awareness around
when you feel

intention strays.

Trying is hard,
surrender is flow.
There is a balance,
a spiritual sweet spot,
when you remember
what you know,
Peace is This
unencumbered moment,
trying is hard,
surrender is flow.
With discernment,
with awareness,
you sense when ego
grips tightly to
expectations,
what will happen –
ego braces for what
next to do.
Remember to breathe
as you loosen
your thoughts of future
or what was before,
be receptive,
listen dear one,
You as Soul
know so much
more.
You as human
work so hard,
take a breath,
a break
and know –
Love’s sweet relief
is with you Always,
trying is hard,
surrender is flow!

Be the Light
That You Are.
Move through
weariness or
struggle,
no-thing can truly
weigh you down,
with awareness,
cut through thoughts
that may have twisted
things around.
Accept your soul’s purpose
as intention,
receive Love’s guidance
from above,
break down all
problems or questions,
knowing the answer
is always Love.
Release beliefs
buried so deep,
may they transform
into This Truth –
the Strength and Courage
you have longed for,
is forever Here
as the Eternal You.
You Are the Light
you seek,
you shine bright
as Love’s beautiful
star,
Love is All fellow
Lights shining,
Be the Light
That You Are!

Bring your worries,
your doubts,
to the Eternal Fountain
of Love.
Forgiveness flows here
always,
reminding below is
what is above.
Drink freely from
this cup,
that runneth over
and never runs
dry.
Bring to the surface
what hides in
shadow,
bless with forgiveness,
shower with Light.
Blessed Child of Love,
believe,
what your soul wishes
you to know.
You are awash in
the Fountain of Love,
forever loved
and never
alone.

When bubbling emotions
come to the top,
you need not hide them
or make them pop,
they may have messages
for you,
to look with clarity and
see what is true.
As a child you do what
you need,
to make sense of what
may feel scary,
now with discernment
and your Truth as Love,
with clear eyes now,
what are you still
scared of?
Old familiar patterns
may still run through
the body that holds on
to what you used to do,
recalibrate,
re-tune to what you
know,
with Gratitude,
what can you lovingly
let go?
Do not fret when
in the midst of this,
this loving inventory
is a gift,
honor all phases life
may bring to you,
remembering always,
Love is All of You!

What makes you
uncomfortable?
It may not be
what you think,
as you look beneath
the story,
what beliefs do you
now see?
In early years of
trying to
make sense of this
oft-senseless world,
there may have been
choices made,
that helped deflect
feelings of hurt.
My dear,
compassion is the
answer
to all judgments that
come up,
what you judge in
another
may be what you
are fearful of.
You need not unravel
every detail,
or analyze every step
you take,
but being gentle
with you
is the best choice
you can make.
When compassion flows
within,
it cannot help but
be shared,
with loving kindness
to your self,
rejoice that Love
is Everywhere!

Lead with your
heart,
what does it have
to say?
Be Courage
as Strength,
Be willing,
today.
Allow the day’s
unfoldment,
accept each moment
presently,
Be Gratitude
as Humility,
Be willing,
today.
Love is with you
every step,
be it heavy or
so light,
your willingness
opens All doors,
say yes to Love,
today.
Walk through this day
with purpose,
with assuredness
of This Truth,
Be Peace,
as Love,
Be willing,
always.

Be Grace
as You Are
Now.
Believe,

as the amazing
authentic
You.
Trust spirit.
Trust Love.
All of This

All of You.
With compassion,

what We see.
You Are whole.

though you may
not like these
you say,
yes, you may wish
to control more of what
happens throughout
your day.
Be open to new
moments,
you like the newness
of a new year,
might you relish
any shiny chance
to create with Love,
my dear?
Try something new,
appreciate the old,
with discernment
what is ready to
change,
opportunities come
your way –
what is inviting you
to rearrange?
Yes there is comfort
in the familiar,
but even that you
can see differently,
see your Wholeness,
Be your Oneness,
surprise yourself
and as Love,
Be!

When there are choices
to be made,
you may assume one
is wrong or right,
might different paths
create experiences
that usher in the
same bright Light.
Do not put pressure
on yourself,
be aware of constriction
when fear says –
what if you make the
wrong choice,
my dear,
You Are beyond
all of the details.
With Love as your
co-pilot,
with your heart
as guiding Light,
as human you do
your very best,
now release the judgment
of what is “more right.”
In this world
your future self
has all the means
to make things work,
put your trust
in You, my dear,
what is your Truth
as plans unfurl?
In this moment
find the Joy
that lights all paths
that you may choose,
let Joy’s Light be
your companion,
reminding all paths
lead Home to You!
