This Center of You

You may feel 
you are not heard,
but Love hears everything 
you say,
you wish for messages
to be received,
but life shows up  
in different ways. 

You look for affirmation 
to help you know
that you are doing 
fine,
bumping up against 
another may stir up
patterns from past 
times. 

With Love’s help 
create a space
for these emotions 
to feel at home,
you need not analyze 
every detail,
observe and comfort
from your soul. 

Return to the Center 
of You,
releasing judgment
that separates,
from This Wholeness
is not healing 
remembering 
You Are Loved
always!

The Strength of Trust

Allow pieces of the puzzle
to fall into place,
if a problem arises,
you will know what 
to do,
you cannot control 
all aspects of life,
but are you not supported
following Love’s cues?

Expectation may be 
a slippery slope,
does it not place you 
beyond This Now,
your Strength, 
your power unfolds
as you allow with ease
the unfoldment of how.

Listen to Trust as 
your co-pilot,
navigate each moment
without fear,
You have All you need
within
as the Whole of You
is centered,
able and clear!

A Grateful Return

Drink a cup of 
Gratitude,
let it warm you 
inside out,
throughout the busyness
of life,
ground to what Gratitude
is all about.

You may react or
be drawn into 
what you think may be
misaligned,
when you resonate 
with Gratitude,
do not your separate
pieces fall into line?

The world and objects
need not be perfect
for you to be okay
with you,
your remembrance 
of Who You Are
returns always 
with Gratitude! 

All You Need

Take a breath,
trust in Love’s
flow.

You have what 
you need –
as above,
so below.

Are you not 
enchanted 
stardust,
beating the rhythm
of the earth.

Tune into ancient
vibrations,
Here is your knowing,
rest assured.

Clear ego’s space 
and Be amazed
at what bubbles up 
for you.

As Love’s creation
in any moment,
Here You Are,
shiny and new!

Nurtured

Love tends to you like 
a beautiful flower,
nurturing, encouraging 
as you grow,
sometimes your surroundings
may be challenging,
but you are supported 
more than you know.

Your unfolding
happens naturally,
but you may not 
always understand,
if part of you at times
feels broken,
is not new growth 
ready to begin.

From tender shoot
to beautiful blossom,
all phases of You
share common ground,
You Are sustained by 
roots of Love that 
nourish and support 
you Here and Now!

This Is You

Flex your spiritual 
muscles daily,
intend to see with 
Vision today,
This is a perspective 
that is not foreign,
This is You,
eternal, always.

Ego has had free 
reign so long,
you may believe this
is the only way,
but your soul’s perspective
is the Real You,
experience and practice 
This today.

The world is quite a 
challenging place,
but Love can be found 
Everywhere,
Love resides in
All Souls 
even as ego masks
what you see here.

Be the Light you 
wish to see
and know you do not 
do This alone,
your purpose is not 
to change the world,
but to remember 
You All are always
Home.

Natural

Love is a natural
vibration,
it can be found in
Everything,
nature lives and breathes
this flow,
you sense this pulse
listening to the trees.

Love is a calling 
you must answer,
which way to go 
may not be clear,
take your direction
from your heart,
Be the inspiration 
you wish to hear.

You are rooted in 
Love’s foundation,
your branches soar 
above the stars,
sense Love’s support
and comfort always,
cradled in the Womb
of Love You Are!

Beyond Belief

The Truth you seek 
may be beyond belief,
but you are propelled 
upon this path,
deep within you 
is a knowing that 
lies beyond 
analysis or math.

You may wonder if 
you have the tools,
what else to try to 
get this problem solved,
You Are the answer,
your I Am presence 
is You remembering 
eternal Love.

Rejoice with signs that 
ripple through the veil,
but You exist on 
either side,
your soul is opening 
you as human,
say yes to This and 
enjoy the ride!

Revealed

You have no-thing
to hide,
though ego may 
think you do,
look with your soul’s 
loving eyes and
see your Truth 
shining through.

Ego stirs up shame
and guilt
from remnants past
or present time,
now is your chance 
to clear paradigms 
and patterns that 
ego mines.

Once this fuel that 
ego craves gets 
transmuted to its
natural Light,
does this not lift you
oh so higher,
empowering you to 
shine so bright.

Give freely what 
flows through you,
there is no-thing 
left to hide,
You Are whole,
complete and 
nurtured,
Divine Love 
is You, 
inside!

Your Peace Within

Give yourself space and
time to process,
then remember Who 
is in charge,
your mind goes out
on its own journeys,
return it lovingly to 
Who You Are.

A critical eye and judgment
are the tools that ego
loves to use,
recognize these layers
that bubble up –
allowing release to 
wholly You.

Surround yourself 
acting as human
with Love that cannot 
be measured,
beyond old patterns 
of your mind
are possibilities 
to be explored.

With Gratitude for 
choppy water that 
invites you to chart
another way,
as you center to your
peace within,
may you sail with 
confidence and Joy today!
