Be Who You Are.

Human and soul,
you are This 
AND that,
ego stirs the mind,
stillness brings 
you back,
set your judgment 
to the side 
and dear ones –
Be Who You Are.

You need not squash
one or the other,
life is an integrative 
tool,
yes in any moment 
you can choose,
but as important –
Be Who You Are.

You hear this often –
begin with you,
this inner journey 
is where you find
Truth,
immerse your self 
with loving-kindness –
honoring and seing 
Who You Are.

Allow friction to show
what is hurting,
a loving response is
to sit with This,
you are not broken,
only tenderly human,
We so Love you as
Who You Are.

With a lightness of 
Be-ing,
live your life,
some days feel magical,
some days do not,
but you dear ones
are wholly precious,
in your mystical wonder –
Be Who You Are!

Love’s Gift

Be Love with no
strings attached,
like the sun that 
warms the green 
of earth,
you rise with sun 
and take in all 
the colors that
come alive as 
day unfurls.

The magical beauty
of nature is always 
here for you to see,
you need not purchase 
a ticket to embrace 
its resonance that 
soul and body need.

Be Love that is not 
on your list,
share This with no 
outcome you seek,
Be Love’s Gift like 
the morning sun
that greets the sky –
and says come dance
with me!

Loving Patience

You wish to know 
all that is unknown,
but is this not what 
the journey is for,
there is discomfort in
the “I don’t know,”
but is it not This that
has you opening doors?

If not for friction,
sand would not be 
a pearl,
sometimes expectation may
disrupt your way,
Be patient as growth 
needs time to unfold,
Be present,
Be in wonder throughout
this day.

Change and transformation 
can create rocky roads
as ego wishes to control
and judge,
possibilities flourish in
the great unknown,
Be patient and receive 
what comes to you 
in Love.

Review the stories 
ego tells you now,
peel back the layers
that are no longer 
you,
the shedding process 
may be uncomfortable,
but with loving patience –
may you create anew!

Wholly

Love Wholly Loves you.

Believe in what Love
believes in you,
Love is what you 
can trust,
oh the mountains 
you can climb – 
knowing Love wholly 
Loves you.

Stand in your 
authenticity,
look within beyond 
ego’s blocks,
Here You Are – 
able to Be your Self –
accepting Love wholly
Loves you.

Love invites you 
to this party,
One with Source,
why not share too,
Be empowered by
your Strength of Heart –
proclaiming You wholly
Love you.

In This Wholeness
are you not Home,
your seeking journey 
always ends Here,
Here You Are always 
where You belong,
in Oneness –
Love wholly is You!

Reset to Return

Rest, reset 
recalibrate,
consistent tuning helps
your engine go,
make it fun,
treat yourself to 
whatever you need 
to nurture and grow.

The pulse of life is 
an ebb and flow,
as human discern 
where energy is spent,
as soul you have access
to Love’s wellspring
that is ever-flowing 
to top off any tank.

Take care of body,
soothe the ego 
mind,
your Light is needed as
life shifts and moves,
rejuvenate from Love’s
eternal Source,
allowing you to remember
the Whole of You!

Showing Up

Let us make 
it simple – 
show up 
with Love.

Life if full of
complexities,
ego does not like 
Grace and ease,
in any situation 
you experience –
show up to it 
with Love.

People dash about 
distracted,
some hear the quiet 
as an alarm,
share present
precious moments
together – 
show up for 
one another 
with Love.

Catapulting through life,
you are evolving,
even this you can
slow down,
meet Love Here 
as your soul joyfully 
shows up 
for you 
with Love!

Allowance

There are those who try
to control outcomes,
as a way to know what
will be,
there are others who feel 
at the mercy of life,
which may produce 
angst and anxiety.

With egos bouncing off 
one another,
is it not a miracle that
anyone feels Peace,
what is ever truly in 
your own control –
is this not a perfect time
to release?

Every one has a unique
life journey,
with directions and roads
to choose,
in life there are many 
intersections allowing 
for exchanges between 
“me” and “you.”

As you do not know another’s 
bigger picture,
or why you may be playing
a part,
ego loves to take everything
personally,
to create stories with 
dramatic plots.

Let others experience their 
own journeys,
bring acceptance and allowance
to this play,
if an experience pings something 
in you,
dive in to see what it 
has to say.

Will your day not be 
a lighter experience,
when you release all 
that you think must be,
may allowance in life’s 
constant unfolding be 
your super-power that
sets you free!

Love’s Perfection

You need not hide from
your Magnificence,
This is the Truth 
of You,
your ego loves to 
tally points as a 
way to track what
you do.

Does performance not 
feel like a roller coaster,
one day up then another
down,
is not the point of life
to experience all 
that makes the world 
go ’round?

But You as Soul,
this expanded Be-ing,
need not life’s 
perfect score,
Love’s perfection is 
your Oneness,
This is You – 
no less or more.

With this new-found 
freedom,
shine your Light with
the open-ness of your
heart,
as ego experiences this
topsy-turvy life,
always remember, love
Who You Are!

Authentic Belonging

Open gently to 
your self,
layers of life 
your body holds,
emotions tucked 
away are looking 
for a chance not 
to be ignored.

With the Wholeness 
of your soul,
held by the angels
who Love you dear,
invite these emotions
to bubble up,
to be seen and felt in
This safe haven Here.

You belong,
dear child of Love,
Here is always room
and space to Be,
as a child you may
have worn a mask,
but Love sees You
authentically.

You need not hide
from you,
your little self wants
to come out and play,
as you bask in This
Light of Love,
see your Self whole 
and wholly Loved
always!

This Puzzle of Life

On any journey 
there are twists
and turns,
you may not always see
the road ahead,
there usually is a 
bigger picture,
when you cannot see,
say yes to being led.

Judgment abounds in
a narrow view,
ego hangs on tightly 
to cause and effect,
“if then this” or 
“should have done”
creates questioning doubt 
on any next steps.

Rest assured 
your open heart
and willingness to 
do your best – 
is all that is needed 
in this puzzle of life – 
connect what you can
and let go of the rest!
