Ask Love

A tap upon your shoulder,
a gentle nudge
that may remind,
a thought
or two
that pops into
your head,
are these not ways
that help you
through the maze
of your life?

Do you not ask
for direction,
when you feel
you have lost
your way,
but can you not
get help
at any time,
when you co-create
with You?

Yes, there is guidance,
guides and angels
by your side,
are you open,
do you ask,
when you quiet
the human side
of you,
but you are always
part of the process,
as you remember
Who You Are –
you are here
and there –
yes, everywhere,
are You
not guiding you?

Is this not why
you feel the answers
deep within your
soul,
do you not check
within your heart,
to accept
and really know –
you always have
a choice
between what you think
and what you know –
when in doubt,
is not the choice
of Love
the way to go?

Yes, life can get serious,
as you go throughout
your day,
the maze of life
can be frustrating
when you cannot
find the way,
can you tap into Joy,
letting your child out
to play,
might you ask
for help,
might you ask –
what would Love
do today?

You are part of the
connection,
You Are Love
both here and there.
Trust your heart,
trust your voice,
what does Love
have to say?

Guided by Love
You Are Always.
Listen.
Feel.
Know.

Magnificent You

You walk along a dock
and you get to the end,
can you not continue on,
if you get into a boat?
And as you paddle through
the water,
looking down at
the clear blue surface,
can you not swim
underneath the water
to see another world
below?

And if you climb a
rocky mountain
and find yourself
at the top –
can you not choose
another path
to go down
or maybe even stop –
what other peaks
do you see
from this expanded view,
can you not imagine
if you had wings,
where would you go,
what would you do?

Are there not many
perceived endings
that make you take
a different route,
sometimes what you
think is over,
is pushing you
to find another way,
do not underestimate
the power
and resiliency
of You,
when you imagine
that All Is Possible,
where would you
fly to?

Can you let go
of the struggle,
as you step
into the flow –
finding the path
of least resistance
may guide you
on where to go –
do not think
there is only one way
to travel from
here to there –
you can walk,
or glide,
or even fly
when you open
the Possibility of You.

What lies beyond
the horizon,
what is deep within
your core,
is it not Love
that connects you
to what can open
any door?

Step into your power,
sense the Truth
of Who You Are.
There is no limit
to All That Is –
as You Are That,
You Are limitless, too,
do not hold back
the magnificence of You –
fly, dear one,
fly.

Dance of Love

New and familiar
both at once,
do you not marvel
when you feel
you have been
somewhere before,
or when someone
you just meet,
feels like greeting
a treasured friend,
do not connections
go beyond
what you can see,
what you think
you know –
as energy moves
beyond space
and time,
can you not be
connected
any place,
any time?

And the You
who You Always Are,
vibrating with the
Frequency of Love,
does this not mean
you always are
together with
the ones you Love?

Whether physically
here or there,
or unseen
across the veil,
are you not all
part of a spiritual soup,
do you not swim
in this Sea of Love –
are you not aware
of the ripples of Love
that you create
and that you feel?

There is an energy,
a hum,
that you can feel
with your heart,
does not your soul
recognize
when you are
connected to Love,
might you feel
that spark
when you realize,
“I know you,”
and
“I Am Home!”

New and familiar
both at once
even when different
are you not the same –
always connected,
always together
in the Eternal
Dance of Love.

Listen to
the tune of Love,
that plays
in your heart,
as you sing together
and dance
your way Home.

Soaring

What pulls you,
what draws you
in closer
and closer,
do you follow
the pull
from your heart,
or do you slow
yourself down,
maybe dragging your feet,
yes, the human mind
may balk
at what stretches
you beyond your box,
the comfort zone
you have erected,
creating walls
that make it hard
to see.

But your soul
is able to fly –
are not the walls
only in your mind –
once your soul
begins to soar,
can you not feel
momentum building,
always at your
own pace –
can you surrender
to the magic
that is waiting there
for you?

