This is Love that
flows through you,
may your soul as spirit
help you be amazed
at what you can do.
Be limitless in
your endeavors,
let your doubts
melt away,
say yes I can and
know that Love
will help in
every way.
Be willing to
take a chance,
you need not be
perfection here,
find the Joy in
any moment
as Love is cheering
you on my dear!

Meet life where
it is,
with your True Self
ready to go,
you have All you
need within,
use your innate senses
to find Love’s flow.
This flow may not
always be apparent,
life throws you curve balls
at times you know,
but your evolution
continues,
obstacles are part
of life’s rocky road.
No path can truly
define you,
You exist beyond
what you see,
life is where it is
but you fly higher
than the tallest trees.
Walk your Truth
when you can,
have Faith that
you are never
alone,
at every step upon
This journey,
You Are Loved
and cherished
and forever Home!

are aware of
you.
This may seem like
a riddle asking –
do you know
who you are?
Your human persona
may contemplate this –
but You as Awareness
know Who You Are.
You need not journey
to seek out
This Truth,
simply in a mirror
look,
the image you see
has changed in time,
but You as Awareness
know Who You Are.
Who is inside experiencing
life through this one,
right Here is You
the Eternal One,
your body cannot function
without This Presence,
yes You as Awareness
know Who You Are.
You crave connection
with This Source
of Peace,
but You as This
are already Here,
simply Be the One
you have been at
any age –
You as Awareness
know Who You Are.
This is beyond the
story that unfolds,
your human perception
knows only time and space,
lean back into the You
that watches Now –
You as Awareness
know Who You Are.
Be This Awareness,
Be You as Peace,
This Breath helps keep
the body aligned,
as This Love
show up in all
experience –
You as Awareness
Loves who you are!

Like the sun beaming
light at daybreak,
like the moon gracing
the sky at night,
what fills you up
with Love beyond
all words –
does it not begin
with Gratitude.
To re-align or to
find Peace at
center,
to remember
Who You truly
Are,
to feel empowered
with energy rising –
is All not possible
with Gratitude.
Cherish This Moment
as you breathe in
Love,
may you send ripples
as you exhale,
may you feel connected
to All That Is –
Love blesses your journey
with Gratitude!

You Are All of This
inside of you,
We Are Everything
We see,
it is easier to smile
at one smiling back,
but all are waiting
to be seen.
Sense This Love
as you look
for This Joy,
know it is Always
Here as You,
with the eyes
of your soul’s
knowingness,
can you not see
it in others, too.
Cherish all of your
brothers and sisters,
are not All looking
for Joy too,
beyond beliefs that
ego uses to separate
is One Love,
One Truth,
One You!

Let it Be.
When roads are rocky,
when skies grow dim,
when its hard to see
what to do then,
there may not be
an answer presently –
Be your breath and
let it Be.
In a world of action
a pause is hard,
you feel you must
do something
to keep you moving
on,
are there not times
when reflection calls –
listen carefully and
let it Be.
Remind yourself Here
is Peace and calm,
remember how This
feels,
singing your Love song,
reflect, remember
what comes naturally,
Be You as soul and
let it Be.

loved ones are with
you,
journeys continue
beyond this life,
you love the signs
of validation,
but also knowing
You Are combined
Lights.
Souls have purpose and
might your purpose be
to take a Leap of Faith,
this very leap
takes you to your
loved ones,
who are always Here
and closer than
you think.
Journey together,
connected always,
your bright Lights invite
healing and hope,
Be a Beacon of Love
with sacred help
from All who
Love you so!

allow Who You Are
to use Love’s palette,
what might your creation
Be about.
Be Love’s experience
in This endeavor,
as Love’ vessel
this is your task,
delight in changing
old routines,
invite Love to answer
what is not asked.
In This fresh start
Be Love’s Idea,
flow with your soul
expanded, free,
allow winds of change
to fill your sails,
as Love’s expression
experience and Be!

Trust in the Truth
that Love is You.
The world moves in
opposite directions,
comparisons and judgments
are what reign,
trust may be fleeting
in this life,
but trust in the Truth
that Love is You.
The You we speak of
is a collective,
your soul is part of
a larger web,
becoming Aware is
where your Strength is –
trust in the Truth
that Love is You.
Love is your natural
vibration,
tune into This to
ground and soar,
if you feel lost
in a world chaotic –
trust in the Truth
that Love is You!

Some days are clear,
sometimes its stormy,
on foggy morns do you
not cocoon,
your human emotions
also vary greatly,
you may blame them
on the phases of Moon.
Life can be a rollercoaster,
you surprise yourself
when Peace does come,
but dear your Peace
is Everpresent,
walk your self back
the the Self of One.
This is not to push down
your human-ness –
you can watch as
life unfolds,
but This Return
is your respite,
when usual patterns
start to get old.
May This Peace that
courses through you
inject some new ways
to see things now,
might you see where
spirit leads you,
letting go of figuring
everything out.
As you release
perceived control,
may you embrace
This Peace that is You,
allowing spirit to
take the wheel
now frees you up to
let life flow through!
