New Growth

Embrace your growth,
it may be messy,
needing attention or
letting it Be,
much like the new growth
that arrives in spring –
some plants need care,
others bloom with ease.

You need not follow
a strict doctrine,
get to know you
and what you need,
as you release what
is cumbersome,
do you not flourish,
ready to be free.

Embrace the journey
and all of the unknowns,
your slate is clear
as You emerge,
may the friction of life
be your artist’s tool,
much like sand and oyster
creating a pearl!

In You

Believe in you.

Yes as human
you are not perfect,
This is not something
you do,
as an aspect of
All Love –
believe in you.

You are here for
a brief moment,
your Home Here
transcends all time,
with no judgement,
no score kept –
believe in you.

Beyond faith is
This Knowing,
though faith can
bridge any gap,
meet your Self
anywhere you are –
and believe in you.

Support you in your
endeavors,
pick your self up
when you fall,
walking as One is
Love’s sweet blessing –
Love always believes
in you.

Begin right now
is Love not Here,
sense the Peace within
This Truth,
take your own hand
with assurance –
believe dear one,
always in you!

Shining

Remember and return
to Who You Are,
your shining Light
burns forever True,
any shadow passing
by,
cannot dim the Light
of Love,
of You.

Your re-alignment
to your Source
is only but a breath
away,
You Are rooted beyond
the earth,
with foundation strong,
you find your way.

Release the past,
Be present now,
let Love transmute
what no longer serves,
remember and return,
yes, Here You Are –
behold your Light
that shines forever!

Beloved

Every child within
wishes to be Loved,
this may be an experience
that comes and goes,
with strings attached
or conditions made,
it may be hard to trust,
believe and know.

Relax, lean into what
dwells inside,
Here is where compassion
and nurture blend,
This Love freely flows
through you,
a healing balm to
restore and mend.

A mother’s Love may
be many things,
but You Are This –
unconditionally Loved,
This is a State
you can freely share,
to all here below
and to All above.

Sense Love’s comfort
and a place to rest,
You Are cradled in
Love’s nurturing womb,
dear child,
sense your Strength and
Courage Here,
as you share This
that flows through You!

Know to Trust

Does not a bird that
soars and flies
need to trust the
wind and skies,
in life there is not
complete control,
but might you believe
in what you know.

This knowingness is
not analyzed,
it is your connection
that hums inside,
resist following ego
down rabbit holes,
tap into this clear
unencumbered flow.

Be limitless,
possibility soars,
This is You –
free beyond all
doors,
fly with ease upon
angel wings,
trust and know –
You Are Everything!

In Tune

Be open to what
unfolds,
you do not experience
life alone,
yes you are a
co-creator –
one foot here and
one at Home.

Marvel at the
synchronistic ways
that things fall
into place,
and when patience
is what’s needed,
may you with ease
allow some space.

Be in tune with
intuition,
adding harmony to
what you hear,
in This co-creative
process,
All of Love
is You
right Here!

Forever Whole

Love all parts that
make up you
in the world where
you reside,
seeking wholeness in
the body can feel
quite challenging
inside.

Love these parts
and yes the body,
with the Love that
flows through You,
resist the urge to
make quick fixes,
with no conditions
simply observe.

With compassion and
with Grace,
soothe and Be Here
for what you feel,
old paradigms and
core beliefs may wish
to be seen, heard
and heal.

Ego can help with
what to do,
but Be-ing You is
where to start,
with forgiveness
and with Love,
immerse yourself with
your Whole Heart.

Wholeness is your
natural state,
This resides in You
as soul,
reassure your beautiful
body –
We Are One,
forever Whole!

Adventurous Change

Flow with change
it is ever-present,
you need not fight it
to be safe,
you can shape it,
mold it as you listen
to what it has
to say.

Does not possibility ride upon
the winds of change,
it’s true –
ego prefers a path
less different,
but growth will lovingly
beckon you.

Invite you and your
ego to flex your
spiritual muscles,
dear,
say yes to new
experiences,
your adventurous soul
awaits you Here!

Nurtured

Human struggles
make you notice,
some of these are
hard to miss,
pay attention to
your balance,
you ask how to
return to This.

What within is
crying out,
this is not a
punishment,
all the separated
parts of you want
to Be Whole
again.

It requires not
wishful thinking,
do not emotions
hold the key,
when despair dims
your Light,
remember beloved,
your Home and
breathe.

Connect with You,
your soul,
your touchstone,
let Love nurture
your tender self,
wrap you child with
full compassion,
sense in your soul
that All is Well.

Listen to your
emotions,
give them what
it is they need –
to be seen and heard
and cherished,
yes Love is Here,
trust and believe!

Loved ones say
take my hand
we are together,
no doors are ever
closed.
Be it here or there
Love is Everywhere,
we know This in
our souls.

Yes you feel the
separation,
it is the human
way to be,
but with Faith
have Trust and
believe your heart,
when you sense me
so closely.

Let us bridge
this gap together,
it is only an
illusion, dear,
Love invites us
to carry on –
hearts together,
forever,
Here!
