When there is troubling news
before you,
you never face this
on your own,
friends and family
that you can count on,
will never let you
walk alone.

May you sense the Love
of All around you –
loved ones and angels
always by your side,
with Grace you can face
any life challenge,
trust your intuition
that gently guides.

Life can be tumultuous
even in its beauty,
know You Are more than
this earth-bound you,
grasp Love’s hand that
is forever in yours –
You Are blessed and Loved
in All you do!

Peaceful and Clear

Be flexible when life
comes calling,
this may be counter
to what you believe,
you may have years
of building walls
or depending on
familiar routines.

Be like tree that
bends and sways,
it need not push
against the wind,
find where flow allows
you to find your
quiet space amid
life’s noisy din.

You may need to
modify your path,
but as You Are always
present Here,
bend and sway when
life gets rigid,
trust in your knowing –
peaceful and clear!

This Present You

“What if” is ego talking,
“Oh I should have”
is this too,
does this not put you
in past or future,
which takes away from
the Present You.

Take stock of you in
This Now Moment,
turn up your Light
with Gratitude,
there may be things
that need adjusted,
but marvel at all
that works for you.

There is no time in
This Now Moment,
so “progress” is not
useful dear,
you may have goals
for specific functions,
but living in “what if”
removes you from Here.

Look around to help you
stay present,
do not lose yourself
in a fog of thought,
clarity exists in
This Now Moment,
Be You right Here with
everything you’ve got!

This Body Whole

A gentle kiss on
a child’s hurt,
you have grown up
hoping Love can heal,
a body does the best
it can,
shower it with Love –
honor how it feels.

This body whole
is an amazing thing,
you focus on parts
that might need help,
your cells are connected
with all other cells,
call on Body Whole to
remind All is Well.

With Love bear witness
to this vessel dear,
what paradigm shift
can you make to support,
trust and believe body
knows what to do,
loving you Wholly is what
you came here for!

Beyond Earth and Sky

Expand perception,
let energy flow,
use all of your senses
and so much more,
your consciousness
is always connected
to All That Is –
opening closed doors.

Is This not how
you are One
with nature,
language is not needed
to understand,
to Be,
your Whole Self knows
things without listening,
your heart is filled beyond
what you see.

Yes do be present
using your five
senses,
but know there is more
than meets the eye,
Everything is energy
flowing,
your consciousness soars
beyond earth and sky!

Your Beloved Heart

Love sees your laughter,
Love sees your tears,
you are honored as
human,
facing what you fear.

Your heart is courageous,
your heart is strong,
no matter where you land –
dear you always belong.

Reclaim sensitivity,
you see what most
do not,
awakening opens eyes –
in a world that is
a lot.

Lead with your heart,
trust and believe its
Truth,
you need not ask another
to validate you.

Love is your laughter,
Love flows in your
tears,
Love Is You beloved,
so cherished,
so dear!

A Loving Reunion

May you be filled
with Love from
loved ones,
at any time,
in any place,
on cold short days or
holidays approaching,
might they check in –
in myriad ways.

A memory of tradition
sparkles,
do you think you thought
of that by yourself,
it is not the specifics,
but the emotion that
fills you up,
Here They Are –
your heart knows
their tell.

You will always miss
their physical presence,
but eternal Presence is
where you All meet,
return Here often for
loving reunions,
revel in This Love –
forever and so sweet!

Illuminated

Be the Light
every day dawning,
your Light shines
even when dark,
this is not based on
past performance,
your Light is brilliant
as You now Are.

Share This with others
and see them shining,
might your reflections
turn up Love’s Glow,
This is the gift that
keeps on giving –
transforming belief
to trust and know.

Love’s Light can cut
through any fog,
move to your heart –
yes Here It Is,
follow its path –
illuminated,
walk now with Love
Be-ing All That Is!

This Presence of Now

You Are Now –
in This moment,
beyond time is
the Eternal You,
past and future possibilities
weave a story ego
sees as truth.

In life you accept
this identity,
but when these layers
feel heavy dear,
know that you can
Be simply You,
leaving linear time and
Be-ing Present Here.

Might you expand your
perception of Now,
allowing Presence to be
a natural state,
you will still navigate
both time and life,
but more open and
with a clean slate.

Play with this fresh
perspective of time,
yes you as human
may be a bit confused,
but your soul Is the
Presence of Now
and delights in this
dance with you!

Your Eternal Spark

Stand up for what
you believe in,
let your Voice speak
that of Truth,
but even more –
may your actions
mirror the Love
inside of You.

We speak of kindness
and compassion,
lift up these tenets
far and wide,
in a world of hate
and fury,
darkness cannot exist
with Light.

Life is meant to be
contrasting,
tip the scales with
your sacred heart,
shine your Light,
keep Love’s fire burning,
all it takes is your
eternal spark!
