Love smooths 
your path 
to Peace.

Life can present 
rocky roads,
ego as friction
roughs you up,
do not fret as 
you are human,
but know Love smooths
your path to Peace.

Lines get drawn –
you may not notice
until you are 
in defense mode,
ego looks for 
confrontation,
let Love smooth
your path to Peace.

When you feel separate
seeking protection,
check your perspective,
what is your view –
breathe in surrender
to your True Knowing,
as Love smooths 
your path to Peace.

Let your discomfort
be your awareness
to re-align with 
Grace and ease,
in your breath 
is your return,
as Love smooths
your path to Peace!

One Breath

With intention,
sense vibration,
This is your natural 
State of Be-ing,
it takes a second,
a quiet moment,
switching your focus
from life’s thousand
things.

You need not dispel 
all of your thoughts,
but when your focus 
shifts to Here,
your attention aligns
with Love’s resonance,
ego’s noise is left 
elsewhere.

Your beautiful mind
has many purposes,
in life use it as 
you need,
but when you wish 
to return Home,
Here You Are,
one breath 
to Peace.

A Dance With Life

When you sense 
the push of life,
your reaction may be
to push back,
when force meets force
it does not leave 
much room,
it may feel like 
an attack.

There may be times 
when defense is 
what you need,
but for most of your
daily routine,
become aware of what 
you take personally,
it may not be what 
it seems.

Might you learn new steps
to dance with life,
sometimes change is 
what you need,
when old patterns appear,
do they not invite 
a new way to explore,
to Be.

Ponder this throughout 
your day,
scratch below the surface 
here,
what is automatic 
is ego’s rut,
rise above,
dance with life,
my dear!

Where Comfort Rests

Life unfolds with
each breath you take,
the egoic mind wants to
jump ahead,
expectations, 
dreams and wishes
take up all the space
in your head.

Return to your clear 
Seat of Knowing,
release what you 
think you need,
in This Present 
does your heart now 
beat out a rhythm
you can believe.

Return to This 
place of comfort,
as life unfolds 
each day my dear,
with Gratitude for what 
your heart brings to you –
know Love is forever 
Here!

This Center of You

You may feel 
you are not heard,
but Love hears everything 
you say,
you wish for messages
to be received,
but life shows up  
in different ways. 

You look for affirmation 
to help you know
that you are doing 
fine,
bumping up against 
another may stir up
patterns from past 
times. 

With Love’s help 
create a space
for these emotions 
to feel at home,
you need not analyze 
every detail,
observe and comfort
from your soul. 

Return to the Center 
of You,
releasing judgment
that separates,
from This Wholeness
is not healing 
remembering 
You Are Loved
always!

The Strength of Trust

Allow pieces of the puzzle
to fall into place,
if a problem arises,
you will know what 
to do,
you cannot control 
all aspects of life,
but are you not supported
following Love’s cues?

Expectation may be 
a slippery slope,
does it not place you 
beyond This Now,
your Strength, 
your power unfolds
as you allow with ease
the unfoldment of how.

Listen to Trust as 
your co-pilot,
navigate each moment
without fear,
You have All you need
within
as the Whole of You
is centered,
able and clear!

A Grateful Return

Drink a cup of 
Gratitude,
let it warm you 
inside out,
throughout the busyness
of life,
ground to what Gratitude
is all about.

You may react or
be drawn into 
what you think may be
misaligned,
when you resonate 
with Gratitude,
do not your separate
pieces fall into line?

The world and objects
need not be perfect
for you to be okay
with you,
your remembrance 
of Who You Are
returns always 
with Gratitude! 

Revealed

You have no-thing
to hide,
though ego may 
think you do,
look with your soul’s 
loving eyes and
see your Truth 
shining through.

Ego stirs up shame
and guilt
from remnants past
or present time,
now is your chance 
to clear paradigms 
and patterns that 
ego mines.

Once this fuel that 
ego craves gets 
transmuted to its
natural Light,
does this not lift you
oh so higher,
empowering you to 
shine so bright.

Give freely what 
flows through you,
there is no-thing 
left to hide,
You Are whole,
complete and 
nurtured,
Divine Love 
is You, 
inside!

All Is Well

Be Here with Love 
and All is Well.

Believe This Truth 
about you,
from morning sun 
to night-time stars,
your Light shines 
eternal, constant –
Here with Love,
All is Well.

The pages turn 
upon your story,
what comes next,
what will you do,
breathe in Gratitude 
within you –
Here with Love,
All is Well.

Mind may ruminate
on past and future,
accept the gifts of 
Here and Now,
Peace has never 
ever left you –
Be Here with Love,
know All is Well.

Love’s Experience

Welcome allowance
and acceptance,
as you watch the day
unfold,
you experience this 
as human and also
as your infinite soul.

This can seem like 
differing angles,
but as you integrate 
you see,
your soul embraces 
the body’s senses
and you as human 
discern energy.

The more you flow 
as Love’s experience,
where does one end
and the other begin,
the same applies to 
so-called separation,
are You not integrated 
as One without end?

Be Love’s Experience
Here and Now,
as your body walks 
through this life,
know your experiences
are eternally expanding,
as infinite is your 
soul’s Light!
