If Love . . .

Hug yourself.
Give yourself
a pat on
the back.

Yes, you may think
there is always
something more
that you can do –
that should be done,
do you not often
have the mindset –
“if this gets done”
or “if I do that” –
do these “if-thens”
not take you
out of the
moment of Now
and put you in
your thinking mind –
delaying what is
important
and pushing you
into a different time –
is it not time
to be thankful,
to be grateful
for You –
hug yourself.

Do you not feel
self-conscious
hearing these words –
is it not better
to give out hugs?
But as you are
becoming more
conscious,
more aware
of the Power of Love –
is it not overdue
to be conscious
of the Self –
if you see the
Love in You,
can you not find
Love Everywhere?
Is that not an
“if-then” statement
that can heal
the World?
Hug yourself.

And is not
a pat on the back,
more than a symbol
of a job well done –
is it not
an acknowledgment
that you are here –
is it not a symbol –
“I see You” –
is it not a
reassurance that
All Is Well?
Right Now.
This moment –
give yourself
a pat on the back
and hug yourself.

Can you not
help but smile
at the simplicity
of these words?
You may think
of them as silly –
will you not
do this alone?
But if others
saw the Truth
that each of you
wish to feel –
is it not
when you love yourself,
that you can
truly give Love
to others?
If you can trust
the perfection
of Love in You –
could you not see
that Love in others, too?
Hug yourself.

If You Are Love
is not everyone?

You Are.
They Are.
All Are
One.
Love.
Hug.
Smile.

Wave of Love

“Riding a wave.”

You visualize
a surfer standing
upon a surfboard –
one with a wave,
riding the flow
of the ocean,
able to see
from above the water –
it does look effortless
at first glance,
but did not the surfer
need to paddle
out into the ocean,
waiting patiently
for the right conditions?

Might there have
been times,
when the surfer
had to swim against
the current,
or take in water –
when the ocean
felt so deep,
so vast?

But the surfer waits
and knows the water,
and senses when the
wave is ready –
does the surfer not paddle
to the perfect position
to blend with
and be lifted
by the wave?

And as exhilarating
as riding a wave may be –
as fast as the surfer travels
when riding the wave –
does not time stand still
when the surfer is
in the flow?

There may be times,
when you feel
you are paddling upstream –
when where you
wish to travel
is so deep,
so vast –
but have you not
felt the wave before,
do you not sense
when you are being lifted –
when you are One
with the Love
that flows through
and around You always?

Can you not put yourself
in a perfect position –
are not the conditions
always right,
as You Are a drop
in the deep, vast
Ocean of Love –
can you not help
but blend with
and be lifted
by the Waves of Love?

And when you ride
this Wave of Love,
do you not rise
and are able to see
from a different perspective,
from a vantage point,
that feels effortless
as you blend with
the flow,
blending with
the Waves of Love?

You may experience
the ebb and flow
of waves that rise
and fall at times –
but is this not
a rhythm that
you understand –
are you not honing
your skills,
each time you
ride the wave –
can you not have faith,
can you not trust
that you are right
where you need to be?

And are not the waves
an expression of
the ocean,
are you not part
of the Ocean of Love
at all times –
as You Are one drop
in the deep, vast ocean –
are you not always
surrounded by Love?

Swim with Love.
Rise with Love.
Ride the Wave of Love
That You Are.
Effortless.

Season of Love

The season of spring
brings the return
of old friends –
from the migrating birds
that catch your eye
and sing their sweet songs,
to the slumbering bears,
awake and looking for food –
to the first glimpse of green
and buds of flowers
that begin to bloom.

Do you not rejoice
with each familiar sighting –
is it not like
a coloring book
that has not yet
been filled in –
does not each return
in this season of spring,
fill in the color
you have been looking for?

It is not with anticipation
that you look for signs,
that bring back to you
the familiar sights –
are they not always
with you
in your memory,
are they not truly gone –
only out of your sight?

In each Cycle of Life,
is there not a season
of spring?
The return,
the rejoicing,
when you see
loved ones again –
they are not truly gone,
are they not just
out of your sight?

Do you not notice
the signs that
they are still here –
is there not something
that draws your attention,
something catches your eye,
or a song that you hear –
is it not like welcoming
the first signs of spring –
“There you are,” you exclaim,
“I knew you were here!”

As Love is the catalyst
that brings color
to Life –
can you fill
in the spaces
that appear black and white –
there is a richness
to Love
that reminds you
that All is alive –
in the Season of Love –
Love never dies.

Welcome back.
Welcome Home.
Welcome Love.

So Very Loved

It is human nature
to want to explain,
to share,
to want someone
to hear your story,
what you have
been going through,
to give justifications,
to provide proof,
to defend
what you think
is “right.”

