Believe.
Trust.
Let Love Flow.

You wish to help another –
“what can I do”,
“what can I fix?”
Thinking you
or they know
what needs to
happen next,
but does not
learning,
does not healing,
sometimes not
move in linear ways –
can you
believe,
trust
and let Love Flow?

There may not be
a pattern to follow,
a sequence that
makes sense –
you may wish a
certain outcome,
you may prefer
another result,
but does your soul
not know its purpose,
even when you
shake your head
and doubt –
do you not join
in the process,
when you
believe,
trust
and let Love Flow?

Does not Love
know where to go,
do not miracles
come from Love –
but do you not
define a miracle
as what you think
cannot be done –
a miracle is not
overcoming
something you think
you no longer need –
is not the miracle
when you
believe You,
trust You,
as you
let Love Flow?

Can you step into
acceptance,
can you let up
your desire
to resist –
what is Love here
to show you,
that you find so hard
to believe is true –
is not the
Miracle of Love –
that You Are Loved
with no conditions,
with no strings –
is it not here,
do you not feel it,
as you
believe,
trust
and let Love Flow?

Love Knows.
Love Trusts.
Love Believes
in You.

Love helps you
to remember,
You Are That
as You Are Love.

Playground of Life

A playground
is a wonderful haven
of learning opportunities
for the child
to explore;
how to maneuver,
to play
to climb,
to swing –
and as there
are other children
experiencing the playground,
are there not
a multitude
of opportunities
that allow the children
to interact with
each other,
to experience
the cause and effect
of human behavior?

And are there
not usually adults
who can intervene,
lend a hand,
to help them
work out
when there
may be conflict,
hurt feelings,
or a bruised knee?

And are you not
also playing on this
Playground of Life –
figuring out
how to maneuver,
to play,
to experience,
as you explore
the life you are living?

And when there
is conflict,
or you look
for direction
on how to proceed
or how to act
in any given situation,
you can rely on others
who can
lend a hand.

But as you are spirit
having a human experience
in this Playground of Life,
does not your
body give you
indications of
what feels right,
what feels uncomfortable,
or unsettled,
or adds to the drama
of what you are
experiencing?

And as always,
check in with your heart –
what brings you peace?
As you learn to trust
your inner guidance,
you can always
check in
with the spirit side
of You
as your humanness
explores the Playground of Life,
giving you a multitude
of opportunities
that allow you
to interact
and experience
the cause and effect
of human behavior.

Keep the “play”
in the Playground.
Experience the Joy.
And when conflict arises,
go to your heart –
and Be Love
to find Peace.

Find Love

Take a breath,
take a moment,
to still your
active mind –
there has been
some heavy lifting
in this life
and in this
world.

Can you feel
a shift is happening
as cracks break open
to reveal,
what asks for healing,
what needs mending,
will not Love
help All to heal?

With all of the
distractions,
can you keep
your eyes on Love –
yes, there are times
when eruptions seem
to happen everyday –
much has been hidden,
that now is ready
to be seen
and to be heard –
yes, it often brings up
more questions –
what to do
and where is Peace?

And is not always
the answer –
Find Love.

Beyond the fiery
reactions,
beyond the exasperated
sighs,
you may not find
agreement,
as the human drama
unfolds,
but are these not plays
that are acted out
in your own space
or on the world stage –
are they not
leading you
to Find Love?

Is Love not in
the quiet,
in the space
that fills your heart?
Is Love not in
a smile
you give freely
just because?
When you acknowledge
that another
is part of You
and of the Whole –
is that not
where you
Find Love?

As you feel Gratitude
for all experiences
you have had –
does not Gratitude
lift you up
from thinking things
are happening “to” you –
are you not here
for the opportunities
to find the hidden gem –
are you not looking
for Treasure
when you search
and Find Love?

Is Love not like
the pot of gold
at the rainbow’s end –
you do not know
if you can believe it,
but you keep searching
again and again –
once you realize
it is not far away,
or out of sight,
will you not see –
that Love
is right where
You Are,
when you shine
your own Light?

Take a breath,
take a moment
and breathe in
your Light of Love.

Here You Are.
See You.
Trust You.
Find Love.

A Voice for Love

Does not Truth
come bubbling up
to the surface,
often exposing
what was false –
sometimes it is
hard to look at what
comes up to heal.

It may take Courage
to speak your Truth,
it may take Strength,
to steady your voice,
but does not
the sound of silence,
one day begin
to roar?

In the dark,
you may back up
into corners
to feel safe –
but with the lights
turned up bright,
do you not see others
by your side –
let the Light
illuminate
a common cause,
no need to fight –
for by speaking Truth,
seeing Light expose
what has been hiding
in plain sight –
with open eyes
and open hearts,
can you shine
your Light
and let Love heal?

