for what will come,
but Be You fully
present Here,
You are needed in
This Moment,
Love is This Now,
This You,

Some moments in life
are sublime,
some you wish that
you could forget,
go deeper still to
your True Nature,
not dwelling in past
or what may happen
next.
Here You Are,
beloved Beacon
of Light,
with Presence flow
with Grace and ease,
Your Light shines here –
one of many,
but as One Love
Here is All Peace!

and care for each other,
loving acts of kindness
may be big or small,
humanity’s power is in
the Strength of Love,
Love is what unites
and connects the All.
The world of duality
can display all sides,
you recognize cruelty
because compassion
You Are,
may your senses be
fully engaged,
do not look away –
stand tall and share
your heart.
Your heart is Here
also for your
self-care,
gather all the Strength
you need,
flow with the healing
vibration of kindness,
compassionate Love
sets All hearts free!

another,
and as they do
the same for you,
do you not All
rejoice in This,
behold the Joy of
Love flowing through.
As you rejuvenate
and ground,
may Love’s foundation
feel safe and firm,
now try on new ideas
and ponder,
what fits,
what doesn’t,
Love helps you discern.
You are not alone
upon your journey,
make sacred connections
along the way,
and always at your
Core of Be-ing,
is You, Beloved,
so loved,
always!

try something new,
weed and release
what becomes dense,
new growth flourishes
from the unexpected,
do not overthink –
does not Love
know best?
Become more comfortable
with not knowing,
does not possibility live
in this open space,
remember You Are
a creator,
with intention bring
Love to any place.
Give yourself time,
refuel with breath,
Be present with what
unfolds in life,
Behold your growth,
it is on-going,
the Universe sees always
your shining Light!

over details,
what to say or
what to bring,
whatever you are doing,
Love is All and
Everything.
Relationships become
entangled,
egos know how
to tie knots,
ask the angels to help
you loosen these –
allow Love to connect
the dots.
With your heart so
fully open,
release past stories,
let them go,
in This Present –
Be Love Wholly,
forever connections
are soul to soul!

Walk with purpose
and with Courage,
Be authentic,
Be You,
the spiritual path fills
you with passion,
that fuels you with
what next to do.
But allow space for
needed re-fueling,
there are no timelines
on this journey Here,
often your path does not
go out seeking,
but returns Home
to restore and clear.
In life you wish for
known destinations,
this a function
of linear time,
but is not This Journey
your destination,
your soul fueling
your Beautiful Light!

In life,
relationship with body
can be a roller-coaster
ride,
when it is well you
feel at Peace,
illness, emotion
can send you low
or high.
In Truth,
you know you are
more than body,
but you need not
turn away from it,
is it not a miraculous
being –
your earthly ride
to experience This.
Yes the ups and downs
may be exhausting,
but give some Love to
your carriage here,
a showering of Love
will fill its tank,
does it not work to
heal you, my dear?
Might you Love this body
as it ages,
you are intertwined
throughout this life,
are you not a miracle
of Source experiencing
All of This in your
body of Light!

your awareness is
the way to This.
There is no time in
This experience,
it need not be something
you plan,
in truth, a plan is
what may happen,
This present moment
is always –
I Am.

This is You –
always Love’s Truth,
your human side may
count the minutes,
but timeless is
the Soul of You!

there is a place that
you can go,
use your breath and
Be expanded,
Here is your natural
State of Flow.
Is Here not space
to untie knots
that keep you tethered
in one place,
there may be thoughts
that get entangled,
expand now to your
natural state.
In this lighter
State of Be-ing,
may you relax your
working mind,
you may be surprised
when answers come –
as they are needed,
not tied to time.
Your human brain is
powerful, yes,
but your Soul Power
is Here for you,
flex these muscles
as you expand,
see what unfolds
in All You do!

You are not who you

You simply Are.
