Law of Love

A ball
bounces up
and down.
How high
it can bounce
depends upon
the force it
takes to
bounce it against
the ground,
so it may defy
the law of gravity
and bounce
back up
in the air.

A trampoline
allows you
to bounce
up and down,
using force
and the trampoline
to propel you up –
does not the trampoline
help you to
defy gravity,
if only for a moment,
do you feel
as if you are flying?

Is not gravity
a reminder of
the rules of
the physical world –
is your default setting
not one that
returns you to
your humanness –
even if you
temporarily learn
how to fly?

But as You Are
always Spirit,
having a human experience
in a physical world –
yes, there are
physical rules to follow,
but can you not
increase your
moments of remembering
Who You really Are?

Does not the
Force of Love
free you from
the heaviness of
the physical world –
can Love not be
the springboard
you need,
much like how
the trampoline
can lift you up –
do you not feel lighter
and able to rise above,
when You Are propelled
by the Force of Love?

Yes your default may be
the human condition,
as the law of gravity
seeks to keep you planted
on the ground –
but do you not
defy this law
each time you jump,
or even with every
step that you take?

Do you not look
to the Force of Love
that flows through you,
that lifts you up
and propels you forward,
does not this Love,
this Law of You
keep reminding you
that there is
more to You
than who is standing
on the ground?

When you remember
Who You Are –
are not instantly
filled with Joy,
like when you
defy gravity –
jumping with Joy
on a trampoline
or bouncing a ball
so high in the air?

Do you not experience Joy
when you sense
the freedom,
the knowing,
that there is more
than this physical world –
does not Love
remind you
that You Are Free?

Defy gravity.
Let it remind you
that as there are rules,
they are made to
be broken.

Be You –
having a human experience.
Be human –
following the
Law of Love.

Let Love remind you
Who You Are.
Fly.
Soar.
Be Free.
Be Love.
Be You.

What If Love?

What if . . .

There are many
questions that
the human mind has –
many answers
that you seek,
often in the
search for Why,
to provide meaning,
for understanding,
or so you think.

And do not
many questions;
“why did that . . .”
“what do I . . . “,
look for answers
that fit into
your belief system –
as do you not look
to that system
to give you a context
that your human mind
needs to
makes sense of
what is happening
around you?

But does this
type of questioning
not keep you in
a neat and tidy box –
a box of beliefs
that uses other beliefs,
to answer the questions
that you have?

Now come back
to the question,
the energy of –
What if . . . .?

Do you not
feel the lid
lifting off
of the box
with this
Question of Possibility –
is it not a question
that questions
your beliefs?

Yes – as you have
a questioning mind,
can you not use
your curiosity,
your thirst for knowledge,
your drive to understand –
can you shift
your focus
from making sense
of what has been
to looking forward
and contemplating –
What if?

Instead of making
things fit
into a neat and tidy box,
for is it not hard
to see the Light
when inside a box –
can there not
be varying options,
“what if this . . . ”
or “what if that . . .” –
can you imagine
each “what if”
pushing a hole
through the box –
does not each opening
let the Light
come shining in?

And as these
rays of Light,
each inspired thought,
each possibility of
What If –
as you expand and grow,
are you not creating
with Light
instead of being
contained in a box?

As You Are
a creation
of All That Is –
are you not
a creative
Force of Love?

What If.
Imagine.
All Is Possible
as All Is Love.

Light and Love
cannot be
contained within
a box.
Take off the lid
and let your
Light and Love shine.

What if –
You Are Love?
Limitless.
Possible.
Love.

Winter’s slumber awakens.
Is it not hard
to sleep when there
is so much Light?

The days grow longer.
Yes, signs of spring
add to the look,
the feel,
the sounds of
the day.
The birds are busy
making way for
their young,
taking advantage
of longer
dawn to dusk.

Do you not look
to see the signs
of spring emerging –
is there not a freshness
in the air,
the hope of new growth,
as there is more Light –
do you not sense
that it is time to awaken
from your winter’s slumber –
much like the Bear?

