Simply Love.

Can you 
pare down
to your
essence,
to your
Truth –
and when you
get there,
is it not
elegant,
is it not
magnificent –
is it not,
simply Love?

It is not
complicated,
it is not
as hard
as you
make it
to be –
when you realize
You Are,
when you
can simply Be –
simply Love.

When you
strip off
the outer layers
of thought,
of clutter,
the churning mind –
do you
see what
you are
made of –
are you
not at
your very
core –
simply Love?

There is
no struggle –
do you
not flow,
when you
acknowledge
the Truth
of Who You Are –
can you see
the perfection,
the absolute
beauty of You –
are you not,
simply Love?

It is always
around you,
it is what
breathes you,
You Are
this Truth,
this Truth
Is You –
you need not
recreate it
or wish it
to be –
can you not
only Be –
simply Love?

Love Is
All There Is
and You Are That,
simply Love.

Perfect.

Magnificent.
Love.

Believe Love

It is easy
to take
what you know
based on experiences
you have had –
to speculate
or to assume
what might be
or might happen
next –
as you believe
this,
might you
create
what you believe?

Might you create
what you
do not want –
if your beliefs
include fear
and doubt,
yes, it is easy
to be fearful
of the unknown.

But is there
not always more
than meets
the eye,
than what you
know,
have you not
been surprised
when you
find out –
underneath
the exterior
of someone
you may
have judged –
there is
another part
of them
that you
did not know?

Is it not easy
to extrapolate
from what
you think
you know –
but does this
not limit
you,
to what you
can create
with Who You Are
and not with
who you may
become?

It is not
the set of
experiences
that creates
Who You Are –
do you not
create
the experiences,
to experience
You?

You Are complete.
You Are whole.
You are ready
to dive in
to all experiences
so you may
remember
Who You Are.

Do you not
experience separation
to remember
You Are One?

With the Love
of All That Is –
can you create
from a place of Love –
are you not
limitless
when you believe
that Love Is You?

Review your beliefs –
which ones
best serve You?
Can you begin
with the belief
that You Are Love?

When you begin
with Love,
you know
there is no
end.
There Is Love.
All Is Love.
You Are All
and All Is One.

Believe.
Create.
Love.

Allowance.

Can you hold
the space
for allowance
to let things
be as they
will Be?

And yes,
this is a
difficult concept
to your
human side
that wishes
to intervene,
to step in,
to maybe change
something
or someone –
to bring a
different outcome,
to change a
situation –
it is hard
to let it Be.

Can you begin
with allowance
for You?

Does not acceptance
and allowance
let you Be
where you
Are Now –
living in the
present,
not looking
over your shoulder
or picturing where
you think
you “should” be –
might you allow
You to Be
in this perfect
space in time –
as you reflect
on what learning
there is for You?

Does not the
allowance
of experiences,
push you to
accept What Is –
do you not
sometimes
meet fear
and doubt
along the rocky
Path of Life –
but do they
not push you
to find
the Path of Peace?

There is no
need to fight
to keep things
a certain way –
does not allowance
help you let go
of what “has” to be –
can you let go
of certain outcomes
and be
comfortable
to Be?

Let allowance
bring you back,
from doing
to Be-ing –
do you not
step into
your power
when you hold
the space
to Be Love?

Might you allow
Love to Be
the driving
Force of You?

Accept and Allow
that Love
is Who You Are.
Allow Love
to show You
the way.

Let Love.
Be Love.
Allow Love.
Accept Love.
The Path to Peace
is lined
with Love.

Love Heals

Love heals.

It can comfort,
it can soothe,
it can mend
an open wound,
is it not
better than
medicine –
Love heals.

There may be
pain when
you are lost,
or when you
think that you
have lost
one you love,
one you hold dear –
does not Love
connect you still –
Love heals.

There are processes,
there are ways
that bring healing
closer to you –
is it not Love
that opens
your heart,
helping you
create a space,
for you
to feel it
from within –
Love heals.

As Love
works from
the inside out –
always here
when you
need it most –
might you
embrace
its miraculous wonder,
it is always
ready to Be,
where you
need it most –
Love heals.

You need not
feel pain
to bask
in the healing
Force of Love –
but is pain
not a reminder,
to remember
Who You Are –
You Are Love
You Are complete –
Love heals.

