Where Comfort Rests

Life unfolds with
each breath you take,
the egoic mind wants to
jump ahead,
expectations, 
dreams and wishes
take up all the space
in your head.

Return to your clear 
Seat of Knowing,
release what you 
think you need,
in This Present 
does your heart now 
beat out a rhythm
you can believe.

Return to This 
place of comfort,
as life unfolds 
each day my dear,
with Gratitude for what 
your heart brings to you –
know Love is forever 
Here!
