Flow With Love

Go with the Flow.

Things come up.
Life happens.
Some thing unexpected,
some in a different way,
you cannot know
what will happen next –
what is the
best reaction?
Go with the Flow.

There may be friction
or a bumpy ride
when you try
too hard,
putting on the brakes,
or when you throw
out your arms,
wanting to stop,
you will keep
moving forward –
go with the Flow.

You can make
things hard,
or move through
with ease,
there are lessons
in every
path you take –
but do not
things fit together
and move
with Grace,
when you find
the sweet spot
and go with the Flow?

What is Flow?
Do you not
know it better
when you are
not in it –
it is human
to resist,
to fight,
to struggle –
with Faith
and Trust
can you embrace
where you are –
can you listen
to your soul –
and go with the Flow?

When things
come together,
when a puzzle
is complete,
when you see
the way to go
may not be
what you had planned,
when the next steps
appear,
when there is
help along
the way –
is Love not
always around
when you
go with the Flow?

You may not
be able to
see it,
but your heart
knows the way –
can you listen
to intuition
that speaks lovingly
to you,
whispering encouragement –
to go with the Flow.

It may feel like
letting go,
it may feel like
giving in –
it is not
giving up,
this surrender
to within –
You Are
the creator
of this Journey
that you find
yourself in –
with Love
enjoy the ride –
as you
go with the Flow.

The Flow Is Love.
The Flow Is You.
With Faith and Trust
may you know
ease and Grace.

You Are
the Flow
you wish to feel.

Clear out,
strip away,
clean out –
what gets
in your way,
what hides
you away,
what is surrounding
you –
making it hard
to see clearly,
to find you
in the clutter
of your mind?

Yes, there are
material things
that share the
space of you –
that can build up
in your physical
surroundings –
until you clear out
to make space
or replace
with something new –
but does not
clarity begin
within You?

Does it not
feel good
to clear out,
to strip away,
to clean out
what you
no longer need,
what does
not serve you,
what does not
bring you Joy –
be it in
your surroundings
or in your mind?

Are not Love
and Joy
what you seek
as you think
ahead to your day –
does not
the phrase,
“what brings you Joy”
imply that Joy
is something
that needs to
be found?

Clear out,
strip away,
clean out
to uncover
the Essence of You
that is always here
despite attempts
to cover it up –
when fear
and doubt
creep in,
letting you think
that you are
anything less than
perfect and
Whole.

There is no need
to hide away –
can you clear space
to let your Light
shine brightly
with the Joy
and Love
That You Are?

Strip away
and find You –
shining brightly,
be-ing Love,
be-ing Joy –
There You Are!

to make
a connection,
to feel your
loved one
in your heart –
are they not
always close
when you
Connect With Love?

Is not Love
the Great Connector –
that you are never
separate from,
yes, it may
be a different way
than how
you are used
to connecting here,
but do not these
Connections of Love
reach far beyond
your touch,
your sight,
do you not
feel it in
your heart,
when you
Connect With Love?

You may have
doubt
when you cannot
see,
when you cannot
hold your
loved one close –
but do you
not feel them
even closer
when you
Connect With Love?

Are you not
part of them –
are they not
part of You –
if you cannot
separate Love –
they are as
close
as they can be –
you know,
you feel
them in
your heart –
you are always
Connected With Love.

Be still
and feel
they are there –
look around
for signs
and know –
there is comfort
in the knowing,
that Love Is Here –
You Always Are
and Will Always Be –
Connected Always
With Love.

It is hard
to move beyond
the logical,
the reasoning mind –
is this not
where your
belief systems
set up shop
and set
the rules?

This is where
choices happen –
yes, there needs
to be organized
thought,
but might you
remember
that there is
more to you
and those
around you,
then only
your mind?

If everyone
is ready
to fight,
to choose
a side,
to defend
their stance,
all it takes
is an initial
volley of
chosen words,
and the
fight is on –
is it not
hard to listen
when a barrage
of words
are not meant
to be heard?

