Of the Heart

Are not dear friends
your family,
supporting each other
in life and beyond,
the webs you weave
are purposeful,
these created with Love
are so very strong.

Souls united in life
rejoice in This,
meetings and connections
are not by chance,
as paths unfold to fulfill
a life’s purpose,
friends made of the heart
are not by happenstance.

Is there not harmony
in This Song,
This Song of Love
that you and dear
ones share,
All of your hearts
join in completely,
All hearts rejoicing
in This Loving Care!

With Ease

At any time Love
can suspend time,
as you tune in to
your innate Peace,
as you shift from
your egoic thoughts,
Here You Are
ready to flow
with ease.

You need not quiet the
very noisy brain,
simply turn your focus
to what is always Here,
creative expressions or
present moments
with Gratitude,
are but a few ways
to center and Be
clear.

May this day Be
a moment unfolding,
does not your Presence
create this shift in you,
no matter the lists
that ego wishes you
to complete,
Be Grace and ease
as Love and Peace
flow through!

Let Love Be

Let Love Be.

When you feel
you need to fix
everything or
everyone,
take a breath and
pause to reflect –
let Love Be.

Yes stand up for what
you believe in,
life is not meant
to be still,
but check your
expectations,
judgments –
let Love Be.

Be present for what
comes up before you,
this includes you
and what you need,
make a space for
Love to flourish –
let Love Be.

In this surrender
You Are empowered,
able to be a vessel
clear,
the chaotic world craves
Love undaunted –
let Love Be.

This Love is what
flows through you
naturally,
You Are This Love
right now,
say yes to Love
with a full heart –
and let Love Be!

Fresh Beginnings

Take a cue from
Nature’s palette,
soak up the colors
that explode in
Spring,
be inspired by
new life growing –
blooms that delight,
the wonder of trees
so green.

What is emerging
upon your path,
do you not see
more clearly dear,
in this season of
fresh beginnings,
might you find
your Self more
fully Here?

Find Strength and hope
in new growth,
contagious,
extend your heart to
All who need a hand,
shine your Light to help
with what is growing –
a return to Love for
All throughout the land!

Who You Are

Always Love knows
Who You Are.

Life brings you many
roles to play,
some pass quickly,
some are here to
stay,
even as change
in life is certain –
always Love knows
Who You Are.

Life does its best
to shape and mold,
ego wants to fulfill
expectations made,
in all iterations of
you on earth –
always Love knows
Who You Are.

And when you let
life’s stories go,
are you not Creation
in present tense,
Be the masterpiece
that is ready to
be seen –
as Love knows
Who You Are.

Beyond judgment and
confined walls,
let each moment
of life unfold,
see your Self with
new-found eyes –
You as Love know
Who You Are!

Tender Strength

take the edge
off any prickly
points today,
may you sense
your inherent
wonder as you
let your little self
out to play.

May compassion
and empathy
allow your greater
Vision to see,
more alike you
All Are Here,
may your heart share
the promise of Peace.

May Humility remind
you dear one,
All Are One and
All make up
This Truth,
may your strong
and tender heart
Be a Beacon of Light
for Love to shine
through!

An Awakened Collective

You hope and pray
for a shift to bring
compassion and Love
to a chaotic earth,
my dear these are
already Here,
are not people awakening
throughout the world?

There is a collective
consciousness that
awakens along with
each of you,
as people see each
other as precious,
souls unite as Love
knows what to do.

Intentions for compassion
to spread can begin
with you in your
everyday life,
what judgments or
limiting beliefs
keep you from shining
your most brilliant
Light?

Add to this Loving
Collective,
that is delighted
to be filled up,
as your own cup
fills with Love,
share Joy as This
is what you are
made of!

to transmute energy.

centered and clear,
no matter what life
throws your way –
you are safe with
angels near.

Control is ego’s way
to convince itself
that it is powerful,
perfection, expectation –
these are how ego
measures its inherent
worth.

You need no
measuring sticks
to demonstrate
how you are Loved
dear one,
Love’s Peace is your
True Essence,
there is no match
to be lost or won.

What you can always
count on
is You Are Love
inherently,
shift to This Higher
Perspective,
spirit clears the path
for you to believe.

Is This not an
awakened journey,
surrendering to what
You already know,
loosen your grip on
ego’s machinations –
All is Well within
your Soul!

Your Divine Wholeness

Grounding with earth,
do not stop on the surface,
your energy flows through
this shimmering ball,
your secure roots know
where to go –
are You not connected
to it All.

You wish to integrate
more fully,
but you need not wait
to be made Whole,
your wholeness is complete –
you as human experience
You as soul.

Allow your heart to
blend together what
has not been separated
Here,
You of the earth and
beyond the sky –
your Divine Wholeness
is Love pure and clear!
