Say yes to Love.

Your heart may break,
you wonder how
to fill a space that has 
emptied out,
sense your wholeness,
complete You Are – 
say yes to You,
say yes to Love.

This may be a new 
sensation to feel,
who might you be 
if not climbing uphill,
you are the peak 
you have been
searching for – 
say yes to You,
say yes to Love.

Loved ones, 
your angels and 
your guides,
remind they are 
with you upon 
this ride,
open a door,
prop windows wide –
say yes to You,
say yes to Love.

Why not throw caution 
to the wind,
step into This Flow,
begin again,
your connected spark 
always Lights the way,
say yes to You,
say yes to Love.

May you remember 
Joy and Peace,
Here with you always 
is Grace and ease,
let Love remind you,
beloved one,
Love says yes to You,
precious child of Love.

Being Human

Be aware of comparisons,
contrasting,
yes in the world 
there is much of 
this,
check in with what 
makes you take notice,
what self judgment
do you pair it with.

Might you notice 
differences,
and extend arms to 
embrace with Peace,
when you accept, allow
for someone else,
are you not accepting you
with Grace and ease.

Comparisons need a 
place to start,
why not be open 
to how you see you,
may your loving heart
embrace yourself,
not needing others 
to define you.

Whilst in this world
you can use judgment,
to sense what cries out
in you,
may Love reassure
your human perspective,
to remind you are 
the perfect You!

Love’s Purpose

Love invites you 
to walk your
purpose,
as you journey 
upon this earth,
purpose is varied 
and multi-layered,
it does not exist to 
define your worth.

Expand your perspective
upon Love’s Purpose,
are you not This 
one and the same,
your every breath
is purposeful,
where does Love 
lead you upon 
this day?

You cannot separate
your purpose
from All of Love 
that freely flows 
through,
in your openness, 
accepting,
Love’s purpose is 
This manifestation

eye,
is not the Whole
of You
helping throughout
your life?

You may not be aware
of all your soul 
can do,
but there is no separation
of the Essence of You.

Do not view choices 
as right or wrong,
this journey,
your path,
takes a view 
that is long.

Be flexible,
Be open,
let go of perceived
control,
angels, guides,
loved ones help you –
All Are One 
with your soul.

Let Love smooth your
weary edges,
when seasonal changes
affect you,
be gentle with you,
dear one,
comfort your self today.

What feels heavy that 
you hold,
Love helps you to 
carry this,
you comfort others now
take a breath and 
comfort your self today.

With compassion for all
doing,
the very best that 
they can,
know you, too, need
reassurance,
comfort your self today. 

See your Self in 
the Light of others,
All Are Here to 
experience Truth,
with the gentleness 
of Love, so tender,
comfort your self today.

yourself daily,
in the self-talk 
ego says to you,
what emotions,
uneasy feelings
come up that are 
so familiar to you.

Now embrace This Moment,
This Truth of You,
in your eternal presence 
Here,
do not give past 
any more power,
that is ego’s way 
to keep you tied up
there.

You are a creator,
as You Are created,
This Moment is a 
fresh slate for you 
to see,
in This Moment of 
Love cascading,
what do you shape 
from Love’s True
energy?

Let go of perceived 
past transgressions,
You Are Here with 
Love showering you,
this Source of Love 
is You this moment,
receive Love’s gift – 
This Gift of You!

Wholly You

There is no need to 
force your way,
let it unfold,
what does Love say,
allow the timing 
to be what it needs,
pieces come together
beyond what you 
may see.

A challenge in life is
to think beyond time,
let your soul lead,
feel into the signs,
discern what resists,
try another way,
sometimes the answer 
is to rest today.

Be well, Be Peace,
this is your soul,
Be gentle, Be kind,
to you and know,
your Light is eternally 
seen by Love,
Divine Love is wholly
what you are made of!

Do not fret when
jumbled thoughts
come up,
what interrupts 
your sleep,
what keeps you up,
you have many moments
of Peace,
what else comes forward 
to feel this ease?

What needs comforted,
what needs Love,
what else asks for what
you are made of,
you have the answer,
you know the way,
open your heart to 
All of This today.

Where there is friction,
bring to it breath,
this simple return 
takes care of what 
comes next,
Here is Peace,
Here is ease,
Love smooths your edges
so eloquently.

Be patient with
what life brings 
to you,
and do not forget 
to include you, too,
Be compassion throughout
this day,
allow Peace and Love 
to show you the way!

to hang on,
it can be effortless 
to release,
though in the world 
of upside down,
do you not “work”
to gain more Peace?

Play with this throughout 
your day,
discern where your 
energy usually goes,
in life you may think
you need to struggle,
but Peace and ease
are You as Soul.

“Hard work” is a phrase
life looks on proudly,
and you do wish to 
get things right,
but letting go,
not holding so 
tightly,
will result in a flowing,
productive life.

You have purpose,
your soul will 
lead you,
be open as you 
loosen your hold,
You Are Love’s 
possibility,
Be Peace and ease
as this day unfolds.