And is this not
a perfect time
to look at
what the underlying
emotions are –
are emotions
not an expression
of what wishes
to come up –
to be looked at,
to be aware of,
to be healed?

Do you not
place a value
on who is right,
or who is wrong,
on what is the best way
to move forward,
are there not
a multitude
of perspectives
with the many stories
you experience
in this
School of Life?

But what if you
change your perspective
and no longer look
in terms of
right or wrong,
or feel the need
to justify,
to defend
a position in your story –
what if you
are already so valued,
that you do not
need to prove
a single thing –
what if you
already are
so very, very loved?

It is human nature
to want to explain,
to be assured
that you are “right” –
but are you not
looking for
something greater,
something better
than justification –
are you not
wanting to be assured
that you are
so very, very loved?

These experiences
you go through,
through the stories
that are told,
can you step aside
to look at
what drives them –
are there emotions
that come up
to be heard,
to be felt,
to be healed?

Does Love not heal
when you hand
over your pain,
is not struggle
an opportunity
to take notice of
what is bubbling up
to be loved –
what if all of you
already knew
that you are
so very, very loved?

So tell your stories,
but you listen as well –
what is the message,
what does your story
tell You?
Might you fast forward
through it,
you know how it ends –
You Are
always,
so very
Loved.

Eyes of Gratitude

What do you perceive?
What lens do you
look through?
What might the
world look like
through the
Eyes of Gratitude?

Days of cloudy,
gray and rainy skies,
can dampen your spirits
if you focus on
the lack of sun
that might shine
on you –
but as it
is spring,
is not rain
bringing life to
all that is new –
do you not
see the gray
in a different light –
when you look
through the
Eyes of Gratitude?

You may have
preferences
about what you
wish would happen
in a day,
but can you
look at what
you are grateful for –
as you focus
on the positive
that gratitude brings,
can you not
transform
your outlook,
your perspective –
when you look
through the
Eyes of Gratitude?

As energy is vibration,
what vibration
do you wish
to be in –
do you not attract
what you surround
yourself with?
How do you
let the energy
of Love
flow throughout,
is not Love all
you see –
when you look
through the
Eyes of Gratitude?

Yes, you begin
with your heart –
to open
and let flow
the Love That You Are,
but your eyes
are a window,
a filter,
to what you may perceive –
as eyes are a portal
to what comes
through you,
can you not
sense the power
of looking at
something new –
when you look
through the
Eyes of Gratitude?

Is not Gratitude
the key to
unlocking the door,
to sense and to know
the Love That You Are –
when you experience
the Gratitude That Is You –
yes, can you not
look at yourself anew,
is it not as important
to look at You –
through the
Eyes of Gratitude?

Transform the energy.
See in a new Light.
You can shine your light
and brighten All.
You Are the sun shining,
you can transform the gray –
when you look
through the
Eyes of Gratitude.

Reset With Love

Button

Reset.
Recenter.
Rebalance.

Yes, there are times
when you may feel
off-balance,
off-kilter,
when your internal
monitor
senses that
you are out
of balance –
do you not
wish to find
the reset button
to push?

Yes, there are
many buttons
that can be
pushed or pulled –
when life
brings you lessons
that let you
notice your reactions –
is there not learning,
is there not growing,
are there not opportunities
to find the button
that lets you reset,
let go,
so that you may
get back to
the flow?

Is the flow
not smooth –
it does not
feel rough,
is there not
a grace,
an ease,
that unfolds
before you –
does flow not
happen when
you do not need
to push or pull?

Reset.
Recenter.
Rebalance.

What is your
center of Be-ing?
You may know
when you feel “off” –
but what lets
you know when
you are where
you wish to be?

Does the flow
not happen
when Love is
in control?

Yes, the human
side of you
wishes to control
many outcomes,
having expectations –
it can be exhausting
as you attach yourself
to what “should” happen,
or where you think
things “should” be.

But is there not
a reset button
always ready,
always there –
can you not
always return
to center,
to the place
where there is Peace –
is that not
when you let go
and hand it over
to Love?

Will you not find
the answers
when you
give yourself room –
when you let yourself
breathe in
the flow,
the grace,
of Love?

When you are in
the push and pull
of Life
and all of its details,
can you bring
yourself back
to your
Place of Peace?

Find your center.
Release control.
Your next steps
will be apparent,
when you let go –
push your reset button
and let Love flow.

There is Love.
There is the Center.
There You Are.
With Love
You Are
and There Is Peace.

Unite With Love

There are many
ways to travel,
there are many
roads to take –
some may prefer
wings,
rail,
or wheels,
but as all
take you from
here to there –
are there not
new experiences
everywhere?

