Your chattering thoughts
only wish to be
heard.
With compassion and
wisdom,
bring comfort to
what hurts.

The Whole of your
mind
is available to
you,
aligned with your
soul’s purpose,
there is no-thing
you cannot do.

See what is before
you,
what does life bring
today,
with Divine resources,
you will find
your way.

In this clarity,
be fearless,
your not knowing
is your Strength,
You Are Love’s
possibility,
Trust Love
showing you
the way!

With No Resistance

Notice your resistance,
you know this feeling
well,
sense where you feel it,
where do you tighten,
what is your body’s
consistent tell.

You try to counteract
this feeling,
but this can be
resistance too,
better yet –
release it fully,
so it has no place
to cling to.

Your body is a
communicator,
letting you know
the beliefs you hold,
as you dive beneath
the surface,
see what doesn’t serve you –
and let it go.

Life brings its challenges,
but You Are Strength,
do not waste energy
on what you resist,
face life fully as a
powerful soul,
tap into your Truth
as All of This!

Sense this Peace,
This is You,
not something else
above.

Let the day
unfold,
Love assists with
what to do.

Be it up or down,
whatever life brings,
All Love
is always
within You.

Your ego may have
you looking for what
is right or wrong –
that’s true.

Beyond the drama,
at Home always
is Love,
at Peace
with You.

A Wondrous Trust

Take one step at
a time,
trust in what you
need to know,
be open to available
options that arise
from your soul.

There is possibility
in I don’t know,
yes trust and faith
are important here,
you may not see an
immediate result,
there may be cogs
that move other gears.

Trust in unfoldment
with loosened hands,
there is much wonder
in this life,
with intuition and
an open heart,
believe in the brilliance
of your beautiful Light!

each precious moment
of You as Love
honors forever this

Every moment is

one no better than
the rest,
let go of any strings

with no agenda,
there is no test.

Listening

Listen to the still
small voice inside,
you may need to
listen close,
egoic thoughts,
noisy distractions
can make it hard
to hear your soul.

This Voice may speak
in different ways,
you may not hear it
through your ears,
it may be a knowing
stirring,
something you feel
instead of hear.

Discern what flows
and moves with choices
that you make versus
what does not,
you may sense discordant
energy,
it may be a little
or a lot.

There may not be
a specific answer,
but more a nudge on
which way to go,
You Are constantly
tuning in,
so build your awareness
of this infinite flow.

Set an intention
to be listening,
Be open to the
Whole of You,
You Are a vessel,
Love’s antenna,
may Love assist
in All you do!

A Simple Release

That is All.
It sounds so
simple,
but in the world
of push and pull,
resist the fix,
the analyzing,
right Here,
right Now,
and with Love,
Be.

In any moment
or situtation,
your I Am presence
is ready Here,
let go of what
you hold or cling to,
draw a breath
and with Love,
Be.

You can go back
to a state of doing,
but are you not now
able to with Peace,
Be This awareness,
empowered,
centered,
a simple release,
as with Love,
Be.

Here is Peace.

Your mind may run,
you wish to walk,
when you loosen
what you need,
release distraction,
let go of noise,
in the quiet,
Here is Peace.

Honor the body and
what life brings,
but this is not the You
that is Everything,
when you connect to
this Truth of You,
in This quiet,
Here is Peace.

This is your center,
find your Strength Here,
your purpose,
This Love,
makes all things clear,
receive and give
and thus receive,
in This Knowing,
Here is Peace!

Untangled

When a tangled knot
appears,
do you not wish
to untie it,
do you not see it
as a problem
that may be asking
to be fixed.

Might a knot possibly
represent
another path for you
to see,
be open to its
twists and turns,
it may unfold so
elegantly.

Be aware of your
preconceptions,
trust the unfoldment
and knowing what
to do,
is a knot tangled or
a new way of showing
a new path opening
for you!