Have not words
become the
ammunition –
to express
emotion,
of what does
not make sense
to the logical,
reasoning mind –
where belief systems
are the rule?

Can you open
your heart
to hear,
to feel,
to get past
the lines
drawn in the
sand,
from your mind,
that gets distracted
by the noise,
by the fight –
can you get past
the hurling of words,
to hear,
to sense
what is beyond
the frustration,
the emotion
of another mind –
to hear
a beating heart?

There are many
perspectives
you can take,
to see,
to feel,
to sense,
as you integrate
your mind,
your spirit,
the Love
within your heart –
might you balance
out the words,
with the awareness
that All Is One?

So many perspectives,
so many experiences
allow you
to choose
your words,
your reactions –
your mind,
your heart
can work together
to choose Love,
see Love,
hear Love
and Be Love.

Be Kind.
Be Open.
Be You.
Be Love.

Seeds of Love

One little
tiny seed
from a tree
drops into
the ground below,
buried in
life-giving soil,
with water
and light,
does it not
grow –
to begin
so small,
to grow
so big,
does not
the seed
have all
it needs
to become
a majestic tree?

One little
drop of Love
from
All That Is
begins
on the earth –
starting tiny,
ever-growing
with water
and food
do you not grow –
to begin
so small,
to grow
with Love,
do you not
have all
you need
to realize
the majestic,
beautiful You?

Can you continue
this loving cycle,
dropping Love
wherever you go –
might it be
needed
all around you –
does not Love
help all to grow?

With a loving heart
can you cultivate,
spreading Love
wherever you go –
are you not
like the tree –
with roots in
the ground,
reaching up
to the sky –
the physical you
with the
Essence of Love?

Does it not take
one drop of Love,
a tiny seed
to begin to grow –
watch Love
take root,
watch Love
persevere –
with Love
there is always,
always Hope.

Add to Hope
one drop of Love,
watch it build,
watch it grow –
With Love
is not all
possible –
with Love
is there not
always Hope?

One little
tiny seed
of Love
is all
it takes
to Know,
to Be,
to realize
how majestic
You Are –
as You Are
Beautiful
Love.

where you travel,
no matter
where you roam –
you are somewhere,
you are everywhere,
with ground
below you
and sky
above you –
are you not
Always Home?

Is Home
not where
your heart
beats,
is it not
where you
feel Love –
it is where
you are
connected
to All
you share
in Love.

Yes, you may
grieve those
who go
before you,
you may miss
the places
that you
have been –
but do you
not feel
the ground
below you,
with sky above –
is there not
Love?

Are you not Home
in this
perfect moment –
can you not
Be right
where you are?
Where You Are
is where
Love Is –
You Are Home
when You Are
Love.

No matter
where you travel,
no matter
where you roam –

You Are Always,

There is a message
always for you –
do you not
look around
wondering,
where is Love?
You look to
see it,
you yearn
to feel it –
you know when you
sense it –
There Is Love.

A Message of Love
can be anywhere
at anytime –
it may be
on the smile
of another
you see,
it may be
in a sign
when a loved one
says “hi” –
it may be
in a picture
that takes
your breath away –
when something
touches your
heart,
you know
That Is Love.

Can you initiate
Messages of Love?
In a world of
friction,
arguing
and strife –
when a loving
message is sent
your way –
do you not
stop and remember –
There Is Love.

Send a thought,
a Message of Love
in some way –
hear another,
affirm someone’s day,
there are many
hearts
that have forgotten
what Love
feels like –
can you remind
someone,
That Is Love?

Might you Be
a Messenger of Love,
as you connect
with the Love
that flows
within You –
for a short time
or a whole day
through –
can you embody
the Love
That You Are –
you may
not need
to find it,
or wonder
where it is –
when you realize
That You Are
and
There Is Love.

There is a pulse,
there is a beat,
as the waves
from the ocean
wash up
upon the shore,
flowing over the sand
before receding
back into the
ocean –
only to do it
once again,
and again,
and again.