You create the answers
to your questions,
might your questions
slow you down –
is that not the
mind’s way
of dipping a toe
into the water,
might you throw
caution to the wind
and jump in
be it hot or cold?

Are you not a
resilient being,
are you not used
to constant change –
can you take
the hand that
pulls you,
guides you,
to where your heart
may lead?

Your soul knows
its purpose,
you have always
heard its voice –
is it not in the
passion that drives you,
lights you up,
makes your heart sing?

Can you join in
the chorus,
as you sing
in harmony –
with your heart,
your soul,
your mind,
blending together
so you may
Be?

Be You.
Be Amazing.
Be Authentic.
Be True.

Be the Love
That You Are
and may you Soar,
Beautiful You!

A Beautiful Light

The moon rising
in the night,
low in the sky
it looks so bright –
beaming, almost full,
does it not appear
to be so close
next to the horizon,
close to the earth,
you cannot miss
when moon shows up
in its full
and magnificent state.

Are you not a full
and beaming Light,
yes, you may experience
phases,
different ways that
you may shine,
can your Light
not be seen
by those around you,
or are drawn to –
does not Light
beget Light?

Do you not raise
your face
up to the moon,
up towards the sun –
do you not seek,
the warmth,
the glow –
do not celestial Lights
remind you that
against dark sky,
or through the clouds,
is there not a Light
that always shines?

Can you be a
shining Light
that glows,
that may light
the way
for one to walk –
and as other Lights turn on,
do you all not shine
much like the sun,
like the full moon rising
in the sky,
so bright you find
you cannot look away –
so powerful is
a Light that shines
in the Truth
of its magnificence.

You Are a magnificent
Light that shines,
against dark sky
or light of day.
You Are both a single Light
and part of All That Shines –
is it not Love
that lights up the path
as you walk along
your way?

Shine on,
Beautiful Light,
Shine on.

A Comfort Place

Comfort.

Where is your comfort place?
You may find it
where you lie
on a bed so firm
yet soft,
pillows, blankets
add to the comfort
when you are lovingly
tucked in.

There is comfort
in the food
that helps you
feel safe,
makes you feel warm –
bringing up
treasured memories
of food that was
made with Love.

You find comfort
in the presence
of friends or family
who love you so,
there are those
who you trust,
when you can be You
and can let go.

Is it not the giving
and receiving
of love that takes you
to your comfort place,
it can be a physical experience,
but is not Love
in your heart,
not just your mind –
can you bathe
in the Love
that wraps you up
and keeps you warm –
is there not comfort
in Love,
can you let Love
comfort you?

There is Love
all around you,
you are wrapped in
the arms of Love –
as it is Love
that breathes You,
when you open up
your heart –
can you feel the warmth
spread over you
like a favorite
bowl of soup,
as You Are Love,
can you accept comfort
from You?

Let Love be your comfort,
may you find comfort
in Love –
you may need physical
reminders,
to help soothe
the body that
works so hard,
but does not Love
soothe the soul
and as it resonates
with Love –
is Love not your comfort place,
as you trust, allow
and then let go?

Find the comfort
in the space
where Love finds you –
There You Are!

Always wrapped
in the loving
Arms of Love.

Kaleidoscope of Love

Take a chance.
Try it on.
You can always
choose again.
At the beginning
or throughout the day,
can you try
something new,
or look at the same thing
in a different way,
can you set the intention
to see all with
the Eyes of Love?

Might your perspective
of what you see
change like a
kaleidoscope,
when you set your filter
to look upon all
with the Eyes of Love?

What patterns will emerge,
what amazing colors
will appear,
will not Love
rise to the surface,
when you look with
the Eyes of Love?

What may have seemed
routine,
now infused with
Light and Love,
is it not an opportunity
for you to see
its Light
reflected back to you –
does not all
appear as new,
when you look with
the Eyes of Love?