With the ebb and flow
in the cycles of Life –
there are times to rest
and there are times
of growth –
does not bringing
in the Light
help you to see –
does not Light bring hope,
much like the
emergence of spring?

And as you awaken
from your winter’s sleep –
is it not time to rub
the sleep from your eyes –
as you venture out
to look around
with a new perspective –
is not everything illuminated
when you bring in
more Light?

Stretch your muscles,
take advantage of
the Light,
take stock in
what arises,
what is asking
for your attention,
what is ready
to begin.

As you awaken
from your slumber,
with a blessing
of Gratitude
in your heart –
step into the Light
and let your own
Light shine.

The day awaits.
All Is Well.

Connect to Love

Connected.

You are always connected
to Source,
to God,
the Universe,
the Divine –
it matters not
what you label
the Source of Love,
the Source of You –
even as your ego,
your human mind
tries to convince you
that you are separate
and on your own –
You Are always connected
to Love.

Do you not feel
these connections,
sense the Web
that you cannot see –
when you are in
a State of Awareness,
there is support
on the periphery –
you can almost see it,
you can almost grasp it –
is it not a feeling
that the next step
you take,
is being guided
in a loving way?

Connected.

And as You Are
part of this greater Web,
connecting You to
All That Is –
can you not sense
a familiarity when
you connect with
another person
that you are to meet,
when you enter
a place you feel
you’ve been to before,
when you listen to music
that stirs your soul
into remembering –
do these senses you have
not satisfy
a longing you have
to feel at Home,
to belong to something
greater than you?

Do you not seek
these connections
that connect you to
your Higher Self,
the Source of Love
of All That Is –
is this not a search for
Who You Are?

You Are always connected.
You cannot Be
anything but Love.
Is it not in the remembering
that you light up the Web –
to see how strong
these connections are –
can you surrender
into Knowing
that what you are
looking for
is already within
your heart?

With the Light and Love
that reside in your heart,
are you not connected
to the Love of
All That Is?

Follow the connections
to Source,
to God,
the Universe,
the Divine.

It is not at the end
and there is no beginning –
You Are always
connected to Love.

Relate to Love

Relationship.

Is this not a word
to describe interactions
that you have
with other people,
does not the word
define this –
how do you relate
and where are you
relative to each other?

In the world
of duality,
is there not
great learning –
as you experience
so much about you,
in how you relate
to those around you,
in the relationships
you seek,
and also in the ones
you find yourself in –
that maybe you would not
have chosen to be?

Are there not people
in your lives
who are there
to help you learn
a little more
about yourself –
giving you opportunities
to see how
you relate?

Relationship.

Is there not often
a push and pull
when there is clamoring
to see –
who is “right”
or who is “wrong?”
When the focus
is on persuasion
to get another
to see your point,
do you not often
wish to change
the other person
in relation
to you?

But could you
not change your focus,
observing how you interact,
noticing your reactions –
can you follow
the thread of emotion
that comes up
for you to see?
You may have thought
that your goal
was to change
another’s mind,
but is not interaction
giving you opportunities
to interact with You?

Relationship.

Is it not this duality
that helps you see
where You Are –
do not others
provide the mirror
that you can see
yourself in –
and what is the
image you
wish to see?

Can you extend Love
with a listening ear –
can you stand
in your own Truth –
and be grateful
when another
helps you see
where You Are?
Do not others
help you see
the relationship
you have to the
Love That You Are?

Does it not help
when you align
yourself to Love?

Be grateful for interactions.
Love all reactions.
And as you embrace
the Love That Is You –
can you not help
but embrace the Love
you see in All?

See Love.
See You.
Relate to Love
as Love Is
All There Is.

And You Are That –
Love.

Stand With Love

As human,
there is a streak of stubbornness,
that runs through you –
are there not times
when you
“dig in your heels,”
you will not budge,
are you not
“rooted to the spot?”

