you and your guides
are a perfect Team,
beloved loved ones
are still with you –
as You Are part of
Everything.

Yes, your life journey
is yours to walk,
but might you expand
beyond your mind,
spirit is not here to
fix all your problems,
but collaboration is
what is Divine.

Your human self is
energized by Source,
plug into This to
connect and flow,
as you surrender mind
to Your Wholeness,
might you tap into
what You know.

Be open and in wonder
of the mystical,
may you ask to see
another way,
angels and guides are
waiting for the chance
to walk and dance
with you today!

Listen to what
body needs,
from foods you eat,
a deeper breath
to breathe,
give yourself
a rest,
a break,
release any judgment
or blame you take.

Any day or moment
is fresh and new,
you start to think –
what next to do,
let this day unfold
on a clean slate,
as an Artist of Love,
what might you
create?

This lighter you may
wish to explore,
what do you let go,
what do you want more,
listen with body and
your soul –
have faith, believe in
what your Whole Self
knows!

Burning Off

When a virus appears,
the story is to fight,
body seems to put up
a good defense,
might you view fever
with body aches,
as fuel for transformation
in the body dense.

Even when the body
is uncomfortable,
is it not a miracle –
this vessel of You,
honor, pamper it
with kindness as
you flow together
in all that you
go through.

In most cases,
yes this too
shall pass,
give your body all
the Love you can,
lean into what needs
to burn off,
body creates anew
to house This –
I Am!

Freedom

Let Love lift what
may feel heavy,
may angels show you
how to fly,
belief and faith
in Love are powerful,
you need not even
try.

Open your heart,
open your hands
from what you clutch
and hold on tight,
the flow of Love
is not containable –
it cannot help but
take flight.

As you release what
is not true,
Here is All
that you need,
buoyed by the Love
of angels, loved ones,
believe This Truth –
dear, You Are free!

in your tapestry
of life,
you can start over
or rearrange,
you work so hard
to get it right.

Dear one,
behold your beautiful
colors,
take in the richness
of your life,
you are not here
to be perfection,
but to experience
a full spectrum
of Light.

And with the Light of Love
do you not see the
beauty that you
create,
to see your vibrant colors
look with the Eyes of Love
and truly be amazed.

Your I Am presence
is always You,
no matter the tapestry
you wear,
Be compassionate,
Be forgiving,
your Rainbow of Colors
shines Everywhere!

listen dear,

with no rush,
may insight bubble

Instead of waiting
for an answer
to a question
your mind has,
Be receiving,
see what formulates
to help you on
your path.

new direction
or modification of
one now,
Divine Timing will help
clarify the timing
and the how.

Soften your focus,
heart and mind open,
your vessel of service
knows how to Be,
in any moment,
Be your Light shining –
You Are Love’s

Grounded and Clear

Human reaction and
emotion
are part of life’s
merry-go-round ride,
allow these to come
and move through you,
once they pass now
you have a quiet mind.

And in this stillness,
this clarity,
without trying – solutions
drop in,
This is You connected
to spirit,
to the flow of Love
that is Here within.

This is not to admonish
reaction,
but is this not usually
a reaction to fear,
believe and trust in
your intuition,
has this not guided you
so many times, dear?

Do not suppress or
repress emotion,
allow it to move through –
it need not stay,
now You in grounded
and clearing resonance
will handle all that
comes your way!

The Patience of Peace

Be patient with your
emotions,
allow space for them
to Be,
tend to your tender
heart,
observe, allow,
accept and breathe.

Life is an intense
emotional journey,
but You Are not only
of this world,
when the ups and downs
get to you,
return to Love,
to Peace,
to You.

as you take care
of the body that
lives life too,
find your Peace in you
remembering –
beyond body is the
Soul of You!

Change routine,
try something new,
weed and release
what becomes dense,
new growth flourishes
from the unexpected,
do not overthink –
does not Love
know best?

Become more comfortable
with not knowing,
does not possibility live
in this open space,
remember You Are
a creator,
with intention bring
Love to any place.

Give yourself time,
refuel with breath,
Be present with what
unfolds in life,
Behold your growth,
it is on-going,
the Universe sees always
your shining Light!

Your Body of Light

In life,
relationship with body
can be a roller-coaster
ride,
when it is well you
feel at Peace,
illness, emotion
can send you low
or high.

In Truth,
you know you are
more than body,
but you need not
turn away from it,
is it not a miraculous
being –
your earthly ride
to experience This.

Yes the ups and downs
may be exhausting,
but give some Love to
your carriage here,
a showering of Love
will fill its tank,
does it not work to
heal you, my dear?

Might you Love this body
as it ages,
you are intertwined
throughout this life,
are you not a miracle
of Source experiencing
All of This in your
body of Light!