It may feel chaotic
when the lights
turn up,
exposing what is
hard to see,
but is it not Love
that gives Strength
to Truth,
giving Voice to the
Authentic Self –
does it not take Courage
to look in the mirror
and see what is reflected
back to You?

So use your Voice
to speak of Love.
Open your eyes
to look for Truth.
Do not be afraid
to peer into the
dark,
does darkness only exist
in the absence of Light?

Shine your Light
so All can see.
Expose the Truth
that rises up
to the Light.
Love Is the energy
that can transmute
All,
for is not All
looking for Love?

And as All Is One,
when you Love One,
do you not Love All?

Shine your Light.
Let Love Heal.

With Love,
always,
with Love.

Always Ready, Love

You are born ready.

Ready for what?
For myriad experiences
that come your way.

When you listen,
is there not a knowing,
even when your
human brain resists –
is there not a
gentle tug,
asking you to leap,
even when you fear
that you may fall,
but does not Love
keep you going,
guiding you
through it all –
can you trust that Love
is always there,
supporting
and loving You?

To feel “ready”,
do you not think
you need to figure
everything out –
can you step outside
your mind
and step into the
Experience of You –
can you move from
planning outcomes,
to the Journey
along the way –
finding Joy in
what Lights you up,
letting your heart
lead the way?

Yes, you may trust
the process,
but can you also
Trust you?
Are you also not
born Knowing,
as you remember
what to do –
it may be overwhelming
when you see
the Limitless You –
but ask your questions
to your Self
and let Love show you,
You.

You need not
be “ready”,
for does that not
connotate an end –
you need not finish
something
to get “ready”
to begin.

You exist in the
Flow of Love,
that is always
ready for you
to jump in,
to then realize
you are already
swimming
in a supportive
Sea of Love –
instead of swimming
upstream,
can you float with
the waves of Love,
trusting the knowing
that you are always
ready,
to receive Gifts of Love?

Know.
Trust.
Believe in
You.

That You Are Here
Is
You Are Love.

Always ready,
always Love.

True Colors

A spectacle of color
is beginning to show
on the palette of Fall.

A carpet of color
on a winding road,
leaves already fallen
from the wind and rain,
but do not their colors
catch your eye,
as if the road
has always been lined
with yellow, orange
and red?

What color leaves
on the trees,
do you see –
do they not
seem to stagger
their bursts of color,
might it be the
red hues,
that one day
draw your attention,
then next a wave of yellow,
is all you can see?

Is there not
a symphony
of change,
of color,
a perfection in timing
that you need not know
to enjoy,
this changing painting of Fall,
orchestrated by Nature,
does it not change often,
something new to see
every day?

Does not each tree,
each leaf,
have its own timing
of when to let go
of summer’s green –
does not Leaf display
its true colors in Fall,
is it not time for Leaf,
that once blended in,
to step into its beauty,
now saying, “look at me!”

Is this not a Season
to celebrate color,
to gasp when Light
brings out colors
so bright –
what are your
True Colors,
that you wish to share,
to let the Light
shine on you
so bright –
is there not a perfection
of timing,
at work behind
the scenes,
as you build momentum,
as you reach a peak?

But as the leaf shows,
Fall is not a finale,
after winter’s rest,
will not spring begin anew –
can you enjoy and celebrate
each season of experiencing,
do not your True Colors,
come shining through?

Celebrate the colorful
Palette of You.
Display your
True Colors
in the Light of Love.

Simply, Elegant Love

What are you ready
to see,
what appears before
your eyes,
do not opportunities
for growth,
for change
abound?

When you are ready
to look more closely,
what comes up
to your awareness –
might you now see
what was hidden
from your view?

Like spider webs
in morning dew,
do not many
then appear,
these amazing works of art,
swaying in the breeze,
in fields of grass,
on wires up high,
many more than you
can count,
but you do not
see them
if the conditions
are not right.

What comes up
in your awareness,
as you look another way –
maybe from a
different perspective,
than you had before?

Can you look beyond
the obvious,
as you broaden
your perspective –
might things take on
a different meaning,
if you question
your beliefs,
as you ask yourself,
is what I am seeing
really True?

Is the Truth
not more simple,
then what drama
would have you believe –
when you strip away
the stories,
are you not looking
to believe
what is always there
for you,
are you not looking
for the answer –
and is it not
simply, elegant
Love?

Does Love not appear
when you least expect it,
is it not here
when you call it out,
does Love not appear
when you draw Light near,
when you are ready
to see –
simply, elegant,
Love?