Are there not
myriad ideas
that you hold onto
as beliefs –
so “set in stone”
are you until
you see a
different perspective,
until you realize
that beliefs
can be swayed
as they expand –
when you draw
lines in the sand,
do they not
become obscured
by the winds of change?

Can you be like
the tree?
Yes, you need roots
to hold you steady,
reaching deep into
the ground,
finding a safe place
to take root
and grow.

But as the trunk
of the tree –
that which connects
the earth and sky –
is it not flexible
in its structure –
is it not able to sway,
to bend to and fro,
to give in any direction,
so as not to break
from strong forces
that it meets?

Is it not fear
that brings the
two year-old
out in you –
the part that
wishes to sit dow
and will not move?

But as Love
takes your hand,
to reassure that
All Is Well,
You Are safe
and You Are Loved –
you are grounded
like the tree,
you can give
and you can take –
flexible enough
you will not break,
might you be open
to a different
point of view?

As the Flow of Love
encourages you to grow –
there may be growing pains,
as your lines in the sand
shift with the
winds of change –
but is not change
as constant as
the wind?

Do you not possess
the Strength of a tree,
the Courage to reach
and grow –
knowing Love is
at the root of
All That Is?

Reach for the stars,
feel your roots
in mother earth –
You Are
a magnificent bridge
between earth and sky.

As You Are grounded
in Love,
you cannot help
but grow.
Be nourished
by the Love that
Flows through You.

Let Love be the
stabilizing force
of Who You Are.
Bend and sway
when the winds of change
come through.
Stand with Love,
beautiful one,
stand with Love.

Eyes of Love

Take a look
at what you
see around you –
and instead of
looking past
what is familiar,
can you look
with a different eye –
can you see
with the
Eyes of Love?

It may take
some time to notice,
as you are used
to filtering out –
you may be looking
for the newness –
but does not
all you see
look new and different
when you see
with the
Eyes of Love?

Can you marvel
at the mundane?
Do not miracles abound?
What you take
for granted
becomes alive,
when you see it
with the
Eyes of Love.

Take a walk outside –
breathe in the
freshest of air,
is not the
very air you breathe –
is not breathing itself
a miracle,
when you see it
with the
Eyes of Love?

There is such beauty
in nature,
from the smallest
blade of grass
to the tallest tree –
does not nature
remind you
to look outside –
and see
with the
Eyes of Love?

And as you are
looking out –
seeing things around you
with a loving eye –
can you look within
and celebrate
the miracle that
love lives in –
can you marvel
at You
and see yourself,
with the
Eyes of Love?

Love is not a perception –
Love Is Who You Are –
take a moment to open
up your heart,
you may wish to
set your thoughts aside –
but might you
take a break
from the usual view
and see
with the
Eyes of Love?

Does it not make
you feel grateful –
are there not blessings
all around –
are there not
miracles to celebrate,
when you see All
with the
Eyes of Love?

Let Love
open up
your eyes
to the beauty,
to the wonder,
to the Truth of
Who You Are.

And as you look
with the
Eyes of Love –
share Love,
celebrate Love,
Be the Love
you wish to see
as You Are
the Eyes of Love.

A Quiet Space

In the absence
of the wind –
there is still,
there is calm.

Do you not at times
listen for the wind
to break the silence –
thinking that this
calming space
needs to be filled
once again?

Is it not in
the quiet,
calming spaces
that you may
hear the whisper
of a message,
an idea may form,
a creative thought
may bubble up
to the surface
of your consciousness.

Is it not
in the quiet,
calming spaces
that all that you
have taken in,
mixes up with what
you already know –
and once you
free up space,
is there not room
for an inspired thought
to filter in to
your awareness?

Is there not some
resistance at first –
to the quiet,
calming space –
do you not
feel a need
to fill it up
with more noise,
more distractions –
do you often want
only “more?”