Everyone has a
unique Journey,
each with a
different path,
there are interests
that may unite you
with those
you may not
see “eye to eye”,
but as the heart
is the great uniter,
do you not all
have feelings, too?
Are there not
common themes –
be it love or grief
that draws them
closer to you?

You do not have
to agree on all,
you may travel a
different route –
but is there
not Unity
in the Love
that beats
and breathes Life
into you?

As Love Is
the Unifier,
that connects all
heart to heart –
you may disagree,
you may turn away
with the human aspect
of the day to day –
but when you connect
with the heart
no matter the story,
are you not All
Unified with Love?

There is a time
to open your ears
and listen to someone’s
story to be told,
but there is always time,
do you not have eternity –
to open your heart,
rising above what separates,
to the place
where One is All,
unified with
All That Is –
can you not always
Unite with Love?

Will you not find Peace,
can you not connect –
when you Unite with Love?

Together.
United.
All One
Love.

Shift With Love

There is an opening
when you create space –
a shifting of energy,
when there is movement.
You may perceive
this shift
as closing a door,
but as energy
cannot disappear,
you cannot close
something off –
when you shift
with Love.

And in this opening,
is there not space
to breathe life into
what was standing still –
is not energy
always ready to create
something new,
when you give
it a chance –
when you shift
with Love?

Are there not opportunities
when you look
with new eyes,
when you are in
a transition,
is it not
the perfect time
to be open to
new possibilities –
change can feel
uncomfortable,
you may be treading
on new ground –
but can you have
faith in knowing,
that All Is Well,
can you embrace change –
when you shift
with Love?

When you turn
toward change,
you are not turning away,
your heart never forgets
when it has
opened with Love –
do you not carry
with You,
All That You Are –
is it not Love
that has brought you
where you are now –
will Love not
always be there –
when you shift
with Love?

You may pivot
in Life,
you may try
something new –
you may say goodbye
to the old,
but not to
the Love
that is always
within You –
there is always
an opening
for Love to
come through –
when you open
and shift
with Love.

Love Remains

Love remains.

When you think
you have lost
something out of
your life –
you no longer
can see,
touch,
or smell
the objects
that took up space
in your physical world,
the things
that make up memories
of times gone by
with the ones
you love –
Love remains.

And out of
your sight
as if no longer here,
loved ones who
no longer share
your physical space –
you feel,
you sense
the loss
in the physical world,
but because you
cannot touch them –
are they no longer here?
Love remains.

Even as physical objects
move out of
your sight,
do you not hold
the memory
in your heart –
you need not
recreate what already
has been –
the Vibration of Love
will always beat
in your heart –
you cannot remove
the Love That
Always Is –
Love remains.

And as a loved one
is no longer here,
walking in this
physical world –
is there not a space
where the
Energy of Love
always resides –
even as your
five senses
may not verify –
can you not
feel them close,
as Love never dies?
Love remains.

And as All Is Love,
with no beginning
and with no end –
as the Soul of All
That Is –
is within,
you may have lost
someone out of
this life,
but they are
not lost,
their soul cannot die,
are you not
always together –
linked by the
Vibration of Love?
Love remains.

Your eyes
can only see
your limited physical view,
but you can sense
with your heart,
that vibrates with
the Rhythm of You –
as You Are Love –
are your Loved Ones
not always with You?
Love remains.

Trust That
Love Is
All Eternal,
Always Love.
Love Always
Remains.

Expansive Love

You have an expectation,
how you will act,
how you might feel,
what may happen
in any situation –
do you not speculate,
preplanning what will be?

Yes, it may give
you focus,
when you plan
a direction you
may take,
but are you not
also surrounding
what may be
with limitations –
might you be
holding yourself back
from what can be?

Expectations
and outcomes
can sometimes
set you up
for ego’s judgement,
but are they not
also limiting in nature –
how can you
know every outcome
that may be?

Might you play
in expansive energy
that is not limited
by your story,
or only based on
what you know,
or what you may have
experienced before?

Can you have faith
that there is something
greater than you,
where expansive energy resides –
the Vibration of Love,
is looking out for you,
but might it be
a different path
that you did not see?

Might you open
your heart,
but also open
your mind –
can you trust
that a different way
might take you
on a different route –
resulting in a more
expansive outcome
than you may
have thought?

Is not your imagination
the perfect place
to play and dream?

Can you play
in the vibration
of Love that is
expansive –
it has no limits,
it knows no boundaries –
can you get there
with faith –
and trust in the
expansive energy
of Love?

Expand your mind.
Expand your heart.
There are no limits
to the expansive
energy of Love.

And as You Are Love –
there is no limit
to the expansive
energy of You.

Set yourself free with
the limitless
Love That You Are.