Do you not
share this Love,
when you
can Be
Who You Are?

When you embrace,
the Love That Is You –
do you not
share this Love
with others, too –
do they not
see Who They Are
as their beautiful
Love unfolds –
is it not
One Love
That You Are,
that you feel –
Love heals.

Healing is
for One,
for All.
What you give,
do you not
receive?
Does not Love
know what
to do –
all you need
is to trust
Love, too.
Let Love be
your guide,
simply hold
a loving space –
and let Love heal.

Love heals.
Love remembers.
Love Is All
and All Is Love.

Light of Love

A moonbeam
of light
is enough
to cut through
the night,
to illuminate
what you
need to see,
so you won’t
stumble in
the dark –
when it is dark,
it does not
take much
light to see.

Is that not why
the moon’s shine
is so bright
against a sky,
though peppered
with stars,
the inky black
is the perfect
backdrop
for the moon
to shine
and glow –
casting moonbeams
to lighten
a path
for whoever
needs light
to find their way.

Is darkness
not a contrast,
a perfect
compliment
to the light –
does not
the moonbeam appear
even brighter
than the sun,
does it not
catch your attention,
does it not
highlight
what you are
to see?

It may only take
a single beam
of Light,
to light
your way –
has not light
filtered in
before
to shine
the way
for you?

Might you
turn up
your own Light –
might someone
need a single
beam,
to keep
from stumbling
in the dark –
even if they
do not know
where
the beam of
Light
is coming from?

If a single moonbeam
from the moon,
so far away,
can shine on
You –
can your Light
not cut through
the dark,
to reach
whoever may need
some Light –
you need not
know
where it lands –
can you shine
your Light
as freely
as the moon?

Be a Light
for Love
that cuts through
the dark,
illuminating
what you need
to see,
so you will not stumble,
you will not fall –
it only takes
a drop of Light
to see
and find
your way.

Shine your
Light of Love.
Let your Light
illuminate
your path.
May you shine
and glow
in the
Light of Love –
far reaching,
always shining,
Love.

Turn the page.

Reading pages
in a book –
you wish to
read what
happens next –
there is
always more
to the story –
turn the page.

Even as you
finish a book –
is it not
part of
your consciousness –
always absorbing,
always learning –
turn the page.

Your notebooks
fill up
as you
write down your
thoughts and dreams,
as you put
words to your
feelings –
turn the page.

Virtual pages
on a screen –
helping you share,
helping to connect –
do you not
wish to know
where others
have walked
and what they
have experienced
and learned –
is there not
comfort in
the sharing –
turn the page.

Can you not
help but
move forward –
is there not
always another
book,
the next chapter
in your story,
is waiting patiently
for you,
do you not
wish to see
what happens next –
turn the page.

You may think
that you have
finished,
the page has come
to the end –
but as you know
there is no ending
to your
ever-lasting story –
does not the
Story of You,
that comes
from Love
never finish –
is there not
always another
page,
ready to be
filled with Love –
you look for it,
you create it,
always ready –
turn the page.

With Faith.
With Trust.
You will find
there is
Always Love
on every
beautiful
page of You.

The Story of You
tells the
Story of Love –
keep turning,
continue Be-ing –
Love.

When you feel
unsettled,
you need not
wonder why –
it could be
weather,
it could be
thinking,
the full moon
passing by –
there is a
peaceful place
you can
go to –
when you remember
That Love Is You.

You may need
quiet,
you may need
stillness,
to let go of
the questioning mind –
the mind is good
at soaking up
what it sees
and what it
perceives –
but is Truth
not found
in your center,
is that not where
Love resides –
where there is Love,
is that not where
to find Peace –
when you remember
That Love Is You?

There will
always be
stories and drama,
as you are here
to experience life –
but there is
Peace in
your core be-ing,
yes, you have
found this
to be true –
to get to
your Place of Peace,
might you let go
of the chattering mind –
when you get quiet,
when you are still –
when you remember
That Love Is You?

You may need
practice,
to get comfortable
with the quiet
and the still –
but is it
not You
that you are
waiting for,
can you see
Who You Are –
is there not Peace,
is there not Love,
when you remember
That Love Is You?