In the present,
in this moment,
can you turn up
your Light,
your Love –
do you not see
with your heart,
when you look with
the Eyes of Love?

Is not any moment magical,
when Love lights the way –
might you bring color
to all that you see,
set your filter to experience,
may Love show you the way –
is there not clarity
in what you see,
looking with
the Eyes of Love?

May you see so
clearly now
as you look through
the Eyes of Love.

Recharging With Love

You wish to “capture”
a loving experience.
And what is it
that you wish
to freeze in time
with pictures,
or notes –
what comes to you
when you re-create
the experience
in your mind,
yes, your body responds –
you smile,
you remember,
but is there not
an activation,
an opening
of your heart –
was not the Love
that was felt “before”
created from this
heart-felt space?

And yes, any gathering
of loving souls
can boost the batteries,
as you turn up the Love
in your heart –
now that you know
the power that Love
can generate,
can you be
a generator of Love,
turning up your
Love and Light,
to be a Source of Love
for All to see?

You may need
to recharge,
regroup,
replenish –
but as Love Is
your creative Source,
as you are fueled
by All That Is –
is there not a
limitless supply
of power,
ready to refuel
the battery pack of You –
can you plug in,
turn on,
burn brightly
as the Love
That You Are?

To Be the Presence of Love
That You Are –
you need not go
or “do” anything special.
Can you find the dial
to your Source of Love
and turn it up
to recharge with Love
and as a Bright Light,
can you shine your Light,
your Love
for All to see?

Love is the fuel
that generates
the Power of Love,
the Power of Light.

Regenerate.
Recirculate.
Keep it flowing –
Love.

Sphere of Love

In a linear,
sequential world –
you may start here,
you may end up there,
are there not many
opportunities to look behind,
to see how far
you may have come –
and is it not also tempting,
to look ahead
to see or sense
where you wish
to go?

And though a linear line
helps you to see,
where you are
in space or time –
from baby steps
to confident strides –
does not your human self
like to see the charts,
the graphs,
of progress made
as you move forward
on your trajectory
in this earthly school?

But as you know
and become aware,
that you are so much more
than from here to there –
are you not an expanding
Sphere of Love
that exists
Everywhere?

You may look forward,
you may look back,
if you focus
upon the line,
but at any place
you mark,
or where you think
you are –
can you not expand
your Sphere of Love
when you ask yourself,
“Who Am I?”
listen for the reply,
“I Am Love!”

It may come in a whisper,
or feel just out of reach,
it may be what keeps
you moving
on the linear line,
but as You Are Love,
right here,
right now,
always within
this Sphere of Love –
can you not pause
at any time,
in any space
and expand to know –
Yes I Am and
I Am Love!

In a linear,
sequential world,
you may start here,
you may end up there.
But as Spirit,
as a soul,
do you not come to Know,
I Am Love and
Love Is Everywhere.

Relax

“You can relax now.”

A beautiful line
in a heart-centered song –
and does not the word
* relax *
allow you to let go,
to take a breath,
to know that you
need not “do”
anything but
breathe,
allow,
Be.

Is it not your thoughts
that bring to mind
the notion that if
you do not “work”
so very hard,
that you may not see
or experience
what you expect
should happen –
is there not
a lot of effort
that adds to the clutter
of your mind –
can you let go,
allow,
trust –
yes, you can relax now.

And a relaxed,
receptive state,
is not a void,
is not emptiness –
does it not allow
for room,
for space,
for your natural
State of Love
to flow in?

There will always
be rocks,
or boulders that fall
into a sparkling creek,
but does not the water
know where to flow –
if not through,
it finds ways around –
what once were obstacles,
are they not part
of the character of
the flowing creek ,
do not rock and water
work together
to form an oasis of Peace?

You can relax now.

There is Peace
in the allowing.
There is Trust
in Love.
You need not work
to find this state.

Trust.
Allow.
Relax.
Breathe.

Relax into the
Love That You Are.
You can.
You Are –
Love.
