With Tender Strength

Show up this day
with a softened
heart,
life can push people to
respond with force,
power struggles keep
distractions high,
might energy be used
for deeper growth.

The human condition
is a push and pull,
might your tender heart
reach another’s today,
still stand up for what
you believe
and allow your heart
to lead the way.

Be a strong Voice of
compassion dear,
sometimes in life a
heart becomes hard,
Love’s true Strength
flows from a softened
heart,
allow yours to meet
another’s –
where they are!

This Journey

Your spiritual journey
is lined with Love,
guides and angels
Light the way,
loved ones accompany
you on This path,
they are always but
a heartbeat away.

May your breath
Be a meditation,
This Journey is not
to be analyzed,
beyond words or
questions is This
Ancient Peace that
you have remembered
so many times.

You walk This Journey
in linear time,
but You Are always,
forever Home,
open your heart,
receive This Love,
in the arms of angels –
You Are Loved so!

Deeper Water

Sense the hum of
Love’s Vibration,
it is not something
you can hold,
it is the Essence of
your nature,
it is beyond anything
you’re told.

Life as well carries
vibrations
that can distract,
disturb This Peace,
as You Are grounded in
your Essence,
might life then
pass through with
greater ease.

On the surface of
the ocean,
you may be tossed
about my dear,
but as you dive to
deeper water,
sense the Rhythm of Love
that surrounds you Here!

Being Awareness

Be you connected
to your Light,
send This Vibration
far and wide,
life is tumultuous
as duality,
may Loving Awareness
Be a rising tide.

Invite Love to Be
a grounding force,
commune with nature,
marvel at a tree,
a single flower is
a miracle,
knowing how to Become
from only a seed.

Be Love,
Be Light,
Be hope in a world
that is often harsh
to humanity,
step outside and
look around,
One with earth and sky –
breathe in and Be!

Shine

Don’t listen for
the quiet –
Be the stillness.

Don’t search for
all the answers –
Be the answer.

Don’t look for
perfect vision –
Be the Vision.

Do lead with
Love and kindness –
You Are This.

Do marvel at
life unfolding –
You Are Marvelous.

Do share your Light
with others –
You Are All Light.

Shine on,
beautiful soul,
shine on!

Your Peaceful Grace

Your return Home is
to Be Here Now,
use your senses to
align when thoughts
lead you astray.

This integration
with body is to
experience life,
Be in wonder,
Be present throughout
the day.

As mind creates
more stories,
question if they
are true,
return to soul awareness
and come Home to You.

Ego hijacks the mind,
does not chaos ensue,
but mind also knows
Truth
as Peace and Grace
flow through.

How to return to flow –
quiet the mind
with breath,
return to Your Self –
and to Love,
say yes.

Your Conscious Self
knows what to do –
thoughts are temporary
clouds,
You dear,
are sky so blue!

The Whole of You

Listen as your body
talks to you,
where do you flow or
might you constrict,
fear or anxiety may
give you clues
for you to dive in
deeper yet.

With no judgment
now set a table,
invite in what wishes
to be seen,
parts of you that you
think are shadow,
now seen in Light are
what sets you free.

Ego is a master at
keeping secrets,
it wishes to hide
from you what
You Know,
these parts of you
that you think are
shadow,
is ego hiding the Truth –
You Are Whole.

There is no way to
break up your
wholeness,
use Love’s Light
to see This is True,
with loving eyes,
see what you thought
was hiding,
now in This Light,
welcome the
Whole of You!

Be You

It’s ok to be you.

And as you ponder
how that feels,
might you surround
your self with Love,
look in the mirror,
see no judgment,
with Eyes of Love –
Love you.

Life unfolds in
myriad ways,
you cannot control
events in a day,
your warrior self
is survival-based,
release the struggle –
Peace Be with you.

Here is your Strength,
Love is your Power,
you have no-thing
dear to prove,
soak This up
with no conditions –
Believe Love and
Be You!

A Journey of Discovery

With Love,
take each step
on your journey,
discover your Self
in every one,
looking ahead may
be a mystery,
looking back – see how
far you’ve come.

This linear view
is but a way for
your human self
to experience life,
your True Essence
observes it all,
your Source of
Be-ing and
eternal Light.

Ego may search for
more understanding
to find the pieces
that make a whole,
dear one,
You Are whole and
complete already,
This is the Essence
of your soul.

As soul,
you walk with
this curious ego,
finding new discoveries
along the way,
but always This Peace
that passes understanding,
is Here within
This You,
always!

this break of day,
will not day unfold
in its own way?

You may have expectations
on what you wish
to see,
but does not acceptance
allow all things
to be?

May the Peace of
your soul
Be the Grace
you seek,
look inward
not out
to find clarity.

Beyond time of day
is this timeless You,
may the You of this
Eternal,
be the Voice you
listen to!