Can you imagine
the morning dew,
that shows you
what you missed before,
when you are ready
to see
All That You Are –
is it not simply, elegant
Love?

You need not
make it complicated,
no special program
do you need –
Love is where
you look for Love,
by Be-ing Love
do you not find Love,
can you start
with a single thought
that begins with
simply, elegant
Love?

When you are ready
to see,
what appears before
your eyes,
can you see
the amazing
Work of Art,
that is simply, elegant
Love?

See Love
in All
you see –
simply,
elegant,
Love.

Love and Gratitude

Do you not possess
different perspectives,
different vantage points
to look
at any situation
for understanding
or for Truth.

The human story
is complicated,
different truths
get debated as
you seek to find
who is right
or wrong,
or an outcome
you are counting on –
do not expectation,
disappointment,
anger and pain
often reign
in this state of Life?

It is hard to
give up this perspective,
even as you know Love
you resist,
but can you diffuse
any situation –
with Love
and Gratitude?

Can you paint
a different picture,
to see a different
way to look –
might you choose
a different color,
might you use
a different stroke,
if you have always
started at the top,
might you try
from bottom – up,
can you create
this new landscape,
using the colors
of Love
and Gratitude?

You may resist change,
but is not resistance
usually where
there is learning,
there is growth,
even as you wish
to turn away –
can you turn into
what you bump up
against,
as your palette now
contains the hues –
helping you create
a new scene to play
with Love
and Gratitude?

You can see
in black and white,
you can see
what colors blend –
but can you
simplify any picture,
when you see
with Love
and Gratitude?

Can you embrace
Gratitude,
especially when
it is hard to do –
does Gratitude
not nudge you,
lovingly,
to step outside
of you?

And when this perspective
changes,
opening you to
Be You –
is this not where you
can see it all –
when you play,
create and understand,
in the energy
of Love
and Gratitude?

Your human side
may not understand,
what your Higher Self
knows is True –
you can see
and experience
the Masterpiece of You
with Love
and Gratitude.

A Presence of Love

Do you not search
for a reason,
is there not a need
to justify,
do you not look
for where to place blame
on what causes you
hurt or pain?

Can you feel the energy
with this,
fingers pointing out
away from you –
“woe is me”,
“look what you’ve done” –
and yes, you sometimes
place blame on you,
have there not been times,
when you think
you are the reason
for your own pain?

And what if you find
“the reason” –
does that not come
with justification,
do you not search
for “why”
someone or you
would “deserve”
to receive what you
consider to be
a cause of
suffering or pain?

What if you threw out
all the roles,
that you place
on what you experience –
what if you looked
through a lens
that neither blames
or justifies –
what if there is
a broader perspective
on what you play out,
what you are here to learn –
what if you send
Gratitude
to all that comes
your way?

Is it not in
these earthly roles,
that your soul
can stretch and learn –
and is there
not learning for you
right now,
right here,
today?

Can you not change
the energy of
every experience
you are in,
when you accept
that you are part
of the experience?
Is there not Strength
when you can
move beyond the surface –
and know that the
experience is
what you chose
and that it is not just
happening “to” you?

As separate as you
may sometimes feel,
you are always
part of the Whole –
as you wish to feel
unconditional Love,
is this “training ground”
not a place for you
to be the presence of
this Love, too –
yes, do you not search
for a reason,
is there not a need
for justification,
do you not look
for how or who
(including you),
is deserving of this Love?

There are no strings
to Love.
Set yourself Free
from If – then – That.
As You Are Love,
be the Presence of Love
and receive All That
You Are.

In Gratitude –
there is Strength,
there is Peace,
and There Is Love.
Always, always,
Love.

I Am, I Am

State Who You Are –
I Am.
I Am.

There is a seed,
a stirring within you,
that remembers
Who You Are.

You may have one,
you may have many
purposes in this Life,
but is there not purpose
in remembering,
You Are Love?

You have forgotten
so you can experience
All There Is –
that will lead you,
that will remind you
of All That Is.

All That Is You,
All That Is Love –
and You Are That.
And so are you,
and you,
and you –
All One,
One Love.

Yes, there are choices made
in your forgetful state,
but does not an outcome
there,
make you look
over here,
is not duality designed
for you to experience
what is not –
so that you may
discover
and remember
What Is
and Who You Are?

Can you have Gratitude
for every fork
in the road,
in the knowing,
in the remembering
that there is
no “wrong” turn –
you cannot “fail”,
there is no other place
you “need” to be –
you are where
you actually started –
You Are Here
and
You Are Home.

State Who You Are –
I Am.
I Am.

You Are Here.
You Are Home.
You Are Love.
And so very Loved.
