A Steady Return

Answer the call,
return to Love.

When the best-laid plans
begin to crumble
and you have used
all of your tools,
Here is one tool,
everlasting –
answer the call,
return to Love.

When trusted routines
are not helping,
seeing with new eyes
is a first step,
what is asking for
some attention –
answer the call,
return to Love.

Navigating change will
always be a part
of life that can
rock the boat,
keep your eyes on
the steady horizon –
answer the call,
return to Love.

You need not give up
what you believe in,
but use your Strength
and not your fear,
may Love be the rudder
keeping you steady,
as you answer the call –
This You as Love.

You as Fearless

Fear is a triggering
response,
and one that ego
knows so well,
it has the power to
cause constriction
and make you want
to hide in your shell.

But take the hand
of spirit and sense
that you are not in
this alone,
you need not have
all of the answers,
tune into the wisdom
of your soul.

It may feel like a
paradox,
to release, allow
and let spirit lead,
your ego works hard
to protect you,
yes do what you
need to,
but also Be.

Tapping into your
innate power,
is more a falling back
to You,
trust and believe
This Force within,
You as fearless
know what to do.

Does this not allow your
Strength and Courage
to fill you up with
energy vast,
tap into your Power of Love
that supports and helps
with every task!

Tiny Simple Hope

Find Love’s beauty
in the tiny, simple
things throughout
the day,
this helps to Be in
Love’s new moment,
finding respite from
life’s fray.

Take this moment
to realign,
recharge and reclaim
Who You Are,
if you feel that
you lack power,
remember you are Light
from a million stars.

Be present this day
with beams of sun
that tease of hints
of spring,
do you not sense
this hope as you
emerge from winter
with the promise
of green.

Listen to another,
share a warming cup
and know you are
not alone,
yes life is a lot
to handle,
but beloved child
Here is always
Home!

Returning to Flow

Do the best that
you can do,
but know there is
a bigger picture dear,
you may not see all
of the moving parts,
but keep Love flowing
to assist the gears.

In life you think
in cause and effect,
but there is often
more than meets
the eye,
keep the Faith in
your connection
to All,
believe in your journey
that is beyond why.

Show up each day
and each moment
within,
return to flow when
your brain fatigues,
Spirit is with you
at every turn,
listen to This Voice
as you return to
Peace.

Love is Here

Love is Here.

No matter the situation
and there are many
in this world,
when you wish to
throw up hands,
remember dear one,
Love is Here.

This is not a call
to hide your head,
though respite is needed
at times in life,
may you be lifted
with eternal energy –
as always,
Love is Here.

Your greatest tools
are breath and heart,
as well as your Knowing
that always Is,
regroup, realign
knowing everywhere
you walk –
with You dear,
Love is Here.

Shedding Layers

You may delight in
shedding layers,
much like Snake when
it has new skin,
you may then wonder
what is next for me –
how do I know where
my journey begins.

My dear your Journey
is vast and deep,
your soul has traveled
well you see,
you may wonder in
this linear world,
if you have missed
opportunities.

Trust in the timing
of the Divine,
This Flow that fills
you up within,
may This Moment
Be your journey,
flex your new muscles
in This new skin.

Love has no time,
but gifts you This,
Be patient and create
from your wholeness
True,
a wellspring of hope,
energy and Light
is ready to journey with
this fearless You!

Arm-in-Arm

When the sky appears
to fall,
when what was up
appears to be down,
find your center of
gravity –
This Center of You
that is beyond sound.

Shore up support
with beloved Lights,
look for the helpers
who are always Here,
these may be beacons
in the world,
but also angels who
choose to be near.

A non-sensical world
makes not much sense,
but arm-in-arm find
what to do,
your beautiful heart
and Light are needed,
no-thing can take This
away from You!

Your Inner Guidance

You look for affirmation,
validation as you move
throughout your life.

A sign or someone
saying yes helps you
trust that you are
right.

But might you turn up
your discernment –
your inner knowing
that is Here always.

Often you tune this out,
focusing on what others
have to say.

Listen to This signal
that flows within
your Be-ing and
is Here for you.

Here is your sign,
your validation –
there are myriad ways
that it flows through.

Here is where trust,
belief, then knowing
can help you along
life’s way.

Look within to your
own soul that is always
connected to what
spirit may say.

An external sign is
forever magical,
but do not shut out
what flows within.

Your inner guidance
loves to be validated,
listen dear one and
let the play begin!

Gracefully Bold

Feelings of fear and
helplessness can
make you think
your power is gone,
my dears your Strength
is never-ending,
count on your Courage
to help you along.

Stand tall in determination,
even when change is
a tsunami felt,
find your way through
a rocky road,
use All of your power –
Be Grace,
Be bold.

Align with your strong
Light shining,
do your best when life
zigs and zags,
Be You Strength,
Be One with Courage,
your power is Love,
may it Light the way!

Amazing You

Shore up your foundation
of Strength,
take care and give you
what you need,
see your self as a
job well done,
sometimes in life
it is hard to breathe.

Pepper your day with
breaks of Love,
surprise your self with
tenderness,
you may think giving
is the only way,
but soaking up Love
provides needed rest.

May you Be grounded
in your Loving Truth,
Here is your Strength
and Courage too,
You as wholeness
are what the world
needs,
go forth this day as
this Amazing You!
