On any journey
there are twists
and turns,
you may not always see
the road ahead,
there usually is a
bigger picture,
when you cannot see,
say yes to being led.
Judgment abounds in
a narrow view,
ego hangs on tightly
to cause and effect,
“if then this” or
“should have done”
creates questioning doubt
on any next steps.
Rest assured
your open heart
and willingness to
do your best –
is all that is needed
in this puzzle of life –
connect what you can
and let go of the rest!

There is a dance
and flow with
Spirit,
this is not a
one-way bond
you see,
we cannot separate
each other’s Lights,
there is no distance
between You and Me.
We cannot help but
flow together,
there is no beginning
and thus no end,
is there not Peace in
This alignment,
you feel connection –
at Home again.
So shine your Light,
we always see it,
loved ones, the angels
and your guides,
We Are One in
this joyful dance,
We shine together –
One eternal Light!

The world is filled with
noise and chaos,
cooler heads do not
always prevail,
conflict, confrontation
is the norm –
be it small or on a
grand scale.
It is hard to ride
the waves of life –
from the highest Joy
to deep despair,
honor all feelings,
stay engaged,
do not give up on
giving tender care.
Tender hearts are some
of the strongest,
Be-ing present for all
of life’s show,
choosing Love,
seeing All as precious,
can be done with the
Eyes of your Soul.
Stay open to this
life chaotic,
tune into Love’s
constant frequency,
ride life’s tumultuous
waves with Courage,
finding respite in soul’s
forever Peace!

You celebrate a day
of Light,
in turn does Light
not celebrate you,
no matter time of day
or season,
the Light of Love in
You shines through.
Through stormy times
upon the earth,
Be Love’s reflection
to illuminate,
darkness has not its
own force,
a tiny spark of Light
makes the dark fade.
See Love’s Light with
eyes so clear,
your heart links
with other’s too,
as a steward of
earth and sky,
turn up This Light
that flows through
You!

Pause when you need
to,
is this not part of
ebb and flow,
sense the resonance
of any moment,
is there a quickening
or need to slow.
In times of shifting
and of change,
when things are messy
and you wish to plan,
hold a wider Vision of Love
that lets you know when
to lend a hand.
Your open heart is
so very needed,
sense through resonance
what next to do,
Be you active or
in the quiet,
Love is constant and coursing
through All of You!

Do you remember?
Be Love’s remembrance.
Be-ing present is a
remembrance,
are there not feelings
so familiar too,
echoes of Love
flow right through,
This is remembrance,
This is You.
You heed a calling that
beckons to you,
not of this world –
or beyond,
This stirring bubbles up
within,
This is remembrance,
This is You.
This is not a singular
path,
a Collective Consciousness
is being formed,
these building blocks
have sacred resonance –
This is remembrance,
for the All.
As All connect,
is This not
Oneness,
Love honors each
part of the Whole,
add your Voice,
your Vision clear,
as You remember –
yes, This is Love!

trees so green,
rejoice in clouds
that bring the rain.
Be grounded.
Shine your Light.
You All are needed.
Be Strength.
May Gratitude lift,
may you flow
like water,

is simple –
Be You.
Be amazed.
You Are amazing.
So Loved and cherished –
This Spark of You!

It is hard as human
to trust,
there may be outcomes
you wish to see,
you need not throw
up both your hands,
are you not empowered
when you as soul –
can Be?
This integration of soul
and body,
is an amazing synchronistic
dance,
from soul perspective –
you see with clarity,
but you need body
to say yes I can.
Trust this process beyond
understanding,
sense Love’s energy
that is aligned,
there will always be
rocky roads in life,
but your soul accompanies
you on every ride!

Return to breath
to realign,
draw from This Peace
to come back Home,
life can take much
of your energy,
re-center to what
soul knows.
Let This Love soothe
jangled nerves,
you need not fix
everything at once,
trust that your
next step will be
illuminated
much like the
rising sun.
Be You throughout
this day,
draw Strength in with
each sacred breath,
take care of what is
in front of you –
may Love take care
of the rest!

Love and kindness,
let it wash all over
you,
as a Collective displays
compassion,
This Joy permeates
through and through.
This is a Love-train
well worth riding,
come aboard and
share your heart,
Be a part of compassionate
doing,
share the Love and Joy
of Who You Are.
Winds of change may
be a constant,
unfurl your sail
and come along,
add your breath of
Peace and kindness,
in Love’s vast ocean
You All belong!