Love Is gentle.
Love Is Knowing.
You Are One
and One Is Love.
There is comfort,
there is Peace –
when you remember
That Love Is You.

The Magic of You

There is magic
in a story.

A storyteller
knows this.
Is it not
mesmerizing
to listen to
the weaving
of a story
that is a
work of art –
bringing in images,
pieces of song,
some parts real,
some parts created
for the beauty
and the flow
of the story,
so it may
touch your heart,
make you think,
bring to you
an experience
that is rich
and satisfying?

Does not the
magic come in
when you are
catapulted to
another place
in your mind –
the storyteller
captures your
attention,
bring beauty,
imagined places,
that may make
you laugh,
make you cry,
as you follow
the story,
that may take
you places
you have not
been before.

Are you not
the teller
of your story –
do you not
weave the
many experiences
you have had,
so that
you can be
catapulted to
many different places –
some make you laugh,
some make you cry –
but is there
not beauty
in every part of
your story –
yes, you look
to find the meaning,
but is not the
magic found
in the Experience of Love?

What are the
parts of your story,
that feel good,
that bring you Joy,
maybe some parts
are in a chapter
that you would
not choose to have –
but does not
Love show itself
throughout it all?

There is magic
in a story –
and the magic
is Love,
might you feel it,
might you express it,
as the storyteller
That You Are –
is not your story
a vehicle
that brings you
Home?

Dive into your story
and glean from it
what it brings to you –
there is richness,
there is experience,
taking you to
many places –
some make you laugh,
some make you cry –
but is it not Love
that weaves
the fabric
of your Life?

There is magic
in Love.
The magic
Is You.
Love your story.
Be the Love.
Love You.

Bubbles of Love

A child delights
in seeing bubbles
rise up,
floating through
the air –
do bubbles
not express
a lightness
of Be-ing,
as the breeze
swirls and
lifts the bubbles
that are lighter
than air –
yes, do not even
grown-ups
smile in delight
when seeing
bubbles fly?

And is there not
a playful theme
to bubbles –
do you not
pamper yourself
with a bubble bath,
are there not
luxurious bubbles,
maybe scented –
but always fun?

Is it not a
celebration
to pop the cork
of champaign,
even sparkling water
brings effervescense
that tickles your nose –
do you not have
memories of
blowing bubbles
in a pool
or in your milk –
yes, bubbles
are able
to make
you smile.

Are they childhood
memories
of a lightness
of Be-ing,
or do not
bubbles demonstrate
rules of gravity
can be broken –
is it their
spontaneity
or unpredictability
that makes you smile
when bubbles
come out to play?

Can you capture
the delight
you remember when
you see bubbles
floating in the air,
they appear to be
without a care –
might you imagine
your worries,
your burdens
that feel heavy –
can you place
them in bubbles
to be sent
up in the air –
when the bubbles pop,
is not all released
to the Universe?

Let bubbles remind you
of your lightness
of Be-ing,
might you be
spontaneous,
letting flow
take you
where it needs
to go.
Bring out the Joy
that is always
within You –
can you let
your soul
come out
to play?

Be light
like a bubble
as you share
your Light.
With Joy
and Love –
may you play,
may you dance,
now fly!

Helping Love

Offer help,
lend a hand,
there is Love
in the giving
of yourself
to another –
to be there,
to be helpful.

Are there not times
when extending help
may also come
with expectation
of an outcome –
when a perceived
need is seen –
do you not wish
to jump in,
to help out,
to rectify a situation
that you think
needs to be
solved?

Is there not
a balance
to being helpful –
yes, you are there
when another asks,
but are there
not times
when you think
you know what
is “better?”

Is not another’s path
their own to
walk and learn?

Yes, there is learning
in relationship,
in how you
interact –
might you check in
on what your
intentions are,
when offering
to help –
can you offer
an open heart
letting Love
lead the way –
can you help
for helping’s sake,
without expectation
of what the outcome
“should” be –
can you Be There
for another,
can you show up
with Love?

As you share Love,
lending a helpful hand –
can you let go
of how it is
received?

Is not help
an extension
of the Love
That You Are –
and as Love is
limitless
in its reach –
can you Be Love
and let help
find where
it needs
to go?

Be loving.
Be helpful.
But mostly Be
the Face Of Love
for another
to see.

Be You.
Be There.
Be Love.