But is not
the quiet,
calming space,
already filled
with the
Love That You Are –
when you strip away
all of the distractions,
is it not Love
that remains?

Is it not
in the quiet,
calming place –
that you integrate
all that you experience
with the One experience
you need not learn –
the Expression of You As Love?

In the absence
of the noise –
there is still,
there is calm –
do you recognize yourself
in that place –
the space that
is filled
with Love?

When the mind
is calm,
when the thoughts
are still,
you will hear a message
that is there for You:
As You Are Love,
you are so Loved –
so very, very Loved.

Choose Love

You flip a coin
to help you
make a choice –
yet even in
that moment
of the coin being
tossed in the air,
turning,
spinning,
before it lands –
do you not often
know in your “gut”,
which side of
the coin
you wish to see?

Decisions.
Is it not hard
to make a choice –
to decide
what next to do –
what to keep,
what to let go,
which path to follow,
which turn to take?

Do you not
color these decisions
with what you think
the outcome “should” be?

And at the time
of any decision –
might you only know
what you know now –
and is that not
a limited perspective –
as how can you know
all there is to know?

Might there be
more “knowing”
to experience,
with whatever decision
you make?

And if you begin
on a new adventure –
and the road
takes a turn
that no longer
feels right,
is there not always
another decision
or choice that
you can make?

As change happens
all around you –
do you not feel
the push and pull –
do you not often resist
the nudges that
remind you –
there are always
choices that
you can make?

And if decisions
are weighed down
by your perspective
of what you think
the outcome “should” be –
do you not feel burdened,
questioning your ability
to make a decision
that seems so big?

And would not
your perspective change,
if you knew that
you were not alone –
decisions are not made
in a vacuum –
are you not surrounded
by Love?

Might opportunities
present themselves –
yes, sometimes requiring
decisions to be made,
but like a new destination
you never have seen –
might you go along
for the ride?

Do you not make decisions
as if they are
the last decision
you will ever make?

There is always
the opportunity
to choose again.
And if you make
each choice
with Love –
looking at decisions
as neither right or wrong –
can you follow
this Map of Love
as you experience this
Journey of Life?

Toss a coin.
Make a choice.
Decide to
move forward
always with Love –
is there not
any other
choice to make?

Trust Love.
Choose Love.
Be Love.
Know Love.
The answer
is always
Love.

Smile of Love

A smile.

Is it not a
universal symbol,
a sign –
how powerful
can be the
turning up the
corners of your mouth?

Try it.

Yes, you feel
the change,
the shift,
in your body,
your thoughts –
even when you
physically “make”
yourself smile.

And when you
walk amongst others –
do you not
have an awareness,
a detector that
looks for a smile –
do you smile first
or do you wait
for the “go-ahead”
when another
smiles at you?

But can you
not smile
even when others
are not around –
do not pleasant memories,
or funny images
that you see
cause you to smile –
do you not feel
the lift in
your spirit
as your face
lights up
and moves
into a smile?

Do you not signal
to others,
with the openness
of a smile –
is not a smile
a way to beam
the Love from
your heart –
is it not simply
Love for all
to see?

Is not a smile
an expression
of unconditional Love –
such as when you
smile at a baby,
or at a beloved pet –
do you not smile
when you feel
Love in your heart?

There is power
in the expression:
“when you smile,
the whole world
smiles with you.”

Smiles are contagious –
it is the Love
that all do seek –
can you be the
first to smile
wherever you
may be?

Does not a smile
go beyond –
“I see You,”
is not a smile
a moment,
a glimpse,
a ray
of Love?

Be a beacon of Love.
Be a beacon of Light.
Open up your heart
and feel it
when you smile.

Look in the mirror,
see You smiling
back at you –
yes, you feel the change,
there is a shift
in your body,
your thoughts,
as you beam the Love
from your heart
to You.

Share Love.
Share a smile.
You cannot help
but smile
in the presence
of Love.

Be the Love
that helps you
break into a smile.
