An Eternal Truth

Love continues,
supporting,
growing,
even as you grieve
beloveds passing on,
yes in life
one’s physical presence
is mightily missed –
but Love is not
done.

As You Are spirit,
Here and Now,
are you not connected
to All you Love,
know This Love grows
in all dimensions,
believe This Truth –
below is as above.

There is no gap,
hearts intertwined
cannot be separated
or split in two,
know as a Team
you grow together,
across all realms –
Love is Here with
You.

Be empowered by
This Truth,
you are never alone
or by yourself,
stand tall in this belief
and know,
Peace is Here with All
and All is Well!

A Perfect Choice

Choose Love.

Love is Everywhere
that You Are,
your soul Is This
naturally,
but as a conditional
human,
when in doubt –
choose Love.

You may have knee-jerk
reactions,
but as awareness of
judgment grows,
you need not walls
to separate,
as One of All –
choose Love.

As you release your
many layers,
what is Here always
to Be,
Here You Are
always, forever –
you choose your Self
when you
choose Love!

Flowing

Be like water
flowing around,
between any obstacles
in its way,
what you cannot move
with force is inviting
you to find another
way.

Look within to find
your flow,
this is the perfect
place to start,
then move This with
your intention,
Be-ing and declaring
this is Who You Are.

Be wary of expectation,
life may show up in
different ways,
You at Peace is
a good intention
that will support you
throughout your day.

May you experience
This Peace within,
flowing as Love
inside and out,
Here You Are
aligned and balanced,
One with Love in
This Moment Now!

There is no catch,
keep this simple,
Love is Here always
for you,
Love is You
at your core,
though ego may
slow it coming
through.

Is not the struggle
when you try to
talk the ego
into This,
shift perspective,
Be This Love,
surround dear ego
with loving bliss.

All want Love,
yes humanity and
all of your parts
crying out,
be not a fixer,
Be This Love,
This is what Love
is all about.

You Are Loved
in every moment,
do not wait for
This to appear,
Here You Are
in Love’s embrace,
forever cherished,
honored and dear!

Be at Peace
in your own
space,
fill it up with
the Light of You,
your Love spark
eternally burns,
ready to illuminate
what you walk
through.

Check in with
your soul that
observes,
this gives you respite
from this life,
may you loosen
and release
what Love may
transmute with
its Light.

This now Moment,
This is You,
remember dear,
shifting awareness,
opening your heart,
returns you Home,
refreshed and clear!

Free-flowing

Let your creative flow
be free.

The ego judges with
critical eyes,
you perform your best
to see,
is this good,
did I do well –
let your creative flow
be free.

No-thing is permanent,
you can change your
mind,
but do this from your
untethered Self,
Be the artist from
your Soul –
let your creative flow
be free.

Enjoy this process,
free of angst,
you have no-thing
you need to prove,
life is your palette,
Be in wonder –
your creative flow
is You,
so free!

show up for Love,
Be This present moment
below as above,
with no expectation
waiting –
Be You,
as Love.

Does not the day
unfold in its
time,
bring your Self to
what may Be,
You authentic,
ready for wonder –
Be You,
as Love.

Embrace change that
is bound to happen,
Be a Creator,
it is Who You Are,
shine your Light,
Be illumination –

You need not look,
you need not seek,
your search is over when
This you believe,
Love is Here,
Here is Truth –
your Source of Love
is within you.

A shift will open
this door within,
your ego distracts,
sometimes locks you
in,
holding the key you
ask what to do –
shift to This Love
always within you.

Beyond all words
or figuring out,
This Place of Peace
is what Love is about,
take Love’s hand,
it is already in yours –
This Gift of Love
is Love Be-ing you!

A Dance With Love

Brainstorm with your
beautiful soul,
be open with what
unfolds today,
you may find yourself
checking off lists,
or delighting in
new ways to play.

You have All of This
within you,
with intention you
have a choice,
there is no right
or wrong –
different aspects of you
may have a different
voice.

May you find a
peaceful balance,
letting All parts of you
be heard,
let Love Be the connecting
balm,
wholeness,
your Oneness is
beyond words.

Invite in your
beautiful soul,
as you do and
Be throughout
the day,
say yes to This
Dance of Love,
that accompanies you
every step of
the way!

Hearts of Love

Take a breath,
take a break,
rest Here in This
Place of Peace,
Here is Home,
All you Love
are Here with you
eternally.

Hearts of Love are
linked forever,
this connection
never dies,
the sensations that
you feel are validations
they are by your side.

You as soul
know This Truth,
you as human now
have open eyes,
marvel at the Peace
in knowing
eternal Love
is Here inside!
