Freedom

7/19/23

Show up as Love
in This Moment,
Be your best Self
in this way,
release the past
and future speculation –
Be You,
your Self,
today.

Climb over walls
of your own making,
This Moment is now’s
fresh new start,
you have all the tools
you need,
Be bold,
Be brave,
living from the heart.

Yes, preferences
may not happen,
but You as freedom
release these needs,
your navigation skills
will serve you well
as you believe.

Your mind may wonder
what to do,
give it a job so it can
help you,
task it with giving
support,
encouragement –
This Team is the
Whole of You!

Listen

7/17/23

Listen to your
intuition,
sometimes it is
hard to hear,
noise from life may
be disruptive,
but your Voice is
so very near.

With clarity in
its message,
a word or two is
all you need,
it comes without strings
or attachments,
be it solution
or planting seed.

Intuition flows always
freely,
you need not find it,
it is close,
once you tune in
past the chatter,
your Voice is what
you’ll hear the most.

The Observer within you
speaks and hears
through a heart that
beats Love’s Truth,
allow distraction to
fall to the wayside,
as you align with
this Eternal You!

Loosening

7/15/23

Smooth your edges
with Love now,
where there is friction
is there not growth,
with open heart,
turn toward what
stirs,
what wishes to be
seen and heard.

This is how you
can release,
lean into emotion
that comes up,
core beliefs are
built by what
you thought would
save you from what
was rough.

Life is unexpected,
yes,
but You as Soul
are powerful,
Be-ing clear allows
your soul to bring to
you what you need
now.

Loosen thoughts that
do not serve,
and with Love let them
pass through,
your heart swells
with This new energy
that flows,
aligned with You.

With no need to
judge or fix,
friction is a small
bump in the road,
with your beautiful
open heart,
experience this adventure
of your soul!

This Is You

7/13/23

Here is Peace,
This is You,
watching what goes
on outside,
might you do
and move from
This Center,
Here is clarity,
bathed in Light.

There will be times
when what you see
is not the preference
you would like,
but You at Home
supports you always,
sharing This Peace
that dwells inside.

This waking State
of Love, of Light,
allows what approaches
to move through,
no-thing can change
the You who watches,
This is the heart
and soul of You.

Be You Awareness
in any moment,
You Are Here
through eternity,
You need not learn
This State of Be-ing,
This Is You,
forever Home
and free!

Transformative

7/12/23

Turn the page,
make a change,
fear not your
evolution,
Love has brought
you here thus far,
you continue as
Love’s creation.

Transformation may
bring growing pains,
use this as fuel
to grow,
release what
no longer serves
you,
so that you may
return to flow.

Continue to trust,
getting out of the
way,
tune in to help
all around,
believe in Love,
its transformative pull
beckons you to receive
and allow!

A Lighter Path

7/09/23

We are All interconnected,
you do nothing on your
own,
in this soup of Love
Eternal,
is not Everywhere
your Home?

Relationships are
intersections,
different paths that
meet as One,
teacher, student,
All Are You,
learning and growing
with Everyone.

Resist the urge to
be in charge,
your steps are lighter
when you let go,
may you travel your
path of life
with the Peace and Grace
of your amazing soul!

Be Peace Here

7/05/23

Be Peace Here,
in your breath,
release what hasn’t
happened yet.

Morning song
or moonlit night,
the magic of it All
is your birthright.

Love needs you
to Light the way,
shine with your sisters
and brothers today.

Be Love simply,
Be This True,
let your full heart
gently guide you.

Be Peace now as
Love flows through,
share the magic of
This authentic You!

Changing

7/02/23

Embrace the change
that sometimes pushes you
out of your comfort zone,
growth requires
movement, flexing
muscles that need
this change to grow.

As human,
you believe
that comfort means
to stay the same,
but as soul Peace can
be found in any moment
including change.

Love’s center at
your core is always
Here as your
True Home,
may change invite you
to explore
from the comfort
of your soul!

Gratitude

7/01/23

Sing a song of
Gratitude,
follow its rhythm
in your heart,
something big or small
it matters not,
honor and thank
All That You Are.

You Are This now,
you need not ask,
trust in spirit that
flows through you,
from a summer breeze
to needed drops of rain,
bless it All
with Gratitude.

And if life feels
too heavy to hold,
believe through clouds
your Light shines through,
know you are cherished
by Love Divine,
showering you with
its Gratitude!

Simply

6/30/23

Is it not magical
when the human mind
has glimpses of what
your soul knows,
This is Here,
beyond your thoughts
and other beliefs
that stop this flow.

You need not travel
to other places,
though a change
of mind is what
you need,
as you melt the layers
that make things murky,
are you not amazed
at Love’s clarity.

Letting go of
complications,
keeping it simple
is Love’s True way,
release what you
think you need,
experience life
as Love, today!
