In the season of
letting go,
gaze with Love upon
what needs released,
there may have been
a time and place
for what you realize
you no longer need.

Old stories,
loose ends from
experiences past
may return to mind
as you reflect,
review,
now with Eyes of Love
and no judgment –
send Love to All
and dear,
include you.

Behold the fall leaves
returning to their
brilliant colors,
behold This return
to You,
as layers lift
may you sense
your lightness,
as your own brilliant
colors shine through!

Insightful

In the quiet
of your stillness,
be patient as you
listen dear,
let go of timelines,
with no rush,
may insight bubble
up so clear.

Instead of waiting
for an answer
to a question
your mind has,
Be receiving,
see what formulates
to help you on
your path.

There may be a
new direction
or modification of
one now,
Divine Timing will help
clarify the timing
and the how.

Soften your focus,
heart and mind open,
your vessel of service
knows how to Be,
in any moment,
Be your Light shining –
You Are Love’s
possibility!

Grounding

Chaos is energy
not grounded,
be the antidote
to this,
Be You in any
present moment –
Love grounds you.

Tune into vibration
of a cat’s purr,
stroke the head of
a grateful dog,
watch the strength
of a deer bounding –
animals ground you.

Behold the trees as
seasons begin
their transition of
letting go,
marvel at abundant
perennial’s persistence –
nature grounds you.

You Are always
holy connected,
the world is not meant
to make sense,
find your Peace
in Love eternal that
grounds your body –
loving you!

With Reverence

Moonlight at night,
sunrise at dawn,
You Are This Light
and never alone.

Breathe in Love’s Peace
that is always Here,
feel the warmth of
loved ones forever
near.

May you feel supported
and always sustained,
Love lifts you up when
your energy wanes.

Walk reverently on
earth’s holy ground,
you represent the sky as
stardust earth-bound.

You Are the Universe
and It Is You,
shine your Light today
in All you do!

Grounded and Clear

Human reaction and
emotion
are part of life’s
merry-go-round ride,
allow these to come
and move through you,
once they pass now
you have a quiet mind.

And in this stillness,
this clarity,
without trying – solutions
drop in,
This is You connected
to spirit,
to the flow of Love
that is Here within.

This is not to admonish
reaction,
but is this not usually
a reaction to fear,
believe and trust in
your intuition,
has this not guided you
so many times, dear?

Do not suppress or
repress emotion,
allow it to move through –
it need not stay,
now You in grounded
and clearing resonance
will handle all that
comes your way!

The One of You

Are there not chapters
you have lived,
some memories fresh,
some may be a haze,
you may not recognize
yourself,
you may hold judgment
for some wayward
ways.

Dear one,
look beyond the
details,
with a loving heart
look at your Courage
and Strength,
life is full of situations,
experiences,
you persevere so you
may bend not break.

Honor all chapters
of your life,
some you would re-read
as others fade from
view,
know in every moment
of this incarnation,
you as human
experience the
One of You!

Clarity

Your human mind
may not feel clear,
it asks questions and
wants to know –
how will a situation
turn out,
should I speed up or
maybe go slow.

You may not know
all of the answers,
but that need not mean
you are not clear,
might you be clear about
your next step,
trusting in Love –
not listening to fear.

The world is dense and
very foggy,
your ego has its place
in life,
but clarity is of the
soul,
a knowingness that
adds more Light.

Some parts of life are
full of mystery,
you need not explore
every rabbit hole,
return to breath,
check in with heart,
your clearest Vision is
the Eyes of your Soul!

A Loosening

Sense Love’s Flow
bubbling within,
its natural progression
is to rise,
let it move freely,
unencumbered
from old beliefs
you gathered
in life.

Once you loosen
and are open
do not these layers
begin to lift,
the Flow of Love taps
on them gently,
as you have grown
they no longer fit.

You may feel
vulnerable for
a moment,
shedding the armor
you donned in
fear,
may this Flow of Love
help you reclaim your
natural Strength
and Joy here.

You need not look
to the external,
allow what is naturally
You to rise,
thank and honor
old protections,
as the warrior in you
now trusts Love’s Light!

A Loving Observer

Be an observer
to your beliefs,
what do you hold on
tightly here,
are there not some
so set in stone,
that they fog up
your vision clear.

When feelings,
emotions are
tied to these,
it is no wonder
the heart feels
hurt,
as past old scars
come up for healing,
do they not usually
point to your worth?

Your heart can be
a beautiful filter,
helping you to heal
old wounds,
what emotions
are asking for
a closer look so
You may help you?

Is not your soul a
loving observer,
holding your hand
as angels draw near,
now with a heart
so full of Love,
behold your self –
shining and clear!

The Patience of Peace

Be patient with your
emotions,
allow space for them
to Be,
tend to your tender
heart,
observe, allow,
accept and breathe.

Life is an intense
emotional journey,
but You Are not only
of this world,
when the ups and downs
get to you,
return to Love,
to Peace,
to You.

Center and ground
as you take care
of the body that
lives life too,
find your Peace in you
remembering –
beyond body is the
Soul of You!
