissue and bone
hold lingerings of
the past,
energy and matter
make up you in life,
but as you are beyond
the sum of your parts,
what might you release,
what has felt stuck
inside?

Your body regenerates
with amazing cells,
consciousness flows freely
in all matter too,
as you align with Love
as your Whole Self,
do you not create
All parts of you anew?

This is not a mental
exercise,
accept you as human
with quirks and flaws,
think of this as energy
helping you let go
of past story parts
that now with Love
dissolve.

You may look back
to see where you
came from,
you may wish for
future to look a
certain way,
now embrace your
present Be-ing with
All the Love You Are –
infusing every cell
with This today!

Your Guiding Light

You have within all
that you need
to navigate any of
life’s storms,
join with All Hearts,
Love’s fellow Lights,
as One you never
are alone.

A dualistic world
is full of chaos,
but in each story
there still is Truth,
you need not change
all that you see,
but friction is polishing
all inner pearls.

Any change in You
is a change for All,
as you arise with
what you believe,
sometimes in life
you may feel helpless,
dear shine your Light –
see where it leads.

In a darkened sky
can you not see
one twinkling star
or comet bright,
your eyes do not dwell
in the darkness,
your Vision is primed
to see what is Light.

Shine your Light –
for you,
for others,
release your Joy
with Gratitude,
no-thing can take away
your power,
Love’s Guiding Light
forever shines in You!

Sharing Eternal

Energy is never-ending,
eternal Love cannot
be lost,
here in the world
yes there is grieving,
you miss the hugs,
you wish to call.

Eternal bonds mean
eternal connection,
this not only flows
from them to you,
your Love that you give
is received,
do they not light up,
as you do too.

This happens naturally
between your souls,
there is no-thing you
need to do,
to increase awareness
in your human story,
move to your heart,
center to You.

Yes you have memories,
cherished, beloved,
but also Here is Love
real-time,
expand awareness,
believe and know,
Beloveds are Here –
sharing One Light!

Centered and Grounded

Begin this day,
centered and true,
ground yourself,
take care of you.

Life is unfolding,
often a wild ride,
buckle up for safety,
but don’t dim
your Light.

Be what you feel
is important to you,
allow compassion and
empathy to flow
through.

Be a catalyst
for new change,
Be bold,
Be open to things
not the same.

You stand on Love’s
solid foundation,
centered and grounded
through transformation.

Belief and Trust

In the silence,
in the stillness,
Here is the trust
you have searched
for,
spirit, loved ones are
forever with you,
belief and trust open
once closed doors.

With the lightness
of your Be-ing,
powered by your
heart that knows,
trust that Love forever
guides you,
Truth is Here when
you let go.

Yes ego has its
role in life,
but You fly with
the angels dear,
go within to find
your Essence,
belief and trust are
at Home Here!