And from your
perspective
on the sand –
you do not think,
or feel sad,
when the waves
recede into
the ocean,
that they are
gone forever –
are they not
part of the
ocean
that is so vast,
so full of water –
will it not
continue sending
wave after wave
to wash upon
the shore –
with a rhythm
and a beat
that soothes
the soul?

Is there not
a collective sound,
when the waves
from the ocean
come together
in unison,
to spill over
on the sand –
do not some
drops of the ocean
get absorbed
into the sand –
while the
other drops
of water
get carried back
out into
the sea?

There is a
continuous flow
to the water,
to the ocean,
are you not
amazed
by the rhythm,
by the sound,
by the continuous
Force of Nature
that seems so
constant in
its presence –
yet ever-changing
with each wave,
with each drop of
water –
do you not
understand vastness
when you experience
the ocean?

There is a pulse,
there is a beat
of Love
that you
are part of,
much like
the ocean –
you are constant,
you are changing –
does it all
not depend
on where your
perspective is?

Are you standing
on the shore –
thinking Love
may come
and go –
with fear
and doubt
that it is
only temporary
in its scope?

Or do you see
that You Are
each drop
of water
in the ocean –
moving from
here to there,
but always
a part
of the Whole –
you cannot
separate a drop
of water from
the ocean –
does it not
always find
its way
back Home?

You cannot
be separate
from the Love
That You Are,
part of a
continuous flow –
You Are
a Force of Nature,
Love is constant
in its presence,
yet ever-changing
as you experience
the Love that
flows though You –
will you not
always find
your way
Home
through Love?

Be amazed
That You Are
as vast as
the ocean,
as powerful
as each wave,
as Loved
as each drop
of water
in the ocean.

All One.
You Are All.
You Are One.
You Are Love.

Take care.
Be gentle.

What is it
that you need
to feel good,
to feel loved –
for is there
not caring
when Love
is spread
as a healing balm –
yes, you provide
care,
you give Love,
but can you
take care
and be gentle
to receive Love
within You?

Do you not
look to find
the space
that feels good,
where Peace
and calm
give you
the Strength
you need
to carry on –
when you
feel rooted to
the ground,
able to sway
with the winds,
to bend
not break –
as you are
grounded in
the Love
That You Are –
is this not
the caring place
as you take care
of You?

Take care.
Be gentle.

Begin with you
to take care,
to let the
healing balm
of Love
build up in
your heart,
spilling over
to each fiber
of your Be-ing,
each cell
that calls out
for Love –
can you take care
and reassure
All of You
that Love Is Here –
it always Is,
you can never
Be anything
but Love?

Take care.
Be gentle –
let the loving
Arms of Love
embrace
any hurting
aspect of You.

Let caring,
gentle,
Love
cradle you
in the Love
That You Are.

You Are
So Very
Loved.

Growth

Growth
is always happening,
though it may
be hard to see –
you may look
back,
to see the
changes,
to make sure
that you
have grown –
but we say,
enjoy the Journey,
whether it feels
slow,
or moves
so fast.

Does not the
development
of a butterfly,
happen in
the chrysalis,
in the quiet,
out of sight,
with no awareness
of what is
to come,
to the butterfly,
with its new birth,
it does not need
to know each change –
there is Faith
that change
will happen,
and Trust in
the process,
that growth
will come.

Is there not purpose,
to assimilation,
to letting all
you absorb
reach You –
through your body,
mind
and spirit,
there are many
aspects to You –
can you not
have growth
on many levels –
as you soak up
what is new?

As you emerge
from your
chrysalis –
and stretch
your wings
so you may fly –
you may not
remember,
where you came from,
but you know
where you are
now –
have not all
of your experiences
brought you
to this moment
now?

Be patient
in the growing,
in the changing
that takes place –
are you not
evolving
on this Journey,
as you find
your way
back to You –
are you not
evolving
to remember
what it is,
What You Are Now –
are you not
stripping away
the layers
to emerge
as You Are Love?

Begin.
Evolve.
Remember.
Love.
You Are That.
You Are Love.
Fly.
