Find Love’s flow,
it courses through 
you,
might you resonate 
with This,
ego tries hard 
to distract you,
taking advantage 
of your human-ness.

You may be wondering 
how to balance,
what to control,
what to let go,
the awareness that 
comes forth,
helps open doors
to trusting flow.

Look in a new direction,
when you wish to 
change old thoughts,
you may feel you have 
many questions,
but as you try less,
you receive a lot.

A leap of Faith 
is based on Trust,
and Trust is part of
Love’s sweet flow,
dwell Here where 
Love answers softly,
All is Well
with your soul!

Meet someone 
where they are,
ask Love to help
you to see,
when you look with
the Eyes of Love,
the Lights of souls 
shine equally.

In the world of 
this or that,
you may have lines
you do not cross,
be gently aware
of what else simmers,
that with Love you 
might clear up.

Even when looking 
from a distance,
there is no beginning
and no end,
as souls you all 
are connected,
even if in life 
you are not friends.

You need not have 
all the answers,
let go of judgments 
of your self,
see you with the same
Eyes of Love,
All One as soul 
knows All is Well.

Simply, Love

Receive This 
and know 
This Truth –
Peace is where 
you see,
know and believe
This Love 
is You.

You may take a 
forgiving journey,
this is a noble 
and sacred path,
but know 
you have done 
nothing wrong,
so free your self 
of all of that.

Love simply Is.
There is no-thing 
that you must do,
open your heart,
Love dwells Here now,
receive and believe 
Love is loving you!

know Love is 
always aligned,
your True Essence 
never falters,
even as the body 
feels a step behind.

Let Love with 
gentle arms,
surround to apply
this loving balm,
honor the body as it
walks with you,
through storms or 
peaceful calm.

presents in matter,
may you sense 
This Eternal Truth,
Love is Here,
aligned and ready,
to experience the 
Magnificence of You!

 

Noticing

Practice Presence,
Be This now,
in this moment,
throughout your day,
let your noticing 
bring you Here,
as you observe 
what comes your

Noticing is neutral,
without judgment,
it is the observer
perspective of You,
ego may bring up
what Eyes of Love,
can now gaze upon,
to Love all of you.

Be This Presence,
and as Loving Light,
may you notice 
Here is Peace,
holding space for
your beautiful self,
is how Love 
Loves You,
eternally!

Be Love’s gift.
You Are a Gift 
of Love.

Is not gifting
giving, receiving,
is not the giving 
easier to do,
it may be harder 
to accept,
what someone else 
may give to you.

Open your heart,
receive gifts fully,
it does not mean 
there is any lack,
is not receiving
accepting,
allowing,
for what flows in 
is always given back.

Love spirals,
cycles wholly 
through you,
there is no struggle 
when Love truly flows,
You Are This stream 
of giving, receiving,
sense the Peace 
that is yours to 
know.

Be Love’s gift,
here is your purpose,
to receive Love,
making it your own,
as you share freely
with all others,
you lovingly remind,
All are always

you may miss something
that is beautiful 
in your view,
pause a moment,
take a breath,
in This allowance,
what would Love do?

Cherish this moment,
this You right Here,
in your wholeness
with Gratitude,
past or future 
are merely shadows,
your I Am presence 
is Love embodying
you.

Yes, life unfolds 
and it is tempting
to write the script 
so you may know,
but Peace is in 
this moment now,
trusting and following 
Love’s perfect flow.

Be with your breath,
embrace this moment,
receive,
allow what Love gives
to you,
in your receiving,
are you not giving
All of your Light 
that shines in You!

Take Love’s hand,
it beckons to you,

Faith has brought you

Trust.

all space and time.
