Listen to the still
small voice inside,
you may need to
listen close,
egoic thoughts,
noisy distractions
can make it hard
to hear your soul.
This Voice may speak
in different ways,
you may not hear it
through your ears,
it may be a knowing
stirring,
something you feel
instead of hear.
Discern what flows
and moves with choices
that you make versus
what does not,
you may sense discordant
energy,
it may be a little
or a lot.
There may not be
a specific answer,
but more a nudge on
which way to go,
You Are constantly
tuning in,
so build your awareness
of this infinite flow.
Set an intention
to be listening,
Be open to the
Whole of You,
You Are a vessel,
Love’s antenna,
may Love assist
in All you do!

Loved ones are Here
with you, experiencing,
you are experiencing
with them too,
infinite bonds are
truly forever,
forged beyond what
may be in your view.
But your heart knows
what is Truth,
believe, remember
what you already know,
hearts united continue
to create, evolve
and share connected
as souls.
Walk your path
that is unfolding,
trust that the timing
is what is should be,
believe the whispers
in your heart,
loved ones accompanying
you, eternally!

Love’s clarity is
here when you
need it,
it may appear
sometimes hard
to find,
egoic thoughts
take up much
space,
but your intuition
is Here anytime.
Stillness can help
as well as receiving,
what bubbles up
and comes to you,
you may not be
asking for an answer,
but does not inspiration
arise in you.
When you release
the shoulds and the
timelines,
might there be a clear
and inspired way,
Be open to All that
Love may offer,
you aligning with Love
throughout your day!

Be You,
let your fearlessness
come through,
may you see with
eyes wide open,
no-thing can
take away
from you.
You need not carry
burdens forward,
take a break and
leave them here,
Love transforms
and transmutes
what you no longer
need to bear.
You continue to
evolve,
as human and
as soul,
your loving journey
is connection,
remembering what
your soul knows.
With angels and
beloved loved ones,
forever by your
side,
you never walk
this journey alone,
Love invites you
to soar and fly!

That is All.
It sounds so
simple,
but in the world
of push and pull,
resist the fix,
the analyzing,
right Here,
right Now,
and with Love,
Be.
In any moment
or situtation,
your I Am presence
is ready Here,
let go of what
you hold or cling to,
draw a breath
and with Love,
Be.
You can go back
to a state of doing,
but are you not now
able to with Peace,
Be This awareness,
empowered,
centered,
a simple release,
as with Love,
Be.

Be as One with
All around you,
nature opens This
for you,
there is no veil
blocking the trees
or sentient beings
that pass through.
Do not earth and sky,
water and rock,
vibrate together in
a symbiotic way,
when you resonate
with nature,
are you not then able
to ride this wave.
Listen with your
heart and soul
to what nature
has to say,
these are echoes
of your Home,
leading you back
if you have lost
your way.
Your sacred Self is
One with nature,
be it bird or tree
or sky above,
in This Remembrance
hear your heart sing –
You Are Home
where You belong.

Life is a roller coaster
ride,
one thing goes up,
another down,
you may be looking
for a way to keep
both feet upon
the ground.
But you are more than
this human self,
you know this deep
within your soul,
you cannot talk ego
into this,
but shift to the You
that always knows.
It is hard not to
try to fix
what the external world
brings to you,
yes you will do and be
in this world,
but your power is from
a different view.
Surround your self
with grace,
compassion,
as you shift to see
your Truth,
from the Self
that is eternal,
holy,
know This Home
is forever with You!

Here is Peace.
Your mind may run,
you wish to walk,
when you loosen
what you need,
release distraction,
let go of noise,
in the quiet,
Here is Peace.
Honor the body and
what life brings,
but this is not the You
that is Everything,
when you connect to
this Truth of You,
in This quiet,
Here is Peace.
This is your center,
find your Strength Here,
your purpose,
This Love,
makes all things clear,
receive and give
and thus receive,
in This Knowing,
Here is Peace!

When a tangled knot
appears,
do you not wish
to untie it,
do you not see it
as a problem
that may be asking
to be fixed.
Might a knot possibly
represent
another path for you
to see,
be open to its
twists and turns,
it may unfold so
elegantly.
Be aware of your
preconceptions,
trust the unfoldment
and knowing what
to do,
is a knot tangled or
a new way of showing
a new path opening
for you!
