Sometimes you ride high
as the clouds,
you may be quiet,
you may get loud,
you are as life –
an ebb and flow,
You Are the perfect
you today.
You need not check
off any box,
there is no “correct” way
for you to talk,
bring All of You to
this life of wonder –
You Are the perfect
you today.
Make another smile,
help someone be seen,
if one is unsure,
loan them your belief,
now turn to you and
delight in This Truth –
You Are the perfect
you today!

Chaotic energies may
swirl around you,
but do these not loosen
what needs to heal,
as you seek grounding,
digging deeper,
does not your Strength
invite you to feel?
This may at times
be uncomfortable,
shining Light upon
what once was dark,
any journey of integration
often begins with
an initial spark.
Embracing All parts
of you dear one
is what helps you to
see You Are Whole,
from this grounded
acceptance of
Who You Are –
Love as your purpose
naturally flows!

When energies collide,
during seasonal change
or changes in your life,
the egoic mind may
question everything,
falling back on judgment
and a critical eye.
During ruffled times
of tumult,
you need not convince
ego of anything,
might your ego be
reflecting your
little child that
wishes to be seen?
As an expanded
Be-ing of Love,
might You Be reassurance
to your little self,
yes markers in life are
what ego measures,
but unconditional Love
is where All is Well.
Take time to remember
You,
noticing your breath,
Be-ing in stillness Here,
You Are Loved beyond
all measure,
loved ones and angels are
holding you close, dear!

Do not tissue and bone
hold lingerings of
the past,
energy and matter
make up you in life,
but as you are beyond
the sum of your parts,
what might you release,
what has felt stuck
inside?
Your body regenerates
with amazing cells,
consciousness flows freely
in all matter too,
as you align with Love
as your Whole Self,
do you not create
All parts of you anew?
This is not a mental
exercise,
accept you as human
with quirks and flaws,
think of this as energy
helping you let go
of past story parts
that now with Love
dissolve.
You may look back
to see where you
came from,
you may wish for
future to look a
certain way,
now embrace your
present Be-ing with
All the Love You Are –
infusing every cell
with This today!

are you not lighter
with what you release,
Love calls on you to
create, express –
with new-found Vision,
Here is clarity.
Reprogram old beliefs
to now support,
reclaim your power
you once gave away,
ego controls with its
self-judgment,
let life flow through you –
come what may.
Walk with reverence
upon your journey,
Love cherishes you with
every step you take,
your soul dances in
the company of angels,
channel This Love,
let loose,
create!

Season of Change,
embrace what comes up
to evolve,
change may make ego
a bit nervous,
but your Soul steadies you
through it All.
You have asked to see
differently,
and this new Vision
may come with new
beliefs,
you may not have all
pieces of the puzzle,
might you create these
with timing perfectly.
There is much unfolding
in life and the world,
lean on your Soul’s Strength
and foundation true,
as you excavate what you
no longer need,
You Are filled and nurtured
with what is always You!

of cat and mouse,
what do you chase
or wish to find,
when you let go
of what you strive for,
do not often gifts
show up in time?
Yes, intention brings
you focus,
but do stay open
to the greater view,
while you are working
out the details,
are you not helped
by the All of You?
Take a breath and
sense expansion,
you are part of
a connected web,
when you are open
to receive,
is there not help,
are you not led?
Be aware of where
attention
may be obscuring
your greater view,
all possibility is
ever-present,
You Are All of This,
believe in You!

the creative Artist,
are you not always
able to create again?
Beauty is in the eyes
of the beholder,
might you have faith
and trust in the
Eyes of Love,
accept, allow –

what bubbles up
to be let go of.
As creative art
are you not constantly
changing,
transforming,
transmuting
to Love’s perfect
vibe,
allow All to see
your outside beauty,
as it reflects eternal
Love inside.
You are not an
isolated portrait,
you are All colors
in this Palette of Love,
mix, blend and
play with All of
Love’s Creation,
the Masterpiece of You
is a miracle of
Love!

sun arises,
with an open,
loving heart,
life is made up
of many stories,
begin this moment
as the Love You Are.
Bring a fresh perspective
to any task,
be it small or
planning ahead,
see what is important
and keep it simple,
be listening, receptive
to where you are led.
Tell another that
you love them,
be it in words,
action or deeds,
someone’s Love tank
may need replenished,
does yours not also fill
when two believe?
Return to roots,
Love is your purpose,
life will unfold –
what will you do,
greet each moment
with Love arising,
it bubbles up through
This Eternal You!

the fog to lift,
you may wish for it
to move along,
might you find Grace
in slowing down,
sometimes in-between
creates your next aha.
Your human self may not
like being in limbo,
so focused are you on
where to go next,
do not great dishes
need time to simmer,
are not sweeping vistas
worth all of the steps?
Caterpillar cocoons,
trusting in the timing
that is needed to
fully form,
butterfly emerges,
grateful for its journey,
drying its wings
in sun’s rays –
re-born.
As sun is ever-present
in the sky,
Love’s eternal Light
always lights your way,
in This Moment,
You Are Where You Are,
so loved and cherished,
eternally, always!
