All of This is to be
experienced,
Be it all as You

Toss perfection
to the side,
this is not a
solitary ride,
learn, evolve,
but most importantly –
Love and cherish
Be-ing you.

Forgive, forget and
most importantly
know,
use what you can
to eternally grow,
with a touch of humor
and a sprinkle of Grace,
Be All of This –
Be you.

Love expresses through
you dear,
your Light naturally
draws loved ones near,
angels and guides celebrate
you on your path –
what to do love,
Be you!

Infinite Gratitude

Be grateful.
If not big,
may the smallest
thing fit.

Start with something,
sense your willingness,
which is the opening
to All of This.

The way to end
your resistance
is to Be part
of Love’s flow.

Giving thanks
with Gratitude
puts you in line
with your soul.

With allowance
and acceptance,
what might you do with
what flows through.

Be thankful.
Be grateful.
Love’s eternal power
forever is in You!

Knowing Trust

Trust in Love.

You read this much,
you know This Truth,
but you may balk when
it comes to you,
as You Are All
That Is –
Trust in Love.

The world is chaotic,
upside down,
you wonder why
you are around,
no matter where
you think you are –
Trust in Love.

Your presence speaks
to other souls,
you need not understand
what your soul knows,
with perseverance,
with acceptance –
Trust in love.

Love validates at times
to show you,
but ride Faith’s wings
when you are not sure,
believe to know,
know to believe,
trusting in Love
is
trusting in You!

Relax

Relax when you sense
constriction,
Love helps you expand
when you feel tight,
begin by breathing in
Love’s breath,
exhale knowing All
will be alright.

Your egoic body
communicates,
but it is not the center
of the Whole of You,
the Essence of your Soul
exists beyond what
your story tells you.

Do your best in
every circumstance
and do not judge
with a critical eye,
ask Love to guide you
through this life,
your expanded Self
is ready to soar
and fly!

Clearly, Strength

yes poke holes through
them,
they are not as in stone
as you think,
thoughts have woven
many stories,
but they do not create
Everything.

Let intuition be a
barometer,
be aware of expectations
made,
expectation is a fuel
for ego,
must have or should
are words ego would
say.

Be flexible and be willing
to change your thoughts
and patterns as you
question this,
the Universe,
your soul may chart
a more extraordinary path
exploring All of This.

Routine may be needed
in a chaotic world,
but also be open
to another way,
listen wholly to your
still, small voice,
its clarity and Strength
are guiding you always!

Effortless

it is not obtaining
but in letting go –
that is the key to
your peacefulness.

This is not giving up
on life,
this is a path to
greater flow,
by becoming clear
in the releasing,
you will absolutely do
what you know.

The past dissolves
as it transmutes,
you need not worry
about what may come,
as a fully-embodied
soul,
in any moment,
You Are always
Home.

Embrace this now,
Be effortless,
trust in the unfolding
of You as Love’s gift,
unwrap it now,
is it not perfect,
This Expression of Love –
You as All of This!

Breathe in wonder
where you are,
though life unfolds
in linear time,
You Are Everywhere
at once,
Love knows
your heart,
your soul,
your mind.

Days may fly by,
seconds tick off,
but You as Soul
are forever Here,
Be gracious with
your earthly body,
Love your temporary
teammate,
take good care.

Behold the wonder
of All of You,
You fill the earth and
galaxies beyond,
your mind struggles
with what it cannot
see,
your soul reassures –
Here You belong.

May small comforts
touch your heart,
a cup of tea,
a stroke of fur,
may the stillness of
a dawning day,
help you to realize –
You Are Love’s
wonder!

A Sweet Surrender

As human you sense
when constriction comes
knocking on your door,
ego kicks in
to fight and win –
surrender as Love,

Problems will get solved
with or without you
involved,
it is hard to release,
let go,
but a good rule to follow
to be at your best –

you will still get
things done,
this is not to shut
you down,
return to Love’s flow,
here is Everything
to know –

Dear Body

Honor your human
emotions, feelings,
welcome them as they
flow through,
they are the body’s
way of protecting,
but This is not
the only you.

You as soul
can assist
in clearing,
transmuting what you
no longer need,
dear body,
you need not hang onto
what can be lovingly
released.

Do not suppress
what comes up
naturally
in a challenging,
chaotic world,
but your soul is
secure and ready
for you to Be This
and observe.

Return to This
Peace of Mind,
This is your Home
for eternity,
allow your soul to
comfort your body,
experiencing together
with harmony!
