With Ease

Let Love ease you
into Peace.

Ego does not like
too easy,
struggle, drama
are its friends,
might you release
what you hold onto –
let Love ease you
into Peace.

Ego’s reward is
your attention,
yes it is hard
to look away,
see with your Eyes
that have no limits –
let Love ease you
into Peace.

Do not try to change
ego’s mind,
simply shift to
Who You Are,
now the struggle
disappears as
You Are Love
blending to Peace.

Feel the Love now
wholly filling you
as you have room
to breathe,
You Are This,
sharing the ripples
of Love’s ease,
through Grace,
as Peace.

A Sweet Release

When you feel spread out
and scattered,
draw in breath,
your sweet release,
work with what
comes in before you,
clearing mental clutter
to return to Peace.

Be you as your
wholeness,
connected to realms
you cannot see,
All of This vibrates
inside you,
in This Flow is
Grace and ease.

Life is often not
so easy,
but allow your soul
to navigate with you,
with intention,
may you, your Team –
Be in wonder this
whole day through!

Carpe Diem

Ego rises to all
occasions,
bringing with it
worry and doubt,
the more distracted
ego makes you,
then is not ego what
life is about.

Your brilliant mind
is a problem-solver,
it needs not ego to
stir things up,
along with the innate
Peace of your soul,
you have infinite resources
to figure things out.

When internal drama
begins to tell stories,
look with open eyes
to core beliefs,
you and your experiences
created these scripts,
remove or re-write
to gain healing relief.

Return to the Seat of
your Soul,
Here find your Strength
and Courage always,
sense your power
flowing freely,
raising you up to
seize the day!

A Song of Love
beats in your heart,
use your Voice to
sing it True,
as you align
with your soul,
do not the angels
sing with you?

Love’s resonance
can be your guide,
you are aware
when things feel right,
all is vibration
and you are Love’s
precious instrument,
creating with Light.

Know you never
sing alone,
all who you Love
do sing along,
be lifted and supported
knowing –
your notes are in harmony
with Love’s Song.

Possibility

Be open to all
possibility,
let your mind with
consciousness soar,
when you loosen
shoulds and have to,
do you not blow open
all doors.

You are limitless
as soul,
as human you construct
many walls,
why make yourself
climb over,
transmute the need
for them at all.

Routine and structure
may help you here,
but loosen your grip,
open to see
what might flow in
that helps you notice,
Here are myriad
possibilities!

Dear Love

Be Love,
with wings to fly,
trust Love,
release the cords that
tie you down –
in your Truth,
express Love.

With Humility,
know Love,
Be free surrendering
to Love,
it is not a
Leap of Faith
as You Are always,
this Love.

Sing with your
Voice of Love,
with clarity see
with Love,
Love lives within
your heart beating
the Rhythm of Love.

With Strength share
This Love,
dance with the stars
above,
with remembrance
lighting your way –
welcome Home,
dear Love!

Yes, Love

Do you not dialog
with Love,
this is your soul
who speaks to you,
you may imagine this
as separate,
you ask Love
what should I do.

Might you begin a
conversation,
yes you are wholly
part of the plan,
Love has already
been listening,
giving you ideas,
saying yes you can.

You may ignore Love’s
persistent nudges,
in life you always have
free will,
your ego uses fear
as barriers,
might this direct you
to what needs healed.

Change may be hard
in this chaotic life.
but your foundation
is secure and deep,
your soul with blessings
from dear loved ones,
is Here supporting you
eternally.

You may leap or
take baby steps,
Love is not measured
in a linear way,
your awakened consciousness
rejoices,
share your Light and Joy –
This You, always!

Love and Strength

Sense your Strength
when you need it,
will and intention
are by your side,
be flexible enough
to notice
when you need to
adjust the ride.

Maneuvering through life
is not easy,
then you add your own
beliefs and needs,
but You with Love as
your co-pilot,
can find the path
through any weeds.

You need not know
the destination,
Be You,
Be bold,
releasing fear,
Be your best in
this now moment,
with Love and Strength
flowing through you, dear!

And Love
Loves you.

As human you wish
to believe this,
ego says what about
this or that,
there is no comparison
to Love –
and Love
Loves you.

You Are This
experiencing self,
yes quite a ride
it can be,
but beyond time
without exception –
always Love
Loves you.

And as you merge
with this awareness,
you see that Love is
neither here nor there,
All of This
is All of You –
and Love
simply Is.

So as human unfold
remembrance,
delight in moments of
experiencing Peace,
know without conditions,
forever –
You Are Love
Loving You!

This State of Peace

Does ego not take
your breath away,
goading you into
what to say,
you may feel
defenses rise,
these well-worn patterns
are no surprise.

This energy points at
who to blame,
yes external experiences
set up this game,
you still can fix what
needs tending to,
but are you not sucked in
to “them” against you?

You are Strength and
Courage Here,
breathe in and center,
clear the air,
as you look deeper at
reactions felt,
does this not reflect
your fear that
all is not well.

Yes life is beauty
and tumult too,
you worry that control
is beyond you,
but might you control
how to change your mind,
start with letting go
of perceived timelines.

Return to breath,
return to flow,
This is You eternal,
yes this you know,
bring This Experience
to your life and see,
All is Well in
this State of Peace!
