Let Love be the
common language
that all aspects of
you understands,
does Love not smooth
out any disruption,
does Love not connect
any perceived
loose ends?

You may think you
have many hats
you wear,
but are not all
your experience
of Love,
Love is the foundation
of all expression,
even when a part
of you feels
stuck in the mud.

Let Love flow throughout
your experiences,
let Love be the common
connecting thread,
Love is the super-
conducting platform,
that helps you untangle
all of the wiring in
your head.

Integration is a
simple surrender,
allowing Love to do
what Love does best,
with Gratitude,
Joy and wonder,
answer Love’s
invitation
with a resounding
Yes!

Checking In

Check in.

Allow your breath
to help you discover,
where constriction
may slow
the flow,
you need not
race to points
unknown,
check with breath
before you “go”.

Is not your body
part of this flow,
from cellular
to your fingers
and toes,
let breath assure
that all is well,
check in with body,
mind and soul.

For every rise in
sensitivity,
when information,
stimulation,
disrupts your peace,
your breath is
key in connecting
the Whole of You,
from atom to Source,
You Are One
and One is You.

Check in with Love,
Love breathes you
to let you know,
the Whole of You
is One with Love,
You Are Loved so!

A Remembrance of Love

You may wonder why
you seek connection,
of course it is easy
with loved ones dear,
but socially are you
not wired,
to interact with others
near.

Now physical distance
does not matter,
your technology
draws others close,
you find you can dance
with those most
like you,
some trigger emotions
that you wish to
close.

Yet every connection
has its purpose,
are all not mirrors
of aspects of you,
in this Web of Life
are you not always
connected,
even as you wonder
who is who?

You may still compartmentalize
and label,
in this opportunity
of equality,
yet is there not a connecting
thread you call
Compassion,
is this not when Love
flows unconditionally?

You need not understand
why you seek
connection,
it is the Remembrance
of Love you know,
accept your beloved
brothers and sisters,
as you link hearts and
walk each other
lovingly Home.

Transformation

Do not begrudge the ego.

As you live in time
and space,
ego maneuvers in this
comparative place,
yes, ego brings up
many questions to
ask,
and does it not want
the answers fast?

But from your Higher
Perspective view,
intuition, knowledge,
is able to get through,
do not answers to
questions asked,
do these not appear
to you, at last?

Yes, you may awaken
from your sleep,
does your soul not
whisper to you, softly,
when ego takes center
stage,
is it not hard to hear
other parts in this
play?

Do not judge when you
feel out of sorts,
here is healing for parts
that are sore,
shine Love’s Light on
programming of past,
transform, transmute
joyfully with Love,
as you dance.

You may balance
with every breath,
a walk, the stillness,
is your soulful friend,
your soul never tires
to remind you that,
Here I Am,
yes, You,
are That!

Let Go to You

Let go –
to You.

You hang on to
your identity,
your beliefs that
you have woven
through,
though amazing,
this is not your
truest nature,
why not
let go –
to You.

You need not
reach for the
external,
or depend on
another to
show you what
to do,
why not open
the curtain that
may hide you
and joyously
let go –
to You.

Yes, Faith may
help you with
your willingness
to open up
to your greater
Truth,
all that you seek
is hiding in plain sight,
with eyes wide open,
let go –
to You.

You may wish
to Trust before
you try this,
but You Are already
what your soul knows –
your heart,
your soul,
Love always holds you,
believe
and with
Joy,
let go –
to You!

Be all in.

It may be fear
at first
that pushes you
out of your
comfort zone,
as the very things
you thought were
constant
now seem to have
a mind of
their own.

As human you may
be very resistant
to constant change
or something new,
but with acceptance
and allowance,
are you not
ingenious in
creating anew?

Be all in,
even if first
tentative steps you
take,
the dam has already
broken free,
you have a choice
that you can make.

Be the shift you
are,
your soul is with
you all the way,
yes, fear may be part
of this experience,
as human and soul
dance throughout
this play.

As you rise above
stormy clouds,
may you breathe in
the reverent air,
Be the choice for
Love Eternal,
Be all in
your experience
Here.
